Abstract

Dispositif à cellule à cristaux liquides monté dans le boîtier d'un appareil, fonctionnant à la réflexion et occupant une position pratiquement fixe par rapport à un flux lumineux d'éclairage. Au moins un prisme 3 à angle alpha de 5 à 35 degrés est placé sur la plaquette 2 de la cellule I à cristaux liquides située du côté de l'observateur, l'un des côtés de cet angle de prisme alpha étant parallèle à cette plaquette 2 et ce prisme 3 étant orienté par rapport au faisceau lumineux 11 qui apparaît dans la zone de la cellule 1 et dans lequel la luminance lumineuse atteint un maximum de manière que le faisceau réfléchi 11' et ayant traversé le prisme 3 s'écarte d'un angle maximum de +- 30 degrés d'une perpendiculaire L à la plaquette 2. Application en particulier aux tableaux de commande ou aux appareils des tableaux de bord de véhicules.
