Abstract

Un horno de convección, que comprende: - una cavidad (10) a ser calentada; - una partición (15) posicionada a una distancia predeterminada de una pared trasera (12) de dicha cavidad (10), que tiene un orificio central (16); - un ventilador (20) posicionado en las proximidades de dicho orificio central (16), entre dicha partición (15) y dicha pared trasera (12), adaptado para recoger aire desde dicha cavidad (10) y conducir un flujo de dicho aire por detrás de la citada partición (15); - al menos dos elementos de calentamiento (22, 23, 24, 25) distintos y alimentados por separado, ambos posicionados en el interior de dicha cavidad (10) entre la citada partición (15) y dicha pared trasera (12), siendo dicho primer y dicho segundo elementos de calentamiento (22, 23, 24, 25) elementos de calentamiento (22, 23, 24, 25) de bobina abierta; y, - al menos dos deflectores (30, 31, 32, 33) de dicho flujo de aire, los cuales transportan dicho flujo de aire hasta al menos dos zonas de la citada cavidad (10); caracterizado porque: dichos al menos dos deflectores (30, 31, 32, 33) están situados entre dicha partición (15) y dicha pared trasera (12) y forman canales separados, donde cada canal comprende uno de dichos elementos de calentamiento (22, 23, 24, 25), por el que dicho flujo de aire es transportado.A convection oven, comprising: - a cavity (10) to be heated; - a partition (15) positioned at a predetermined distance from a rear wall (12) of said cavity (10), which has a central hole (16); - a fan (20) positioned in the vicinity of said central hole (16), between said partition (15) and said rear wall (12), adapted to collect air from said cavity (10) and conduct a flow of said air through behind said partition (15); - at least two different heating elements (22, 23, 24, 25) and fed separately, both positioned inside said cavity (10) between said partition (15) and said rear wall (12), said said being first and said second heating elements (22, 23, 24, 25) open coil heating elements (22, 23, 24, 25); and, - at least two baffles (30, 31, 32, 33) of said air flow, which transport said air flow to at least two areas of said cavity (10); characterized in that: said at least two baffles (30, 31, 32, 33) are located between said partition (15) and said rear wall (12) and form separate channels, where each channel comprises one of said heating elements (22, 23, 24, 25), by which said air flow is transported.
