Abstract

Plataforma meteorológica flotante que comprende una cabina (1) y un cilindro superior (2) que une a un elemento de rotura (3) con la cabina (1) y donde las dimensiones de espesor y diámetro son variables en función de las condiciones de estabilidad y condiciones de desplazamiento establecidos para el conjunto; y donde dicho elemento de rotura (3) comprende un tronco de cono superior (3a), un cilindro central (3b) y un tronco de cono inferior (3c); y en donde la inclinación del tronco-cono inferior (3c) respecto de la horizontal estará comprendida entre los 20º y los 40º; y donde la acción de rotura del elemento de rotura (3) es solidaria con la acción de los medios de flotación y amarre (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) estando ambos configurados para combatir la acción que una placa de hielo (100) ejerce sobre el conjunto de la plataforma.Floating weather platform comprising a cabin (1) and an upper cylinder (2) that joins a breaking element (3) with the cabin (1) and where the dimensions of thickness and diameter are variable depending on the stability conditions and travel conditions established for the whole; and wherein said breaking element (3) comprises an upper cone trunk (3a), a central cylinder (3b) and a lower cone trunk (3c); and where the inclination of the lower trunk-cone (3c) with respect to the horizontal will be between 20º and 40º; and where the breaking action of the breaking element (3) is integral with the action of the flotation and mooring means (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9), both of which are configured to combat the action of an ice sheet (100) exerts on the whole platform.
