YhdistelmÀkangas suojavaatetusta varten
Keksinnön kohteena on monikerroksinen, suojavaatetusta varten tarkoitettu, yhdistelmÀkangas, jossa on aina-5 kin yksi, syttymÀtön tekstiilikudos ulkokerroksena ja il-maalÀpÀisevÀ, lÀmpöÀeristÀvÀ ja samalla vahingollisia aineita adsorboiva sisÀkerros, jonka vapaan ylÀpinnan mahdollisesti peittÀÀ tekstiilipeitekerros, jolloin tekstiili-mÀisen ulkokerroksen ja sisÀkerroksen vÀliin on sovitettu 10 ilmaalÀpÀisevÀ ja taipuisa eristyskerros.
On tunnettua, ettÀ lÀmpösuojapukujen ulkokerroksina kÀytetÀÀn metallikalvoja, jotka heijastavat lÀmpösÀteilyÀ ja sallivat henkilöiden olla tÀllaisen sÀteilyn alueella, esimerkiksi palonsammutuksessa, samuunia avattaessa jne.
15 Myös sotilaskÀytössÀ tarvitaan suojavaatetusta, joka suojaa lyhytaikaiselta, erittÀin voimakkaaltakin lÀmpösÀteilyltÀ, joka voi aiheutua ydinaseiden vaikutuksesta.
Suojavaatetus, jossa on heijastava metallinen ulkokerros, on kuitenkin naamiointisyistÀ sopimaton sotilas- 20 kÀyttöön.
Olisi myös mahdollista sijoittaa heijastava metalli-kerros yhdistelmÀkankaan sisÀpuolelle, kuten tunnetussa kylmÀneristysmateriaalista (DE-hakemusjulkaisu 2 533 781) ehdotettiin, mutta tunnettujen yhdistelmÀkankaiden ulko-25 pinnat ovat syttyviÀ, niin ettÀ metallikerros ja sen sisÀpuolella olevat kerrokset on tehtÀvÀ siten, ettÀ ne suojaa-vat kÀyttÀjÀÀ myös palavien ulkokerrosten lÀmpövaikutuk-selta.
LisÀksi on tunnettujen materiaalien erÀs merkittÀvÀ 30 varjopuoli se, ettÀ antaakseen riittÀvÀn suojan sÀteilyÀ vastaan, on metallikerroksen oltava suljettu ja siten myös ilmaa lÀpÀisemÀtön.
Erityisesti on korostettava, ettÀ suojavaatetuksella varustetut joukko-osastot saattavat joutua kÀyttÀmÀÀn suo-35 javaatetusta jatkuvasti, toisin sanoen useiden pÀivien ajan 2 68091 taisteluolosuhteissa, eli erittÀin raskaissa ruumiillisissa rasituksissa, niin ettÀ tunnetuista, iImaalÀpÀise-mÀttömistÀ materiaaleista tehtyjen suojavaatteiden kÀyttö ei ole kÀytÀnnöllisesti katsoen mahdollista, koska ihon 5 edellyttÀmÀÀ ilmanvaihtoa ei ole. NÀiden varjopuolien vÀlttÀmiseksi DE-patenttijulkaisuissa 2 829 599 ja 2 843 974 ulkokerroksena toimivan tekstiilikerroksen tekemistÀ sytty-mÀttömÀksi, jolloin ulkokerroksen ja sisÀkerroksen vÀliin sijoitetaan mineraalikuiduista tehty kuitukerros, ja sisÀ-10 kerros tehdÀÀn ilmaalÀpÀisevÀstÀ vaahdosta, jonka huokoset on tÀytetty aktiivihiilihiukkasilla, niin ettÀ tekstiili-kudoksen ja mineraalikuitukerroksen vÀliin voidaan vielÀ sijoittaa ilmaalÀpÀisevÀ, huokoinen vedeneristyskerros.
TÀten syntynyt monikerrosyhdistelmÀkangas on suh-15 teellisen mukavaa kÀyttÀÀ, samalla kun se kestÀÀ erittÀin korkeita, lyhytaikaisia lÀmpökuormituksia.
TÀmÀn keksinnön kohteena on senvuoksi suojavaatetusta varten tarkoitettu yhdistelmÀkangas, joka kestÀÀ hyvin ydinrÀjÀhdysten lÀmpöaallot.
20 TÀhÀn pÀÀstÀÀn keksinnön mukaan edellÀmainitunkal- taisella yhdistelmÀkankaalla, joka on tunnettu siitÀ, ettÀ eristyskerros on valoaheijastavaksi muodostettu, valkoiseksi valkaistu tekstiilikerros.
Heijastuskerros on mieluimmin valkaistu puuvilla-25 kudos, jonka ulkopinta on lisÀksi peitetty kerroksella, joka on tehty suunnilleen pallonmuotoisilla lasihelmillÀ tai vastaavilla, joiden halkaisija on 0,5 - 7,0 mikronia.
Koska heijastuskerros lÀpÀisee ilmaa, ei keksinnön mukaisesta yhdistelmÀkankaasta tehtyjen suojavaatetusten 30 kÀyttömukavuus kÀrsi. Toisaalta on kuitenkin energian-heijastuminen yllÀttÀvÀn tehokasta, minkÀ lisÀksi sitÀ voidaan varsin huomattavasti lisÀtÀ yllÀmainitun lasihelmi-kerroksen avulla. Senvuoksi soveltuu keksinnön mukainen yhdistelmÀkangas erityisen hyvin sotilaskÀyttöön, koska se 35 kestÀÀ ydinrÀjÀhteiden lÀmpöaallot.

Keksinnön mukainen heijastuskerros korvaa etupÀÀssÀ DE-patenttijulkaisussa 2 829 599 ehdotetun, kudotun ulkokerroksen ja ilmaalÀpÀisevÀn, lÀmpöeristÀvÀn sisÀkerroksen vÀlissÀ olevan mineraalikuitukerroksen. Keksinnön mukaan 5 voidaan kuitenkin DE-2 829 599:ssÀ ehdotettu mineraali- kuitukerros ottaa mukaan, jolloin heijastuskerros on kudotun ulkokerroksen ja mineraalikuitukerroksen vÀlissÀ. Mineraalikuitukerroksen rakenteen ja koostumuksen suhteen viitataan DE-patenttijulkaisun 2 829 599 selitysosaan.
10 LisÀksi voi heijastuskerroksen ja mineraalikuitu kerroksen vÀlissÀ olla DE-patenttijulkaisun 2 843 974 mukaan olla ilmaalÀpÀisevÀ, huokoinen vedeneristyskerros. Vedeneristyskerroksen suhteen viitataan tÀmÀn DE-patentti-julkaisun selitysosaan. SikÀli ovat DE-patenttijulkaisut 15 2 829 599 ja 2 843 974 tÀmÀn hakemuksen osia.
Olennaista on, ettÀ heijastuskerroksen ulkokerroksen puoleinen sivu on "hÀikÀisevÀn" valkoinen tai "hÀikÀisevÀn" vaalea. TÀmÀ voidaan saada aikaan esimerkiksi siten, ettÀ ulkokerroksen puoleinen sivu varustetaan hopeapinnoitteella 20 tai maalataan hopeavÀrillÀ tai aluminoidaan. EdellÀ kÀytetty kÀsite "valkaistu" tarkoittaa siis "hÀikÀisevÀn valkoista" tai "hÀikÀisevÀn vaaleata".
YllÀmainitut lasihelmet mieluimmin liimataan heijastuskerroksen ulkosivunpuoleiselle sivulle siten, ettÀ il-25 manlÀpÀisevyys sÀilyy kÀytÀnnöllisesti katsoen ennallaan. TÀllöin kÀytetÀÀn, johtuen keksinnön mukaisen yhdistelmÀ-kankaan suositusta kÀyttötarkoituksesta, lieskankestÀvÀÀ liimaa.
Heijastuskerros voi olla sisÀ- ja ulkokerroksen 30 vÀlissÀ irrallaan tai kiinteÀsti. Viimemainitussa tapauksessa heijastuskerros joko liimataan, hitsataan tai puristetaan sisÀkerrokselle.
Jos sisÀkerros on sinÀnsÀ tunnetulla tavalla (DE-patentti julkaisu 2 829 599) kerros ilmaalÀpÀisevÀÀ vaahtoa, 35 jonka huokoset on tÀytetty aktiivihiilihiukkasilla, heijastuskerros mieluimmin bonderoidaan tÀlle sisÀpinnalle.

Jos heijastuskerros on irtonaisena uiko- ja sisÀkerroksen tai sisemmÀn suodatinkerroksen vÀlissÀ, heijastuskerros mieluimmin ommellaan molempiin kerroksiin.
Riippuen kudotun ulkokerroksen sekÀ ilmaalÀpÀisevÀn.
5 lÀmpöÀeristÀvÀn sisÀkerroksen rakenteesta ja koostumuksesta, viitataan jÀlleen DE-patenttijulkaisun 2 829 599 selitysosaan, joka tÀstÀ johtuen on jÀlleen osa tÀtÀ hakemusta.
Periaatteessa on mahdollista valmistaa selitetystÀ materiaalista suojavarusteita, kuten saappaita tai vastaa-10 via laminaattipuristeina. Mieluimmin valmistetaan kuitenkin rainaa, joka sitten muokataan halutuiksi vaatekappaleiksi.
TÀssÀ yhteydessÀ on todettava, ettÀ vaikka keksinnön mukainen yhdistelmÀkangas sopii erityisen hyvin suoja-vaatetukseen, ei sen kÀyttöÀ ole rajoitettu tÀhÀn tarkoi-15 tukseen. Pikemminkin on mahdollista tehdÀ tÀstÀ materiaalista pusseja lÀmpöherkkiÀ materiaaleja, kuten kÀsiradioita, nalleja ja vastaavia varten, minkÀ lisÀksi siitÀ voidaan tehdÀ peitteitÀ, makuupusseja, telttoja ja vastaavia kÀytettÀvÀksi kohteissa, joissa halutaan suojautua ydinrÀjÀh-20 teiden lÀmpöaallolta.
LieskankestÀvÀnÀ liimana yllÀmainittujen lasihelmien liimaamiseksi heijastuskerroksen ulkokerroksenpuoleiselle sivulle kÀytetÀÀn mieluimmin muoviliimaa, joka valmistetaan tri-isosyanaattien polyadditiolla kaksiarvoisiin alko-25 holeihin tai muihin hydroksyyliryhmÀpitoisiin yhdisteisiin.
TÀllÀ tavoin saatu polyuretaani liuotetaan ketoniin ja sekoitetaan suhteessa 9:1 sopivan, kaupallisesti saatavana olevan bromiliuoksen kanssa. 6 tuntia kestÀvÀn ilmatto-massa tilassa tapahtuvan sekoituksen jÀlkeen lisÀtÀÀn 5 g 30 kuivana punnittua magnesiumpulveria hitaasti 100 grammaa mÀrkÀnÀ punnittua polyuretaania kohti. TÀtÀ muoviliimaa 2 levitetÀÀn sitten 25 g/m heijastuspinnalle tai vastaavalle kudotulle rainalle ja siitÀ poistetaan liuotinhöyryt ilmavirralla, jonka lÀmpötila on noin 180°C. TÀmÀn jÀlkeen 35 sirotetaan lasihelmet sille puolelle rainaa, johon liima on levitetty. Jotta lasihelmet jakautuisivat tasaisesti rainalle, puhdistetaan tÀtÀ tasonsa suunnassa.
Claims (9)
1. Monikerroksinen, suojavaatetusta varten tarkoitettu, yhdistelmÀkangas, jossa on ainakin yksi, syt.tymÀtön 5 tekstiilikudos ulkokerroksena ja ilmaalÀpÀisevÀ, lÀmpöÀ-eristÀvÀ ja samalla vahingollisia aineita adsorboiva sisÀkerros, jonka vapaan ylÀpinnan mahdollisesti peittÀÀ teks-tiilipeitekerros, jolloin tekstiilimÀisen ulkokerroksen ja sisÀkerroksen vÀliin on sovitettu ilmaalÀpÀisevÀ ja tai-10 puisa eristyskerros, tunnettu siitÀ, ettÀ eristys-kerros on valoaheijastavaksi muodostettu, valkoiseksi valkaistu tekstiilikerros.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yhdistelmÀkangas, tunnettu siitÀ, ettÀ tekstiilikerros on puuvilla- 15 kudosta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yhdistelmÀkangas, tunnettu siitÀ, ettÀ tekstiilikerroksen ulkokerrok-senpuoleinen sivu on varustettu hopeapinnoitteella, vÀrjÀtty hopeiseksi tai aluminoitu.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 - 3 mukainen yhdis telmÀkangas, tunnettu siitÀ, ettÀ tekstiilikerroksen ulkokerroksenpuoleinen sivu on varustettu kerroksella olennaisesti pallonmuotoisia lasihelmiÀ tai vastaavia, joiden halkaisija kulloinkin on vÀhintÀÀn 0,5, edullisesti 25 1 mikronia ja enintÀÀn 7,0, edullisesti 6,0 mikronia.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen yhdistelmÀkangas, tunnettu siitÀ, ettÀ lasihelmet on liimattu teks-tiilikerrokselle siten, ettÀ ilmanlÀpÀisykyky olennaisesti tÀysin sÀilyy.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen yhdistelmÀkangas, tunnettu siitÀ, ettÀ liimana kÀytetÀÀn lieskankestÀ-vÀÀ liimaa.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen yhdistelmĂ€kangas, tunnettu siitĂ€, ettĂ€ tekstiilikerros 35 on liimattu, hitsattu tai puristettu sisĂ€kerrokselle. _______ . â ΀Îâ 6 68091
