Claims (10)
1. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning som leder elektricitet, vilken elastomerblandning omfattar en elastomermatris och metallhaltiga partiklar som elledande fyllnadsämne, kännetecknad av att de elledande 5 partiklarna ätminstone delvis är belagda med en självinställbar film vars molekyler motsvararden allmänna strukturen 1): -X-(CH2)n-CH3 10 (1) där X är en neutral ändgrupp som förmär bilda ett stabilt komplex med metallytan.
2. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad avattXär merkaptan (SH), 4-pyridin ellerfosfin.
3. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att i den allmänna strukturen (1) är n 9-19. 20
4. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt nägot av patentkraven 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknad av att neutrala molekylledare är anordnade i den självinställbara filmen.
5. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av att längden för nämnda molekylledare är 7-21 A.
6. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av att nämnda molekylledare är kvatertiofen (QT) eller 30 difenylhexatrien (DPHT) -molekyler.
7. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt patentkrav 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknad av att en polymer som leder elektricitet är anordnad i den självinställda filmen. 35
8. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt patentkrav 7, kännetecknad av att den elledande polymeren är polyanilin (PANI), polypyrrol och/eller polytiofen.
9. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad av att elastomermatrisen omfattar atminstone tvä polymerfaser.
10. Termoplastisk elastomerblandning enligt nägot av de 10 föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad av att den omfattar en styrenetenbuten-styren-kopolymer (SEBS).
