Claims (6)

  1. Mould (1) for producing a casting strand from a molten metal, the mould (1) comprising
    - two longitudinal mould frames (3), with frame inner sides (5) facing towards one another and frame outer sides (7) facing away from one another,
    - two broad-face inserts (9), which can be detachably fastened to a longitudinal mould frame (3) in each case on the frame inner side by screw connections (13), which run through the longitudinal mould frame (3) from the frame outer side (7), and
    - two electromagnetic stirring or braking devices (11), characterized
    - in that the electromagnetic stirring or braking devices (11) are arranged on a longitudinal mould frame (3) in each case on the frame outer side, and
    - each electromagnetic stirring or braking device (11) has for each screw connection (13) facing it an access opening (25), through which a screwing tool (27) for loosening and tightening the screw connection (13) can be passed.
  2. Mould (1) according to Claim 1, wherein each broad-face insert (9) has a broad-face copper plate (15), which forms a broad face of the mould (1).
  3. Mould (1) according to Claim 2, wherein each broad-face insert (15) has a supporting plate (17), on which the broad-face copper plate (15) is arranged.
  4. Mould (1) according to Claim 3, wherein the broad-face copper plate (15) of each broad-face insert (9) is detachably connected to the supporting plate (17) of the broad-face insert (9).
  5. Screwing tool (27) with a mould (1) formed according to one of the preceding claims, the screwing tool (27) comprising
    - a screw wrench (29) for loosening and tightening a screw (21) of a screw connection (13) and
    - a screw securing device (31), which prevents loss of the screw (21) after its loosening.
  6. Screwing tool (27) according to Claim 5, wherein the screw securing device (31) is formed as a securing tube, which can be inserted into an access opening (25) for a screw connection (13) and through which the screw wrench (29) for the screw (21) of the screw connection (13) can be passed.
