CURVES 1, 2 AND 3 INDICATE THE YIELD OF MYCELIUM AFTER 7, 14 AND 21 DAYS OF CULTIVATION, RESPECTIVELY. THE INVENTION IS APPLIED IN PARTICULAR TO THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH QUALITY BASIDIOMYCETES MYCELIUM ACCORDING TO A CULTIVATION PROCESS WHICH PROMOTES GROWTH AS WELL AS CELL DIFFERENTIATION AND ORGANIZATION.
