Claims (9)
- Connecteur à enfichage (1) destiné à être relié mécaniquement et électriquement à un connecteur à enfichage homologue correspondant, comprenant un boîtier (2), un cavalier conducteur de protection (3) et un insert de fiche, le cavalier conducteur de protection (3) étant maintenu au boîtier (2),le cavalier conducteur de protection (3) présentant au moins une zone de liaison (9) pour la liaison avec l'insert de fiche etl'insert de fiche étant maintenu au niveau de l'au moins une zone de liaison (9),caractérisé en ce quel'au moins une zone de liaison (9) est réalisée avec un corps tubulaire (10), le corps tubulaire (10) présentant deux trous traversants (11, 12) opposés et l'un des trous traversants (12) étant réalisé avec un filet femelle,et en ce que l'au moins une zone de liaison (9) possède des moyens de fixation (14) destinés à relier le cavalier conducteur de protection (3) avec le boîtier (2), les moyens de fixation (14) étant réalisés sous la forme de moyens d'encliquetage afin de s'encliqueter avec des moyens d'encliquetage (16) correspondants du boîtier (2).
- Connecteur à enfichage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les trous traversants (11, 12) sont réalisés pour établir une liaison vissée avec l'insert de fiche.
- Connecteur à enfichage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une zone de liaison (9) est fabriquée en tôle métallique.
- Connecteur à enfichage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le trou traversant (12) muni du filet femelle est réalisé avec un tirage (13).
- Connecteur à enfichage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cavalier conducteur de protection (3) possède deux zones de liaison (9) qui sont configurées à ses zones d'extrémité axiales (8).
- Connecteur à enfichage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cavalier conducteur de protection (3) possède un corps principal de cavalier longitudinal (7), et l'au moins une zone de liaison (9) est formée latéralement sur le corps principal de cavalier longitudinal (7).
- Connecteur à enfichage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) possède une ouverture de fiche (5) avec deux côtés (6) opposés et un cavalier conducteur de protection (3) est monté sur chacun des deux côtés (6) opposés, l'insert de fiche étant maintenu en commun au niveau des deux cavaliers conducteurs de protection (3).
- Connecteur à enfichage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cavalier conducteur de protection (3) est fabriqué d'un seul tenant à partir d'une tôle métallique.
- Connecteur à enfichage (3) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) est fabriqué en matière plastique.
