Claims (12)

  1. Fraise pour parois moulées servant à pratiquer une entaille de fraisage dans le sol comportant :
    - un cadre de fraise (12),
    - au moins une paire de roues de fraisage (14, 15) qui sont logées et entraînées de manière à pouvoir tourner au niveau d'une extrémité inférieure du cadre de fraise (12), dans laquelle chaque roue de fraisage (14, 15) présente le long de sa périphérie extérieure une pluralité de dents de fraisage (20), et
    - un dispositif d'alimentation et/ou d'évacuation (30) pour l'alimentation, respectivement l'évacuation, d'un liquide de fraisage dans, respectivement hors, de l'entaille de fraisage dans la zone des roues de fraisage (14, 15),
    - dans laquelle à distance du dispositif d'alimentation et/ou d'évacuation (30) un dispositif de nettoyage (40) est prévu pour le nettoyage des roues de fraisage (14, 15) dans le mode de fraisage avec un fluide de nettoyage et
    - dans laquelle le dispositif de nettoyage (40) présente une pluralité de buses de nettoyage (46) qui sont dirigées sur la périphérie extérieure d'au moins une roue de fraisage (14, 15) et sont réalisées pour l'injection du fluide de nettoyage pour le détachage de matériau de sol qui adhère,

  8. Fraise pour parois moulées selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le fluide de nettoyage correspond au liquide de fraisage.
  9. Fraise pour parois moulées selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif d'alimentation (30) présente une pompe d'alimentation pour l'alimentation du liquide de fraisage, dans laquelle le liquide de fraisage et le fluide de nettoyage sont mélangés en une suspension durcissable avec les roues de fraisage (14, 15) dans l'entaille de fraisage avec du matériau de sol fraisé.
  10. Fraise pour parois moulées selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif d'évacuation (30) présente une pompe d'aspiration, avec laquelle du liquide de fraisage est aspiré avec le fluide de nettoyage et du matériau de sol fraisé hors de l'entaille de fraisage.
  11. Fraise pour parois moulées selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    un câble ou une tringle est monté(e) au niveau d'une extrémité supérieure du cadre de fraise (12), avec lequel ou laquelle la fraise de paroi de fente (10) est suspendue à un appareil de support et est réglable verticalement.
  12. Procédé de fraisage d'une entaille de fraisage dans le sol avec une fraise pour parois moulées selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    dans lequel les roues de fraisage (14, 15) sont entraînées en rotation et la fraise pour parois moulées (10) est enfouie dans le sol et du matériau de sol est fraisé, dans lequel l'entaille de fraisage est pratiquée dans le sol, et
    en ce que lors du fraisage un fluide de nettoyage est pulvérisé par un dispositif de nettoyage (40) sur la périphérie extérieure des roues de fraisage (14, 15), dans lequel du matériau de sol qui adhère aux roues de fraisage (14, 15) est détaché,
    caractérisé en ce que
    du matériau de sol qui adhère est enlevé par les roues de fraisage (14, 15) par des plaques d'alésoir (50) qui sont agencées au niveau du cadre de fraise (12), et
    en ce que le fluide de nettoyage est pulvérisé sur la périphérie extérieure des roues de fraisage (14, 15) au moyen de buses de nettoyage (46) qui sont intégrées dans les plaques d'alésoir (50) ou sont montées près de celles-ci.
