Claims (29)

1. Yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava media tunnettu siitä, että siinä on käskyt, jotka suoritettuina saavat laitteen: i vastaanottamaan laiteprofiilipalvelimelta suoratoiston kehyspakkaus- formaatin attribuutin, joka sisältää langattoman tietoliikenneverkon asiakaspäätelait-teen tukemien kehyspakkausformaattien listan, joka liittyy stereoskooppisen 3-D-videon suoratoistoon asiakaspäätelaitteen paketti kytketyn suoratoistopalvelusovel-luksen (PSS) tukeman kuljetusprotokollan kautta, missä kuljetusprotokolla on reaali-I aikainen kuljetusprotokolla (RTP) tai hypertekstin kuljetusprotokolla (HTTP); mukauttamaan sisällön suoratoiston kehyspakkausformaatin attribuutin perusteella; kehittämään istuntokuvaus- tai metadatatiedoston suoratoistoistunnon muodostamiseksi suoratoiston kehyspakkausformaatin perusteella; ja i lähettämään mukautetun sisällön ja kehitetyn istuntokuvaus- tai meta datatiedoston asiakaspäätelaitteelle.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että kehyspakkausformaattien listassa on osoitus vertikaalisesti limitty- I västä kehysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, horisontaalisesti limittyvästä ke-hysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, ylhäältä alas kehysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, shakkikuvioisesta kehysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, tai ajallisesti limitetystä täyden resoluution pakkausformaatista.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että listassa on yhden tai useamman kokonaislukuarvon lista, mitkä vastaavat yhtä tai useampaa tuettua kehyspakkausformaattia.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tun-I nettu siitä, että yhden tai useamman kokonaislukuarvon listassa on arvo 1 vastaamaan vertikaalisesti limittyvää kehysyhteensopivaa pakkausformaattia, arvo 2 vastaamaan horisontaalisesti limittyvää kehysyhteensopivaa pakkausformaattia, arvo 3 vastaamaan vierekkäismuotoista kehysyhteensopivaa pakkausformaattia, arvo 4 vastaamaan ylhäältä alas kehysyhteensopivaa pakkausformaattia, arvo 0 vastaa- maan shakkikuvioista kehysyhteensopivaa pakkausformaattia, tai arvo 5 vastaamaan ajallisesti limittyvää kullekin näkymälle täyden resoluution pakkausformaattia.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että kuljetusprotokolla käsittää RTP:n.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että kuljetusprotokolla käsittää HTTP:n.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että istuntokuvaus- tai metadatatiedosto on reaaliaikaisen suoratoisto-protokollan (RTSP) istuntokuvausprotokollan (SDP) tiedosto tai hypertekstin kuljetusprotokollan yli toteutetun dynaamisen adaptiivisen suoratoiston (DASH) median esityksen kuvauksen (MPD) tiedosto.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että sisältö on 3-D-videosisältö ja ohjeet suoritettuina saavat lisäksi laitteen: muunnoskoodaamaan 3-D-videosisällön tai muuntamaan 3-D-videosisällön formaatin suoratoiston kehyspakkausformaatin attribuutin perusteella.
9. Yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että siinä on ohjeet, jotka tullessaan suoritetuiksi saavat laitteen: vastaanottamaan la iteprof i i I i pa I vei i meitä kehyspakkausformaatin attribuutin, jossa on käyttäjälaitteen (104) tukeman yhden tai useamman kehyspakkausformaatin lista, joka liittyy stereoskooppisen 3-D-videoon, joka voidaan sisällyttää 3GP-tiedostoon ja jota käyttäjälaitteessa (104) oleva pakettikytketyn suoratoistopal-velun (PSS) sovellus käsittelee; ja lähettämään sisällön käyttäjälaitteelle (104) kehyspakkausformaatin attribuutin perusteella.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että kehyspakkausformaattien listassa on ilmaisu vierekkäismuotoiselle kehyspakkausformaatista tai ylhäältä alas kehyspakkausformaatista.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että listassa on yhden tai useamman kokonaislukuarvon lista, mitkä vastaavat yhtä tai useampaa tuettua kehyspakkausformaattia.
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että yhden tai useamman kokonaislukuarvon listassa on arvo 3 vastaamaan vierekkäismuotoista kehysyhteensopivaa pakkausformaattia tai arvo 4 vastaamaan ylhäältä alas kehysyhteensopivaa pakkausformaattia.
13. Laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että siinä on: mediasoitin (124) dekoodaamaan ja esittämään matkaviestinlaitteen langattomasi! vastaanottaman stereoskooppisen kolmiulotteisen (3-D) videosisällön matkaviestinlaitteen (128) näytöllä; ja sisällönhallintamoduulin (120, 136): määräämään laiteominaisuustiedon, joka sisältää 3-D-videokoodekit ja -formaatit, joita mediasoitin (124) tukee; lähettämään yhden tai useamman viestin laiteprofiilipal-velimelle (144), jossa yhdessä tai useammassa viestissä on laiteomi-naisuustietoa; lähettämään ainakin yhden viestin mediapalvelimelle (116), jossa ainakin yhdessä viestissä on pyyntö stereoskooppiselle 3-D-vi deosi säl löi le ja mille tahansa ajalliselle säädölle laiteominaisuustie-dossa.
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että laiteominaisuus-tiedossa on 3-D-formaattiattribuutti, jossa on mediasoittimen (124) piirien tukema formaattityyppi.
15. Patenttivaatimuksen 14 mukainen laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että formaattityyppi on kehyspakkausformaattityyppi, joka vastaa kehysyhteensopivaa pakkausformaattia tai kunkin näkymän täyden resoluution pakkausformaattia, simulcast-formaattityyppi tai lisäformaatilla täydennetty kaksiulotteinen formaattityyppi.
16. Patenttivaatimuksen 15 mukainen laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että formaattityyppi on kehyspakkausformaattityyppi, joka on kehysyhteensopiva pakkausformaatti, jos sa on arvo, joka ilmaisee vertikaalisen limityksen, horisontaalisen limityksen, vierek-käisyyden, ylhäältä alas -tyypin tai shakkikuvion.
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että mobiililaite vastaanottaa 3-D-videosisältöä langattomasti paketti kytketyn suoratoistopalvelun kautta.
18. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että sisällönhallinta-moduuli (120, 136) on tarkoitettu lähettämään laiteominaisuustiedon istunnonaloi-tusprotokollan (SIP) SUBSCRIBE-sanomassa Internet Protocol Multimedia Core Network -alijärjestelmälle hakemisen aikana.
19. Patenttivaatimuksen 18 mukainen laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että palvelun hakemisen jälkeen sisällönhallintamoduuli (120, 136) on käyttämässä SI P-sig na I oi n tia tuettujen 3-D-videokoodekkien ja -formaattien joukon päivittämiseksi.
20. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että mediasoitin (124) on lisäksi sovitettu: vastaanottamaan suoratoiston, joka sisältää pyydetyn stereoskooppisen videosisällön, jossa mediasoitin (124) on lisäksi sovitettu vastaanottamaan hy-pertekstikuljetusprotokollan kautta toteutetun dynaamisen adaptiivisen suoratoisto (DASH) -protokollan; pakettikytketyn suoratoisto (PSS) -protokollan; tai Internet-protokolla-multimedia-alijärjestelmäpohjaisen (IMS) pakettikytketyn suoratoistopalvelun PSS- ja multimedian yleislähetys/ryhmälähetyspalvelujen (MBMS) protokollan mukaisen suoratoiston.
21. Patenttivaatimuksen 20 mukainen laitteisto tunnettu siitä, että mediasoitin (124) on lisäksi sovitettu vastaanottamaan suoratoistoon liittyvän istuntokuvauspro-tokollan (SDP) tiedoston tai median esityksen kuvauksen (MPD) metadatatiedoston.
22. Mobiililaite tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukaisen laitteiston.
23. Patenttivaatimuksen 22 mukainen mobiililaite tunnettu siitä, että siinä on lisäksi: autostereoskooppinen näyttö (128) 3-D-videosisällön esittämiseksi mediasoittimen (124) ohjaamana.
24. Yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että siinä on ohjeet, jotka tullessaan suoritetuiksi saavat laiteprofiilipalvelimen: vastaanottamaan käyttäjälaitteeseen (104) liittyvää 3-D-ominaisuustietoa koskevan pyynnön; ja antamaan suoratoiston kehyspakkausformaatin attribuutin, jossa on käyttäjälaitteen (104) tukemien kehyspakkausformaattien lista, mitkä liittyvät stereoskooppisen 3-D-videon suoratoistoon käyttäjälaitteen (104) paketti kytketyn suo-ratoistopalvelusovelluksen (PSS) tukeman kuljetusprotokollan kautta, missä kuljetusprotokolla on reaaliaikainen kuljetusprotokolla (RTP) tai hypertekstin kuljetusprotokolla (HTTP).
25. Patenttivaatimuksen 24 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että kehyspakkausformaattien listassa on osoitus vertikaalisesti limittyvästä kehysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, horisontaalisesti limittyvästä kehysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, vierekkäisestä kehysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, ylhäältä alas kehysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, shakki-kuvioisesta kehysyhteensopivasta pakkausformaatista, tai ajallisesti limitetystä täyden resoluution pakkausformaatista.
26. Patenttivaatimuksen 24 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että kuljetusprotokolla käsittää RTP:n.
27. Patenttivaatimuksen 24 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että kuljetusprotokolla käsittää HTTP:n.
28. Patenttivaatimuksen 24 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava väline tunnettu siitä, että listassa on yhden tai useamman kokonaislukuarvon lista, mitkä vastaavat yhtä tai useampaa tuettua kehyspakkausformaattia.
29.
