Abstract
SE EXPONEN UN SISTEMA Y PROCEDIMIENTO PARA CONTROLAR LA POTENCIA DE TRANSMISION DURANTE EL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE UN CANAL EN UN SISTEMA DE COMUNICACION DEL TIPO AMCD (ACCESO MULTIPLE POR CODIGO DE DISTRIBUCION) QUE UTILIZAN LA TRANSMISION DE UN CODIGO CORTO DE UNA UNIDAD DE ABONADO A UNA ESTACION BASE DURANTE LA SUBIDA INICIAL DE POTENCIA. EL CODIGO CORTO ES UNA SECUENCIA PARA DETECCION POR PARTE DE LA ESTACION BASE QUE TIENE UN PERIODO MUCHO MAS BREVE QUE UN CODIGO CONVENCIONAL DE DISTRIBUCION. LA SUBIDA COMIENZA A PARTIR DE UN NIVEL DE POTENCIA QUE SE GARANTIZA QUE ES INFERIOR AL NIVEL DE POTENCIA REQUERIDO PARA DETECCION POR LA ESTACION BASE.
