Abstract

L'invention a trait au domaine de la chimie pharmaceutique. Elle concerne une composition injectable renfermant, en association, du tétramisole ou son isomère lévogyre et un vaccin. De préférence, le vaccin est un vaccin contre les maladies à Clostridium ou un mélange de tels vaccins (c'est-à-dire un mélange polyvalent). La composition de l'invention permet de combattre des helminthiases et des maladies à Clostridium chez les animaux à sang chaud, notamment les moutons et les bovidés, par injection d'une quantité efficace de ladite composition.The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry. It relates to an injectable composition containing, in combination, tetramisole or its levorotatory isomer and a vaccine. Preferably the vaccine is a Clostridial disease vaccine or a mixture of such vaccines (i.e., a polyvalent mixture). The composition of the invention makes it possible to combat helminthiases and Clostridial diseases in warm-blooded animals, in particular sheep and bovines, by injection of an effective amount of said composition.
