Abstract
L'invention est relative à un procédé électrolytique, en particulier à un procédé de dépôt électrolytique de métaux. Dans un procédé de dépôt électrolytique de métal, dans lequel un métal est déposé sur une surface de cathode au départ d'un électrolyte contenant un sulfate de métal dissous, la densité de courant limite est augmentée sans affecter la qualité du dépôt métallique, par addition de quantités suffisantes du sulfate métallique à l'état de particules pour entretenir une concentration de matières solides de sulfate métallique dans l'électrolyte durant le dépôt électrolytique. Par le procédé ci-dessus, on peut obtenir un dépôt électrolytique de métaux à des taux relativement élevés de densités de courant.
