CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1) REACCION DE UN AUTOCLAVE DE HIDROXIDO DE SILICIO Y AGUA A UNA TEMPERATURA PROXIMA A 197,4GC Y UNA PRESION DE 15 BARES DURANTE UN TIEMPO DE UNA HORA Y CUARTO, FORMANDOSE UNA SUSTANCIA DE CRISTALES DE XONOLITA. 2) TRANSFERENCIA DEL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO DEL AUTOCLAVE A UN SEGUNDO RECIPIENTE, CUYA PRESION ESTA POR DEBAJO DE LA DEL AUTOCLAVE. 3) ADICION DE UN MATERIAL FIBROSO, TALES COMO LANA MINERAL NO MODULADA, DISPERSADA EN AGUA Y FIBRAS DE CELULOSA, TAMBIEN DISPERSADA EN AGUA. 4) COLOCACION DE LA SUSPENSION DE UN MOLDE, RETIRANDO EL AGUA DE LA SUSPENSION. 5) SOMETER A PRESION LA SUSPENSION Y SECADO DEL PRODUCTO MOLDEADO PARA FORMAR EL AISLAMIENTO, DE UNA DENSIDAD COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 200 Y 400 KG/M CUBICOS.
