The invention is based on the task of creating a garment that is very comfortable to wear and with a functional adaptation of the support forces.

This task is solved according to the invention with the features of claim 1. The subclaims indicate suitable improvements.

The garment according to the invention has at least one layer of textile fabric on which an elastomeric adhesive is applied which in the solid state is elastic. This ensures that the finished garment is present in at least one direction of material, conveniently in both directions of material, a high degree of elasticity, so that the garment is capable of generating or absorbing supporting forces or high retention. The zones or sections are advantageously joined together by means of a continuously formed adhesive bonding section that develops between the zones. The continuous adhesive joint section can have both a constant adhesive density and a variable adhesive density throughout the length. The distribution of a variable amount of adhesive per unit area is preferably achieved by varying the density of lines or strips across the length and / or across the width of the textile fabric layer.
