Abstract

1. Un procedimiento de preparación de ácidos ciclopropano- carboxílicos de fórmula general-01 (I) de configuración (1R,3S): **(Fórmula-01)** en la que X representa un átomo de azufre o de oxígeno y n representa un número entero igual a 1, 2 o 3, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar, en el seno de un disolvente orgánico, y en presencia de un agente básico fuerte, lactona de ácido cis 2,2-dimetil-3S(dihidroximetil)ciclopropano-1R- carboxílico , fórmula-02 (II): **(Fórmula-02)** con un compuesto de fórmula general-03 (III): **(Fórmula-03)** en la que X y n son como se han definido anteriormente, se somete el compuesto resultante, de fórmula general-04 (IV): **(Fórmula-04)** a la acción de un agente ácido, en el seno de un disolvente orgánico apolar, y después se somete el compuesto resultante, de fórmula general-05 (V): **(Fórmula-05)** a la acción de un agente básico en el seno de un disolvente orgánico apolar, para obtener el compuesto (I) correspondiente deseado.
