Claims (14)
- A device for locking a door leaf with a closure upright (M) closing against another upright (D), adapted to reversibly switch from a passive position into a locking active position, said device including at least one male portion (1, 1'), adapted to be associated with the closure upright (M) of the door leaf, comprising at least two locking hooks (110, 111, 110', 111') and a locking rod (10, 10'), and a female portion (2), adapted to be associated with said other upright (D), comprising a striker receiving said locking hooks, and said locking rod being adapted to slide so as to make said device reversibly switch from a passive position into a locking active position in which said two hooks are locked in said striker, characterised in that one of said hooks is fixed (110, 110') and the other hook (111, 111') is movably mounted so as to move together with sliding of said locking rod (10, 10'), and said striker (2, 20, 21, 22) is configured so as to be able to slide together with the movement of said movable hook (111, 111') when said movable hook is engaged in said striker.
- The device according to claim 1, characterised in that said movable (111, 111') and fixed (110, 110') hooks are oriented in opposition, the curvature of the curved portion forming the head (1110, 1110') of one of the hooks (111, 111') being directed in the opposite direction to the curvature of the curved portion forming the head (1100, 1100') of the other hook (110, 110').
- The device according to one of claims 1 to 2, characterised in that it comprises a stop (25) to hold said striker in said passive position.
- The device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that it comprises at least one means for setting the position of said striker according to the position of the hooks facing it.
- The device according to claims 3 and 4, characterised in that said stop (25) is configured to further fill the function of said setting means.
- The device according to one of claims 4 to 5, characterised in that it further comprises at least one chamfer (1112, 1102) on at least one of said hooks as a means for setting the position of the striker.
- The device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it includes a case (11) which comprises an envelope (115) in which are arranged two support blocks (112, 113) which respectively hold said movable hook (111) and said fixed hook (110), each hook being held in its respective support block at its end opposite to its curved portion forming its head (1110, 1100), the support block (112) of said movable hook being mounted so as to move together with sliding of said locking rod (10) and being adapted to slide in the envelope (115) of said case.
- The device according to claim 7, characterised in that said case envelope comprises a transverse lateral face including a through opening (1150) through which the head (1110, 1100) of each hook passes, and said face being proximal to said locking rod (10) which comprises a through groove (1000) through which the head of each said hook projects.
- A bay, in particular a glazed bay, comprising a sliding door leaf reversibly locking along one of its uprights, called closure upright (M), against another upright (D), thanks to a locking device adapted to reversibly switch from a passive position into a locking active position, said device including at least one male portion (1, 1') associated with the closure upright (M) of the door leaf and comprising at least two locking hooks (110, 111, 110', 111') and a locking rod (10, 10'), and a female portion (2) associated with said other upright (D) and comprising a striker receiving said locking hooks, characterised in that said locking device is defined according to one of claims 1 to 8, and the male portion of said device being installed in said closure upright (M) so that said locking rod (10, 10') of the device could slide along said closure upright and drive said movable hook (111, 111'), and the female portion being installed on said other upright (D) so that said striker (2, 20, 21, 22) faces said hooks and that said striker could be slidably driven along said other upright by the movable hook of said device until said fixed hook (110, 110') is blocked in said striker and blocks said movable hook in said striker to lock the closure of said door leaf.
- The bay according to claim 9, characterised in that it comprises a frame and at least one guide rail forming a casing in which is installed said door leaf provided with sliding carriages enabling it to slide vertically in its own plane along said at least one guide rail, and said other upright is an upright of the frame (D).

- A method for locking a door leaf sliding according to at least one guide rail, and locking along one of its uprights, called closure upright, against another upright, wherein a locking device is used comprising at least one male portion (1, 1') installed in said closure upright (M) and including at least two locking hooks (110, 111, 110', 111') and a locking rod (10, 10'), and a female portion (2) mounted in said other upright (D) and including a striker (2, 20, 21, 22) receiving said locking hooks, and said locking rod being adapted to slide by the action of a control member to make said device reversibly switch from a passive position into a locking active position in which said two hooks (110, 111, 110', 111') are locked in said striker, characterised in that said used locking device is the locking device as defined in one of claims 1 to 8, and in that in order to switch from a passive position into a locking active position, the movable and fixed hooks are introduced into the striker once said closure upright of the door leaf has been slidably brought against said other upright, said position of said striker in said other upright having been set in a prior step carried out during the installation of the door leaf on said guide rails so that said striker faces said hooks whose head projects from said closure upright of the door leaf when said locking rod is in the passive position, the head of said movable hook positioning itself in said striker, substantially in contact with said striker, then said locking rod is slidably actuated along said closure upright while slidably driving together said movable hook which itself in contact with said striker slidably drives together said striker along said other upright until blocking said fixed hook in said striker, both of said hooks thus being blocked in said striker upon reaching the locking active position.
- The method for locking a sliding door leaf according to claim 12, wherein when said locking rod is in the passive position, the head of said movable hook is positioned in said striker, which includes upper and lower lateral walls delimiting a recessed area receiving the hook heads, substantially in inner contact with the upper lateral wall of said striker, while the head of the movable hook is positioned in the striker internally spaced from the lower lateral wall of said striker, and when said locking rod is in the locking active position, the head of the movable hook remains in inner contact with the upper lateral wall of the striker and the head of the fixed hook is then in inner contact with the lower lateral wall of the striker.
- The method according to claim 13, wherein said fixed hook is the lower hook of said device, and said movable hook is the upper hook of said device.
