Abstract

Una mezcladora estática para mezclar, en un flujo continuo, materiales en polvo y/o en suspensión, con materiales líquidos y especialmente para entremezclar los materiales componentes de un explosivo, comprendiendo dicha mezcladora una cámara de mezcla toroidal, una entrada para cada componente en polvo y/o en suspensión dispuesta centrada y coaxialmente en la cámara y al menos un cuerpo extendedor que tiene una superficie extendora sustancialmente cónica dispuesto centradamente y en relación de espaciado y aguas abajo con la entrada (o entradas) de polvo / suspensión y una entrada anular en la cámara para cada componente líquido caracterizada porque cada entrada de polvo / suspensión tiene la forma de una boquilla de tubería que comunica con un recipiente de presión que contiene componentes en polvo fluidificados y/o componentes en suspensión y porque cada entrada de líquido que tiene la forma de una boquilla de rendija cónica anular comunica con un recipiente de presión que contiene líquido, estando dichas superficies extendedoras cónicas y dichas boquillas de rendija cónicas de tal modo dispuestas axial y angularmente, relativamente entre sí, que en el funcionamiento de la mezcladora los rociados cónicos de gran velocidad de polvo / suspensión que salen de las superficies extendedoras cónicas chocan con los rociados líquidos cónicos de gran velocidad procedentes de las boquillas de rendija cónica en una zona de mezcla circular común no apoyada en la cámara de mezcla.
