Abstract

The bottle carrier comprises a cardboard envelope with openings for holding the upper and lower parts of two rows of bottles. The envelope engages directly against the bottles, holding the rows together. The bottles (10) of each row are maintained erect and inclined in the carrier (3) so that the distance between their cylindrical bodies is greater at their bottoms (103) than at the height of their shoulders (102). The shoulders of the bottles of each row may be pressed together.
