Abstract
Dispositif destiné à l'analyse spectrale atomique d'échantillons par laser et comprenant un laser émettant un rayonnement capable de vaporiser et d'exciter la matière constitutive d'un échantillon, un système optique pour focaliser le rayonnement laser sur l'échantillon et un spectrographe, tandis qu'entre le laser et le système optique de focalisation est placé de manière inclinée un miroir de découplage à transparence sélective qui dirige le rayonnement issu de la matière excitée sur le plan de la fente du spectrographe. L'échantillon à examiner se trouve sur un support dont le rayonnement à spectre continu est connu. L'invention est applicable notamment à l'analyse de micro-échantillons.
