Abstract

A food prodt., based on chicken; is made by blending a spiced paste of poultry waste and eggs, with minced chicken, neck of pork, and shredded chicken skins; the blend is cooked, e.g., in cylindrical moulds, and may then be sliced, frozen, and packed in polythene, in individual portions. The prodt. has a good flavour, and is easily preserved.
