Abstract

The invention relates to a construction element, particularly an improved building block, suitable either for the preparation of the basement walls in the erection of the building shell, or for the erection of the peripheral tying intended to receive any type of frame, which element is essentially characterised by the fact that it consists of a monolithic block B of suitable dimensions assuming mainly the shape of an L 4-6 or of a trough used as formwork.

On scelle ensuite dans le sens vertical un muret servant de point d'appui. Pour les différentes mises à niveau, dès opérations d'arasage de ce muret s'avèrent indispensables.

- les figures 3 et 4 illustrent les modes actuellement utilisés pour la mise en oeuvre d'un chaînage destiné à recevoir une charpente suivant la technique présentement employée ; et
- la figure 5 représente un matériau selon l'invention et suivant une variante convenant pour ledit chaînage.
