Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor guide device for a sliding door arrangement of a shower partition having at least one fixed wall part and at least one door part that is movable relative thereto, wherein the floor guide device has a guide part for guiding the movable door part in a guide direction parallel to the fixed wall part, wherein a guide part outer side that delimits the guide part and an opposite guide part inner side that delimits the guide part are provided on the guide part, wherein a door part guide recess for receiving and guiding the movable door part is provided on the guide part between the guide part outer side and the guide part inner side, wherein a first magnetic fastening section and a second magnetic fastening section are provided in the floor guide device, wherein the second magnetic fastening section is provided on the guide part outer side of the guide part, wherein the first magnetic fastening section and the second magnetic fastening section interact to generate a magnetic holding force and wherein the guide part can be detached from the first magnetic fastening section in a transverse direction that is transverse to the
- Floor guide devices for sliding door arrangements of shower partitions are generally known in the prior art.
- Such floor guide devices generally have a fixed part that can be arranged on the floor or on a shower tray and, if necessary, attached to it and which, depending on the design, serves to hold a fixed wall part of the shower partition or can be attached to it.
- a guide is usually provided that serves to guide the movable door part in a guide direction parallel to the fixed wall part.
- the guide can, for example, be designed in the form of a guide section as an integral component of the fixed part, on which a guide groove is provided.
- a lower end of the movable door part is arranged within the guide groove and is essentially delimited by it in a form-fitting manner transversely to the guide direction.
- Floor guide devices have therefore also become known in which the guide part, including the guide groove provided on it, can be completely detached from the fixed part. This means that the movable door part can be swung out transversely to the guide direction after the guide part has been released, which makes it easier to clean the gap.
- Floor guide devices with a detachable guide part are made, for example, of GB2559882B2 , EN 10 2016 117 739 A1 , EN 20 2009 005 076 U1 known, whereby an actuating mechanism is often provided in order to be able to release the guide part from the fixed part.
- the disadvantage here is that the structure is usually relatively complex if an actuating mechanism is provided.
- Floor guide devices without an actuating mechanism are usually simple in structure, but have the disadvantage that handling is relatively complex and laborious because the guide part has to be released manually from the fixed part, which often even requires a tool.
- floor guide devices are also known which have a guide element that can be moved relative to the fixed part. This allows the movable door part to be swung out of the guide groove after the guide element has been moved transversely to the guide direction, which also makes cleaning the gap easier.
- Such floor guide devices are made, for example, of DE 20 2018 001 232 U1 and EP 2 727 506 B1 known, whereby an actuating mechanism is usually provided on the floor guide device in order to release a locking mechanism of the guide element in order to be able to move the guide element.
- the disadvantage here is that the structure is usually relatively complex due to the actuating mechanism and that the floor guide devices are difficult to clean despite the pivoting of the movable door part because dirt can easily accumulate, particularly in the area of the movable guide element.
- magnetic floor guide devices are also known in which a permanent magnet is arranged at the lower end of the movable door part and a magnetic surface is provided on the fixed part or vice versa.
- the permanent magnet is arranged in a profile or sealing profile that is arranged at the lower end of the movable door part and extends over the entire width of the door part.
- Such floor guide devices are made, for example, from DE 20 2016 103 716 U1 , EP 3 257 414 A1 , EN 20 2017 100 237 U1 , EP 2 965 676 B1 , DE 20 2010 018 409 U1
- the magnet and the surface interacting with it can extend across the entire width of the door, which requires a surge profile. but also the magnet can extend over the entire width of the door and the surface interacting with it only over a smaller part of the fixed part.
- the disadvantage of this is that individually manufactured profiles with magnets included are required. This means that, for example, standardized sealing profiles cannot be used, which results in higher costs. On the other hand, this also means that a minimalist look cannot be achieved, so that modern customer requirements cannot be met sufficiently.
- a type of point-shaped magnet can also be arranged on the movable door part, which interacts with an essentially point-shaped magnetic surface that is arranged on a trolley that is guided in a rail.
- this design is very complex in terms of construction and is also difficult to clean.
- the fixed part is designed as an S-shaped profile and the guide part as a U-profile.
- One leg of the guide part can be hooked into one leg of the fixed part from below and attached to the fixed part using a magnetic lock.
- the movable door part is guided between the leg of the S-profile and the opposite leg of the U-profile.
- stops are provided at the ends of the S-profile in the longitudinal direction.
- the disadvantage here is that dirt can easily accumulate, particularly in the area of the fixed part, and the area is difficult to access for cleaning.
- handling is complicated because the movement sequence for pivoting the movable door part requires several steps.
- Another disadvantage is that sealing is difficult or impossible to achieve.
- EN 10 2010 034 641 A1 discloses a shower partition with a sliding door that is guided in a guide recess of a lower guide so that it can slide in the direction of movement.
- On a fastening side facing the fixed glass wall there are two recesses, each of which has a magnet arranged in it.
- Two magnets are glued to the fixed glass wall, which correspond to the recesses.
- the disadvantage here is that the glued magnets are exposed to the damp environment, which leads to rapid corrosion.
- Another disadvantage is the relatively high installation effort, since on the one hand the magnets have to be positioned very precisely on the glass wall and on the other hand the glass surface and the magnets have to be cleaned and, if necessary, pre-processed.
- the stability and durability are limited due to the gluing.
- the floor guide device has a fixed part that can be arranged on the floor, wherein a wall part holding section for fastening the fixed part to the fixed wall part is provided on the fixed part, wherein an inner fixed part side that delimits the fixed part and an opposite outer fixed part side that delimits the fixed part are provided on the fixed part, wherein the first magnetic fastening section is provided on the inner fixed part side of the fixed part, wherein the guide part can be detachably fastened to the fixed part in that the magnetic holding force holds the guide part to the fixed part when the guide part is fastened to the fixed part, wherein when the guide part is fastened to the fixed part, the outer guide part side of the guide part and the inner fixed part side of the fixed part face each other.
- the floor guide device can be attached to the fixed wall part with essentially no preparatory work and in just a few steps.
- the wall part holding section is preferably designed as a door part holding recess provided between the fixed part outside and the fixed part inside for receiving an end section of the fixed wall part. This allows the fixed part to be attached to the wall part in a simple and stable manner.
- a guide part receiving opening is provided on the fixed part, which extends from the inside of the fixed part towards the outside of the fixed part, wherein the first magnetic fastening section is arranged in the guide part receiving opening and wherein a guide part receiving section corresponding to the guide part receiving opening of the fixed part is provided on the outside of the guide part, wherein the second magnetic fastening section is arranged on the guide part receiving section and wherein the guide part receiving section is received in a form-fitting manner in the guide part receiving opening, preferably at least in the guide direction, when the guide part is fastened to the fixed part, or vice versa.
- the guide part receiving opening and the guide part receiving section corresponding thereto advantageously have complementary square or round cross-sections. This ensures that the guide part is held firmly on the fixed part, so that the guide part does not move in an undesirable manner relative to the fixed part in the guide direction when fastened.
- the door part guide recess can be designed to directly guide the movable door part, in which a lower section of the movable door part is arranged directly in the door part guide recess, or the door part guide recess can also be designed to indirectly guide the movable door part, in which a sealing profile guide section of a sealing profile attached to the lower end of the movable door part is arranged in the door part guide recess.
- This allows the floor guide device to be flexibly adapted and a suitable guide for a sliding door arrangement can be selected as required.
- the guide part preferably has a first limiting device which is designed to interact directly or indirectly with the movable door part in the sliding door arrangement in order to hold the guide part on the movable door part when the guide part is released from the fixed part.
- the first limiting device is preferably designed as a taper of the door part guide recess which is formed integrally with the guide part, wherein the taper is preferably provided in an upper region of the door part guide recess and/or wherein the taper is preferably designed in the form of two opposite, mutually facing first limiting projections. This prevents the guide part from being undesirably released from the door part when the door part is pivoted.
- a surge profile receiving opening for receiving a surge profile can also be provided on the fixed part on a side opposite the door part holding recess in the guide direction. This means that the floor guide device can be used with or without a surge profile as required.
- the fixed part advantageously has a fastening bracket and a cover shell for covering the fastening bracket, wherein the guide part receiving opening is formed in a section of the cover shell that projects beyond the fastening bracket.
- the first magnetic fastening section and/or the second magnetic fastening section preferably have at least one permanent magnet. It can be advantageous for the permanent magnet of the first magnetic fastening section to be at least partially accommodated in a magnet cover that can be fastened to the fixed part, in particular to the fastening bracket, and/or for the permanent magnet of the second magnetic fastening section to be at least partially accommodated in a magnet cover that can be fastened to the guide part. This makes it easy to use standardized magnets. The magnet can also be protected from corrosion by means of the magnet cover.
- the floor guide device is designed according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the fixed part is fastened to the wall part holding section at an end section of the fixed wall part and the movable door part is guided directly or indirectly in the door part guide recess, wherein the movable door part can be displaced together with the guide part transversely to the guide direction from a guide state in which the guide part is fastened to the fixed part into a cleaning state in which the guide part is detached from the fixed part.
- a floor guide device 1 according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention is shown.
- the floor guide device 1 has a fixed part 2 and a guide part 3 that can be detachably fastened to the fixed part 2.
- the fixed part 2 is intended for arrangement on a floor or on a shower tray arranged on the floor and can be attached to the floor or the tray and/or to the fixed wall part T1 (see Fig.3 - Fig.5 ) of a sliding door arrangement of a shower partition.
- the guide part 3 serves to guide a movable door part T2 of the sliding door arrangement relative to the fixed wall part T1 in a guide direction F parallel to the fixed wall part T1.
- the door part T2 and the wall part T1 are in Fig.1 not shown and the guide part 3 is shown in a state detached from the fixed part 2.
- Fig.2 An advantageous embodiment of the floor guide device 1 is shown in an exploded view so that the individual components can be better recognized.
- the fixed part 2 can, for example, be solid and made of a suitable metallic material or a plastic with sufficient strength. If the fixed part 2 is directly exposed to moisture, then a rust-proof metallic material is preferably used as the metallic material, for example stainless steel or aluminum or alloys thereof.
- the fixed part 2 can also have a fastening bracket 13 which can be arranged on the floor and fastened if necessary and which is covered by a cover shell 14, the shape of which corresponds to the desired outer contour of the fixed part 2, as in Fig.2
- the fastening bracket 13 could also be made of a cheaper material, such as steel, because it is protected from moisture by the cover shell 14.
- the cover shell 14 can be made of a suitable plastic, for example.
- a suitable seal between the cover shell 14 and the floor or the tub could of course also be provided in order to shield the fastening bracket 13 from moisture.
- the cover shell 14 can be attached to the fastening bracket 13 in a suitable manner, eg with a plug connection, screw connection or similar.
- the fixed part 2 can also be attached to the floor or a tub.
- a suitable fastening section (not shown) can be provided, e.g. in the form of a holder for fastening means such as one or more holes for screws, etc.
- the fastening section can also have an adhesive section with which the fixed part 2 can be glued to the floor or tub using a suitable adhesive.
- the fixed part 2 is not attached to the floor or tub, but only to the fixed wall part T1. This makes assembly very simple.
- the fixed wall part T1 preferably has a sufficiently high level of stability for this.
- a suitable sealing element could also be provided on the underside of the fixed part 2 in order to create a seal against the tub or the floor.
- the fixed wall part T1 can first be mounted in a suitable manner to a fixed structure, e.g. to a wall, and then the fixed part 2 of the floor guide device 1 can be attached to the fixed wall part T1.
- a suitable sealant such as silicone, is usually used to seal a gap between the fixed wall part T1 and the floor and also between the fixed part 2 and the floor.
- the hardened silicone can of course also fix the fixed part 2 to the floor or tub to a certain extent.
- a fixed part inner side 2i which delimits the fixed part 2 and which, when the guide part 3 is fastened to the fixed part 2, faces the guide part 3 (or in the Sliding door arrangement faces a shower area) and an opposite fixed part outer side 2a delimiting the fixed part 2 is provided.
- a wall part holding section 4 for fastening the fixed part 2 to the fixed wall part T1 of the sliding door arrangement is also provided on the fixed part 2.
- a suitable holding means can be provided on the wall part holding section 4, for example, in order to ensure a sufficiently stable fastening of the fixed part 2 to the wall part T1.

- the idea of the invention basically encompasses any suitable magnetic fastening.
- several permanent magnets with the same or alternately reversed magnetic Polarity should be provided on the fixed part 2 and several permanent magnets with the same or alternately reversed magnetic polarity should interact with it. It would of course also be sufficient if only one permanent magnet P were arranged on the fixed part 2 or on the guide part 3 and a ferromagnetic fastening surface on the other part.
- the specific design is the responsibility of the specialist.
- the second magnetic fastening section 8b of the guide part 3 has a cylindrical permanent magnet P and a magnet receiving opening 20 is provided on the guide part 3, in which the permanent magnet in the assembled state ( Fig.1 ). Since permanent magnets P generally corrode relatively easily, particularly in damp environments, it is advantageous to provide a magnet cover 21 which shields the permanent magnet P from the environment.
- the magnet cover 21 can be made of metal or plastic, for example.
- a magnet opening 22 is provided here, which is preferably designed to complement the cylindrical shape of the permanent magnet P.
- the magnet receiving opening 20 can, for example, be open at the bottom and vertical grooves 20a can be provided in the magnet receiving opening 20.
- the permanent magnet P can first be arranged in the magnet opening 22 of the magnet cover 21 and then the magnet cover 21 including the permanent magnet P can be attached to the guide element 3.
- the magnet cover 21 including the permanent magnet P can be inserted from below into the magnet receiving opening 20 so that the projections 21a are received in the corresponding grooves 20a.
- a cylindrical permanent magnet P can be provided on the fastening bracket 13 of the fixed part 2 as a magnetic fastening section 8a, which can be fastened to the fastening bracket 13 in the same way as the permanent magnet P of the guide part 3 by means of a magnet cover 21.
- the two permanent magnets P naturally have an opposite magnetic polarity, so that a magnetic attraction force is created between the permanent magnets P.
- the magnet receiving opening 20 of the guide part 3 the magnet receiving opening 20 of the fastening bracket 13 is open at the top here, so that the magnet cover 21 together with the permanent magnet P accommodated therein can be inserted from above.
- the cover shell 14 can be fastened to the fastening bracket 13.
- the permanent magnets P, the Magnet covers 21 and the magnet receiving openings 20 can of course also be constructed differently.
- a guide part receiving opening 9a can also advantageously be provided on the fixed part 2, which extends from the fixed part inner side 2i over a part of the fixed part 2 in the direction of the fixed part outer side 2a, as shown in Fig.3 and Fig.5 can be seen.
- the first magnetic fastening section 8a is arranged in the guide part receiving opening 9a.
- a guide part receiving section 9b corresponding to the guide part receiving opening 9a of the fixed part 2 can be provided, wherein the second magnetic fastening section 8b is arranged on the guide part receiving section 9b.
- the guide part receiving section 9b is received in the guide part receiving opening 9a in a form-fitting manner, preferably at least as seen in the guide direction F. This can ensure secure fastening, so that the guide part 3 does not move in an undesirable manner in the guide direction F relative to the fixed part 2 during operation of the sliding door arrangement.
- the guide part receiving opening 9a and the corresponding guide part receiving section 9b have, for example, essentially complementary rectangular cross sections.
- a part of the entire guide part 3 that faces the fixed part 2 forms the guide part receiving section 9b.
- the door part guide recess 7 is arranged on the part of the guide part 3 that projects beyond the fixed part inner side 2i of the fixed part 2.
- the guide part receiving opening 9a of the fixed part 2 is formed in the part of the cover shell 14 that projects beyond the fastening bracket 13 in the transverse direction Q.
- the first magnetic fastening section 8a of the fixed part 2 in the example shown has a permanent magnet P which is arranged within a magnet cover 21 and the second magnetic fastening section 8b of the guide part 3 also has a permanent magnet P in an analogous manner which is arranged within a magnet cover 21.
- a ferromagnetic surface could be provided on the fixed part 2 as the first magnetic fastening section 8a and a permanent magnet P only on the guide part 3 (or vice versa).
- the magnet covers 21 each have a flat contact surface 21F (see Fig.2 ), which face each other in the attached state of the guide part 3 on the fixed part 2 and preferably contact each other, as in Fig.3 is evident.
- the presented This embodiment is again to be understood as an example only and other corresponding, preferably complementary shapes for the guide part receiving section 9b and the guide part receiving opening 9a could also be provided. It would be conceivable, for example, that the guide part receiving section 9b is designed as a cylindrical section and the guide part receiving opening 9a as a cylindrical opening. Of course, a reverse embodiment would also be conceivable, in which the guide part receiving opening 9a is arranged on the guide part 3 and the corresponding guide part receiving section 9b on the fixed part 2.
- the door part guide recess 7 of the guide part 3 can be designed for direct guidance of the movable door part T2, in which a lower section of the movable door part T2 is arranged in the door part guide recess 7.
- the door part guide recess 7 of the guide part 3 can, however, also be designed, as in the example shown, for indirect guidance of the movable door part T2, in which a guide section 10a of a sealing profile 10 fastened to the lower end of the movable door part T2 is arranged in the door part guide recess 7.
- a door part guide recess width X of the door part guide recess 7, viewed in the transverse direction Q, is dimensioned either as a function of the door thickness D of the movable door part T2 or as a function of a sealing profile guide section width Y of the part of the sealing profile guide section 10a located within the door part guide recess 7.
- the sealing profile guide section width Y is preferably smaller than the door thickness D of the movable door part T2.
- a preferably at least partially elastic sealing lip 10b can also be provided on the sealing profile 10 in order to seal a gap between the movable door part T2 and the floor.
- the area of the guide recess 7 can be shielded from dirt and water.
- the Sealing profile 10 is preferably made of a suitable plastic or a suitable metal, for example aluminum. Plastic has the advantage that the entire sealing profile 10 can be formed in one piece, so that the elastic sealing lip 10b is also formed integrally with the sealing profile 10.
- the guide section 10a has a relatively high stability and can therefore have a relatively small width.
- the elastic sealing lip 10b would have to be designed as a separate component, which is connected to the sealing profile 10 in a suitable manner, for example glued or screwed.
- the guide part 3 has a first limiting device 11 in the area of the door part guide recess 7, which is designed to be pivoted in the cleaning state RZ (see Fig.2 right) of the sliding door arrangement to interact directly with the movable door part T2 or indirectly with the sealing profile 10 attached to the movable door part T2 in order to prevent the guide part 3 from becoming undesirably detached from the movable door part T2 and/or from the sealing profile 10.
- a second limiting device 12 can be provided on the lower door part section of the movable door part T2 or on the sealing profile guide section 10a, which interacts with the first limiting device 11 to hold the guide part 3.
- the first limiting device 11 can be designed, for example, as a taper of the door part guide recess 7 that is formed integrally with the guide part 3 and is preferably provided in an upper region of the door part guide recess 7.
- the taper is designed, for example, in the form of two opposing, mutually facing first limiting projections 11a, 11b that are integrally formed from the material of the guide part 3.
- the second limiting device 12 can also be designed as a thickening that is formed integrally with the movable door part T2 or integrally with the sealing profile guide section 10a and is preferably arranged at a lower end of the movable door part T2 or the sealing profile guide section 10.
- the thickening is designed, for example, in the form of two second limiting projections 12a, 12b that are arranged on opposite sides of the sealing profile guide section 10a when viewed in the transverse direction.
- the first limiting projections 11a, 11b of the guide part 3 can rest against the second limiting projections 12a, 12b of the sealing profile 10, so that the guide part 3 does not come loose from the sealing profile 10 or from the movable door part T2.
- This can make handling of the sliding door arrangement easier because the guide part 3 always remains on the movable door part T2, as in Fig.3 right and in Fig.5 is evident.
- the guide part 3 can be easily brought back into line with the guide part receiving opening 9a of the fixed part 2 and held in the fastened state by the magnetic holding force.
- the guide part 3 can thus be easily removed from the movable door part T2, in particular the sealing profile 10 attached to it, by pushing the guide part 3 in the guide direction F over the end of the movable door part T2.
- This allows, for example, a separate cleaning of the guide part 3 to be carried out.
- a suitable locking device (not shown) could also be arranged on the movable door part T2 or on the sealing profile 10 and/or on the guide part 3 in order to limit a relative movement in the guide direction F, so that the guide part 3 does not become undesirably detached from the movable door part T2, in particular the sealing profile 10 attached to it.
- the second limiting device 12 is spaced apart from the first limiting device 11 in the vertical direction by an adjustment distance L in the fastened state of the guide part 3 on the fixed part 2 in the guide state FZ.
- L an adjustment distance in the fastened state of the guide part 3 on the fixed part 2 in the guide state FZ.
- Fig.3 shown on the left, wherein at least a first limiting projection 11b of the guide part 3 is spaced apart from the corresponding second limiting projection 12b of the sealing profile 10 at the setting distance L.
- the movable door part T2 and/or the sealing profile 10 can be moved in the guide state FZ in the vertical direction relative to the guide part 3. This can create a certain amount of play for the assembly of the sliding door arrangement, e.g. to adjust a position of the sealing profile 10 to compensate for uneven floors, etc.
- the first and second limiting projections 11a, 11b do not necessarily have to be aligned with one another when viewed in the transverse direction Q, but can also be arranged in different positions when viewed in the vertical direction.
- the guide part 3 can have a lower overall height on the guide part inner side 3i, for example, in order to ensure that the second limiting projection 11b is sufficiently far away from the sealing profile 10 in the illustrated indirect guidance of the movable door part T2.
- the sliding door arrangement of a shower partition in Fig.4 and Fig.5 shown again in a perspective view from inside a shower area.
- the sliding door arrangement is in the guide state FZ (analog Fig.3 left) and in Fig.5 the sliding door arrangement is in the swiveled out cleaning state RZ (analog Fig.3 right).
- the surge profile 6b is clearly visible again and in Fig.5 in particular also the guide part recess 9a arranged on the fixed part inner side 2i, which in the example shown is formed by the cover shell 14.
- the movable door part T2 together with the guide part 3 can be moved from the guide state FZ ( Fig.4 ) to the cleaning state RZ ( Fig.5 ) can be displaced.
- a force that is opposite to the magnetic holding force acting between the second magnetic fastening section 8b of the guide part 3 and the first magnetic fastening section 8a of the fixed part 2 (here between the two oppositely polarized permanent magnets P) and exceeds the magnetic holding force can be exerted transversely to the guide direction F on the movable door part T2 or the guide part 3.
- the movable door part T2 can therefore be pivoted into the cleaning state RZ very easily in essentially any position.
- the guide part 3 can be held on the movable door part T2 in the cleaning state RZ by the first limiting device 11 of the guide part interacting with the second limiting device 12 of the movable door part T2 or the sealing profile 10 attached to it, as shown in Fig.5 is once again evident.
- a complex movement sequence for pivoting the movable door part T2 is no longer required and, on the other hand, no actuating device is required, e.g. to release a locking device.

Description
The invention relates to a floor guide device for a sliding door arrangement of a shower partition having at least one fixed wall part and at least one door part that is movable relative thereto, wherein the floor guide device has a guide part for guiding the movable door part in a guide direction parallel to the fixed wall part, wherein a guide part outer side that delimits the guide part and an opposite guide part inner side that delimits the guide part are provided on the guide part, wherein a door part guide recess for receiving and guiding the movable door part is provided on the guide part between the guide part outer side and the guide part inner side, wherein a first magnetic fastening section and a second magnetic fastening section are provided in the floor guide device, wherein the second magnetic fastening section is provided on the guide part outer side of the guide part, wherein the first magnetic fastening section and the second magnetic fastening section interact to generate a magnetic holding force and wherein the guide part can be detached from the first magnetic fastening section in a transverse direction that is transverse to the guide direction after the magnetic holding force has been overcome. The invention also relates to a sliding door arrangement for a shower partition and a use of the sliding door arrangement.
Floor guide devices for sliding door arrangements of shower partitions are generally known in the prior art. Such floor guide devices generally have a fixed part that can be arranged on the floor or on a shower tray and, if necessary, attached to it and which, depending on the design, serves to hold a fixed wall part of the shower partition or can be attached to it. Furthermore, a guide is usually provided that serves to guide the movable door part in a guide direction parallel to the fixed wall part. The guide can, for example, be designed in the form of a guide section as an integral component of the fixed part, on which a guide groove is provided. A lower end of the movable door part is arranged within the guide groove and is essentially delimited by it in a form-fitting manner transversely to the guide direction. In the past, such floor guide devices with a fixed guide were often used, in which the movable door part could only be moved in the guide direction. This had the major disadvantage that cleaning such floor guide devices was difficult because the space between the fixed wall part and the movable door part was not accessible at all or only very difficult to access. This often led to heavy dirt deposits on the floor guide devices during operation.
However, a type of point-shaped magnet can also be arranged on the movable door part, which interacts with an essentially point-shaped magnetic surface that is arranged on a trolley that is guided in a rail. However, this design is very complex in terms of construction and is also difficult to clean.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a magnetic floor guide device for a sliding door arrangement of a shower partition, which has improved stability, a lower failure frequency and, in particular, a reduced assembly and disassembly effort.
The object is achieved according to the invention with a floor guide device mentioned at the outset according to claim 1 in that the floor guide device has a fixed part that can be arranged on the floor, wherein a wall part holding section for fastening the fixed part to the fixed wall part is provided on the fixed part, wherein an inner fixed part side that delimits the fixed part and an opposite outer fixed part side that delimits the fixed part are provided on the fixed part, wherein the first magnetic fastening section is provided on the inner fixed part side of the fixed part, wherein the guide part can be detachably fastened to the fixed part in that the magnetic holding force holds the guide part to the fixed part when the guide part is fastened to the fixed part, wherein when the guide part is fastened to the fixed part, the outer guide part side of the guide part and the inner fixed part side of the fixed part face each other. This creates a floor guide device that is simple in design and easy to clean. When the guide part is attached to the fixed part, it enables a door part to be guided stably. The guide part can be easily detached from the fixed part, making it very easy to swivel the door part into a cleaning position. In addition, the use of the fixed part with an integrated wall part holding section ensures high stability and the assembly effort is significantly lower than with previous systems. The floor guide device can be attached to the fixed wall part with essentially no preparatory work and in just a few steps.
The wall part holding section is preferably designed as a door part holding recess provided between the fixed part outside and the fixed part inside for receiving an end section of the fixed wall part. This allows the fixed part to be attached to the wall part in a simple and stable manner.
Preferably, a guide part receiving opening is provided on the fixed part, which extends from the inside of the fixed part towards the outside of the fixed part, wherein the first magnetic fastening section is arranged in the guide part receiving opening and wherein a guide part receiving section corresponding to the guide part receiving opening of the fixed part is provided on the outside of the guide part, wherein the second magnetic fastening section is arranged on the guide part receiving section and wherein the guide part receiving section is received in a form-fitting manner in the guide part receiving opening, preferably at least in the guide direction, when the guide part is fastened to the fixed part, or vice versa. The guide part receiving opening and the guide part receiving section corresponding thereto advantageously have complementary square or round cross-sections. This ensures that the guide part is held firmly on the fixed part, so that the guide part does not move in an undesirable manner relative to the fixed part in the guide direction when fastened.
The door part guide recess can be designed to directly guide the movable door part, in which a lower section of the movable door part is arranged directly in the door part guide recess, or the door part guide recess can also be designed to indirectly guide the movable door part, in which a sealing profile guide section of a sealing profile attached to the lower end of the movable door part is arranged in the door part guide recess. This allows the floor guide device to be flexibly adapted and a suitable guide for a sliding door arrangement can be selected as required.
The guide part preferably has a first limiting device which is designed to interact directly or indirectly with the movable door part in the sliding door arrangement in order to hold the guide part on the movable door part when the guide part is released from the fixed part. The first limiting device is preferably designed as a taper of the door part guide recess which is formed integrally with the guide part, wherein the taper is preferably provided in an upper region of the door part guide recess and/or wherein the taper is preferably designed in the form of two opposite, mutually facing first limiting projections. This prevents the guide part from being undesirably released from the door part when the door part is pivoted.
A surge profile receiving opening for receiving a surge profile can also be provided on the fixed part on a side opposite the door part holding recess in the guide direction. This means that the floor guide device can be used with or without a surge profile as required.
The fixed part advantageously has a fastening bracket and a cover shell for covering the fastening bracket, wherein the guide part receiving opening is formed in a section of the cover shell that projects beyond the fastening bracket. This allows the floor guide device to be manufactured simply and inexpensively.
The first magnetic fastening section and/or the second magnetic fastening section preferably have at least one permanent magnet.
The object is also achieved with a sliding door arrangement mentioned at the outset in that the floor guide device is designed according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the fixed part is fastened to the wall part holding section at an end section of the fixed wall part and the movable door part is guided directly or indirectly in the door part guide recess, wherein the movable door part can be displaced together with the guide part transversely to the guide direction from a guide state in which the guide part is fastened to the fixed part into a cleaning state in which the guide part is detached from the fixed part.

Optionally, the
The width of the wall part holding recess essentially corresponds to a door thickness of the fixed wall part T1. If necessary, an elastic friction lining 5 can also be provided on an inner surface or on both opposite inner surfaces of the wall part holding recess. This could also make it possible to dispense with a separate holding means and the

If the
Advantageously, the first
In an analogous manner, a cylindrical permanent magnet P can be provided on the
Usually, glass panels with a uniform standardized thickness D are used for the fixed wall part T1 and the movable door part T2 of shower partitions, with thicknesses D in the range of 3mm - 12mm in 1mm intervals being used.
The first limiting device 11 can be designed, for example, as a taper of the door

In contrast to previously known floor guide devices, on the one hand, a complex movement sequence for pivoting the movable door part T2 is no longer required and, on the other hand, no actuating device is required, e.g. to release a locking device.
