Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à poudrer. La poudre 5 agitée et soufflée monte du bac 1 à l'enceinte 7 en décompression. Les produits 31 sont secoués, déplacés et poudrés sur deux grilles vibrantes 19 et 19a. La poudre est recyclée par les tubes-clapets 6 et les turbines 12 et 15, et filtrée par des brosses ou volets souples d'entrée et de sortie et un sac filtrant 18 logé dans une cheminée 16. La turbine 15 est temporisée. Application : poudrage de saucissons et autres produits de charcuterie.
