Um die genaue Positionierung zu vereinfachen, können hierfür Leitelemente am Verteilerkörper 1 und am Strömungsleitkörper 1.5 angebracht sein. Nach diesem Schritt wird der Verteilerkörper 1 in einen Fluidanschluss eines Plattenwärmeübertragers eingesetzt und dort befestigt. Idealerweise kommen hierbei die Abströmöffnungen 1.7 in einer Ebene mit den Freiräumen zwischen den Wärmeübertragerplatten zu liegen. Nun wird ein Temperatursensor in den Zusatzraum 2 eingebracht und der Fluidanschluss des Plattenwärmeübertragers mit einer entsprechenden Fluidzuführung, z.B. einer Wasserzuführung, verbunden.

Durch die mehrfache Umleitung des Fluidstroms innerhalb des Verteilerkörpers 1 werden Turbulenzen im selbigen erzeugt und damit auch die Temperaturverteilung im Verteilerkörper 1 stabilisiert, was der Temperaturmessung zugute kommt. Verteiler für einen Plattenwärmeübertrager, umfassend einen Verteilerkörper (1) mit einem von einem Fluid durchströmten Innenraum (1.1) und mit einem an einer Seite des Verteilerkörpers (1) angeordneten, mit dem Innenraum (1.1) hydraulisch verbundenen Zufuhranschluss (1.2) für das Fluid,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass im Verteilerkörper (1) ein Zusatzraum (2) für einen Sensor zur Erfassung der Temperatur des Fluids im Innenraum (1.1) und auf der Seite des Zufuhranschlusses (1.2) am Verteilerkörper (1) eine Öffnung (1.3) zur Einbringung des Sensors in den Zusatzraum (2) vorgesehen ist.
