Abstract

Mejoras en re calentadores separadores de humedad, teniendo un casco hermético al vapor, medios para hacer pasar vapor del lado del casco húmedo frío a través del mismo, medios dentro de dicho casco para extraer humedad arrastrada desde dicho vapor del lado del caso, un re calentador en el mismo para elevar la temperatura de dicho vapor secado del lado del caso, comprendiendo dicho re calentador un colector de admisión un colector de salida y una pluralidad de tubos de intercambio térmico sustancialmente paralelos, comprendiendo un haz de tubos conectado entremedias y extendiéndose a lo largo de dicho casco longitudinalmente y en relación de transferencia de calor con dicho vapor de lado del casco y en que dicho re calentador se abastece de vapor saturado del lado de los tubos a una temperatura y una presión mayores que la temperatura y presión a la que se suministra el vapor saturado del lado del casco, caracterizadas por que comprende: medios para estrangular el vapor principal disponible, para procurar una fuente de vapor saturado estrangulado para dicho re calentador, para calentar vapor del lado del casco, medios para procurar un flujo de vapor adicional al colector de admisión de dicho re calentador, suficiente para eliminar sustancialmente la sub refrigeración de condensado dentro de dichos tubos, en condiciones parciales de carga estrangulada, comprendiendo dichos medios un termo-compresor de alta diferencia de presión medios para suministrar vapor de escape desde dicho colector de salida del citado re calentador a una entrada de baja presión de dicho termo-compresor, medios para suministrar vapor principal no estrangulado, tomado desde la admisión de vapor del re calentador, corriente arriba del medio de estrangulamiento a una entrada de alta presión de dicho termo- compresor y medios para suministrar la salida de dicho termo-compresor al colector de admisión de dicho re calentador.
