Claims (5)
- Hydraulische Einheit mit parallelen Pumpen, die mit einem Servomotor verbunden sind, enthaltend:eine erste Hydraulikpumpe (2) mit einer Hydraulikhülse (5D), einer oberen Hydraulikkammer (10D), einer unteren Hydraulikkammer (11D), einem Kolben (17D), zwei Hydraulikstangen (4D, 4D') und einem Hydraulikdruckspeicher (14D);eine zweite Hydraulikpumpe (1) mit einer Hydraulikhülse (5E), einer oberen Hydraulikkammer (10E), einer unteren Hydraulikkammer (11E), einem Kolben (17E), zwei Hydraulikstangen (4E, 4E') und einem Hydraulikdruckspeicher (14E);einen Servomotor (6), der mit der Oberseite eines Rollenlagers (4S) gekoppelt ist, das eine Kugelumlaufspindel (7) aufweist, die an der Unterseite des Rollenlagers (4S) gekoppelt ist und den Servomotor (6) mit den Hydraulikpumpen (1, 2) verbindet;einen Drucksensor (25), der so konfiguriert ist, dass er eine Druckänderung in der Hydraulikeinheit erfasst;einen Vorratsbehälter (18), der so konfiguriert ist, dass er Öl zum Füllen der oberen Hydraulikkammern speichert (10D, 10E);zwei Rückschlagventile (V1, V2), die in die Versorgung mit Öl aus dem Vorratsbehälter (18) zu den oberen Hydraulikkammern (10E und 10D) eingebunden sind;zwei untere Rückschlagventile (V3, V4), die die Versorgung mit Öl aus der unteren Hydraulikkammern (11E und 11D) zu den hydraulischen Druckspeichern (14E und 14D) eingebunden sind;zwei Ansaugfilter (23, 24), die Öl aus dem Öl-Vorratsbehälter (18) entnehmen und das Öffnen der oberen Rückschlag Ventile (V1 und V2) erzwingen;wobei die beiden parallel angeordneten Hydraulikpumpen mit dem Servomotor zusammenarbeiten;wobei die Kugelumlaufspindel (7) die Funktion hat, einen Bolzen (8) der Kugelumlaufspindel (7) entsprechend der Drehrichtung des Servomotors (6) nach oben oder nach unten zu verschieben;wobei die Hydraulikstangen (3E, 3E', 4D, 4D') statisch sind und an der Unterseite des Rollenlagers (4S) und an einer Basis (41) befestigt sind; undwobei die Hydraulikhülsen (5D, 5E) der Hydraulikpumpen (1, 2) sich bewegen, um den Pumpvorgang durchzuführen.
- Hydraulische Einheit mit parallelen Pumpen, die mit dem Servomotor verbunden sind, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hydraulikstangen (3E, 3E', 4D, 4D') gegebenenfalls unterschiedliche Durchmesser haben, die vier unterschiedliche Drucke erzeugen.
- Hydraulische Einheit mit parallelen Pumpen, die mit dem Servomotor verbunden sind, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in das Öl eingetaucht arbeitet.
- Hydraulische Einheit mit parallelen Pumpen, die mit dem Servomotor verbunden sind, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hydraulikdruckspeicher (14D, 14E) als Element zur Gewährleistung der kontinuierlichen Ölversorgung dienen, um eine Unterbrechung des Ölflusses während der Umkehrung der Bewegung zu vermeiden.
- Verwendung der hydraulischen Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zum Bewegen von hydraulischen Stellgliedern dient, die mit Hydrauliköl arbeiten.
