Abstract
The plate connections (5, 5', 6, 6) are bent over and are longer than the distance between plates of the same polarity. To avoid short-circuits when the external connections are applied under pressure a plastic insulating cord (7, 8) is placed between the side of the plate which is recessed and the bent-over connections. The diameter of the cord is at least equal to the plate thickness. There are flexible separators (3, 4) between the plates, which extend beyond the edges of the plates and may curve over the cords.
