  2. Child care item (1; 1') according to claim 1, wherein the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') and the assembly opening (26; 26') have complementing shapes.
  3. Child care item (1; 1') according to any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the abutment member (45; 45') is provided on the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') and the locking member (65; 65') is mounted on the seat (2; 2').
  4. Child care item (1; 1') according to claim 3, wherein the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') has a lower end (41; 41') forming a lower end of the tip (35; 35') and an outer surface which extends from the lower end (41; 41') about a tip axis (D; D'), and the recess (4; 4') of the seat (2; 2') has an inner surface about a recess axis (B; B'), the recess (4; 4') being adapted to receive the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') coaxially, wherein the abutment member is formed by a hollowing (45; 45') made in the outer surface of the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') away from the lower end (41; 41'), the hollowing (45; 45') having transverse surfaces perpendicular to the tip axis (D; D') facing one another, the transverse surface (45a; 45a') oriented in a direction opposite the lower end (41; 41') forming the abutment surface, and
    wherein the locking member (65; 65') is suitable for extending at least partially inside the hollowing in the locking position, the locking member (65; 65') having a transverse surface (65e; 65e') relative to the recess axis (B; B') which is oriented in a direction opposite the assembly opening (26; 26') and which forms the stop surface.

Child care item (1) according to claim 4, wherein the lower surface of the recess (4) of the seat (2) has first (4a) and second (4b) side surfaces facing one another, and the seat (2) further includes, internal thereto, a compartment (10) opening out into the first side surface (4a) of the recess (4) via a locking opening (16), and a retaining notch (7) made in the second side surface (4b) of the recess (4) facing the locking opening (16),
    wherein the outer surface of the base (40) of the tip (35) has first (40a) and second (40b) side surfaces opposite one another and intended to be respectively placed such that they face the first (4a) and second (4b) side surfaces of the recess (4), the hollowing (45) extending along a hollowing axis (E) perpendicular to the tip axis (D) and being arranged such that it is aligned with the locking opening (16) of the compartment (10) and the retaining notch (7) when the base (40) of the tip (35) is received inside the recess (4) of the seat (2), the hollowing (45) being penetrating between the first (40a) and second (40b) side surfaces of the outer surface of the base (40) of the tip (35),
    wherein the locking member (65) has a free edge (65a), the locking member (65) being housed inside the compartment (10) in the retracted position and capable of being displaced in a transverse plane relative to the recess axis (B) towards the locking position in which the free edge (65a) of the locking member (65) is retained inside the retaining notch (7), the locking member (65) extending through the hollowing (45) in the locking position and when the tip (35) is mounted on the seat (2).
  6. Child care item (1') according to claim 4, wherein the hollowing (45') extends in a peripheral manner about the tip axis (D') on the outer surface of the base (40') of the tip (35'), the hollowing (45') having a bottom (45b') away from the outer surface of the base (40') of the tip (35') towards the tip axis (D'),
    wherein at least two locking members (65') respectively have free locking flanges (67') that face one another, the locking flanges (67') being shaped so as to define an opening substantially complementing the bottom (45b') of the hollowing (45') in the locking position of the locking members (65'), the locking members (65') being capable of being displaced in a transverse plane relative to the recess axis (B') between the retracted position in which the locking flanges (67') are spaced apart from one another and the locking position in which the locking flanges (67') are brought closer to one another, the locking flanges (67') being placed inside the hollowing (45') in the locking position and when the tip (35') is mounted on the seat (2').
  7. Child care item (1; 1') according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the locking member (65; 65') is capable of undergoing translational displacement along a sliding axis perpendicular to the recess axis (B; B').
  8. Child care item (1; 1') according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the locking device further comprises an actuating member (50; 50') capable of being actuated by a user and of being displaced between a first position in which said actuating member (50; 50') places the locking member (65; 65') in the retracted position, and a second position in which said actuating member (50; 50') places the locking member (65; 65') in the locking position.
  9. Child care item (1; 1') according to claim 8, wherein the actuating member (50; 50') is mounted on the seat (2; 2') such that it pivots about a pivot axis (F; F') parallel to the recess axis (B; B'), the actuating member (50; 50') including an actuating surface in contact with the locking member (65; 65') and arranged so as to displace the locking member (65; 65') between the locking position and the retracted position by rotation of the actuating member (50; 50') about the pivot axis (F; F').
  10. Child care item (1; 1') according to claim 9 when dependent on claim 7, wherein the actuating member (50; 50') is placed under a lower surface (65e; 65e') of the locking member (65; 65') and includes a finger (53; 53') extending parallel to the pivot axis (F; F') while being offset relative to said pivot axis (F; F'), the finger (53; 53') bearing the actuating surface, and
    wherein the locking member (65; 65') includes a guideway (66; 66') in which the finger (53; 53') of the actuating member (50; 50') is placed, the guideway (66; 66') being arranged and shaped such that the finger (53; 53') slides inside the guideway (66; 66') when the actuating member (50; 50') is angularly displaced between the first position and the second position.
  11. Child care item (1') according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the actuating member (50') and the base (40') of the tip (35') respectively include complementary blocking elements, the blocking elements being adapted so as not to interfere with one another in the first position of the actuating member (50') in order to be able to displace the tip (35') relative to the actuating member (50'), and so as to interfere with one another in the second position of the actuating member (50') in order to retain the tip (35') on the actuating member (50').
  12. Child care item (1) according to claim 11, wherein the blocking elements comprise first and second blocking surfaces, one whereof is made on the actuating member (50') and the other whereof is made on the base (40') of the tip (35'), the first and second blocking surfaces being cylindrical about respective blocking axes (I1', 12') and adapted to be fitted onto one another by respective fitting ends (46b', 57a'), the first blocking surface being provided with at least one groove (47') which has an axial portion (47a') which extends from the fitting end (46b') of said first blocking surface, and a circumferential portion (47b') adjoining the axial portion (47a') away from the fitting end (46b') of said first blocking surface, the second blocking surface being provided with at least one radial lug (58') arranged such that it slides in the axial portion (47a') of the groove (47') when the first and second blocking surfaces are fitted onto one another by the fitting ends (46b', 57a'), and such that it is retained in the circumferential portion (47b') of the groove (47') by relative rotation of the first and second blocking surfaces about the blocking axes (I1', 12').
  13. Child care item (1; 1') according to claim 12, wherein the body (36') and the base (40') of the tip (35') are formed in one piece from a deformable shape memory material, the body (36') and the base (40') being hollow and the tip (35') comprising a core (46') fitted into the base (40'), the core (46') including one of the first and second blocking surfaces.
  14. Tip (35; 35') specially adapted for a child care item (1; 1') according to any one of claims 1 to 13, the tip (35; 35') being intended to be mounted in a removable manner on a seat (2; 2') having a front face (2a; 2a') and a rear face (2b; 2b') opposite one another and including a recess (4; 4') internal thereto, the recess (4; 4') having an inner surface about a recess axis (B; B') and opening out onto the front face (2a; 2a') of the seat (2; 2') by an assembly opening (26; 26'),
    the tip (35; 35') including a base (40; 40') intended to be received in the recess (4; 4') of the seat (2; 2') and a body (36; 36') intended to extend from the front face (2a; 2a') of the seat (2; 2') and to be placed in the mouth of a child, the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') having a lower end (41; 41') forming a lower end of the tip (35; 35') and an outer surface which extends from the lower end (41; 41') about a tip axis (D; D'), the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') being shaped so as to allow said base (40; 40') to be inserted into the recess (4; 4') of the seat (2; 2') through the assembly opening (26; 26'), the recess (4; 4') being adapted to receive the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') coaxially,
    wherein the base (40; 40') includes an abutment member (45; 45') of a locking device for locking the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') inside the recess (4; 4') of the seat (2; 2'), the abutment member (45; 45') being intended to engage with a locking member (65; 65') of the locking device mounted such that it can be displaced on the seat (2; 2'), the abutment member (45; 45') having an abutment surface (45a; 45a') arranged so as to interfere with a stop surface (65e; 65e') of the locking member (65; 65') in a locking position of the locking member (65; 65') and so as not to interfere with the stop surface (65e; 65e') of the locking member (65; 65') in a retracted position of the locking member (65; 65), the abutment member being formed by a hollowing (45; 45') made in the outer surface of the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') away from the lower end (41; 41'), the hollowing (45; 45') having transverse surfaces perpendicular to the tip axis (D; D') facing one another, the transverse surface (45a; 45a') oriented in a direction opposite the lower end (41; 41') forming the abutment surface.
  15. Method for assembling a child care item (1; 1') according to any one of claims 1 to 13, providing for the steps consisting of:
    - placing the locking member (65; 65') in the retracted position in order to be able to displace the tip (35; 35') relative to the seat (2; 2'),
    - mounting the tip (35; 35') on the seat (2; 2') by inserting the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') into the recess (4; 4') of the seat (2; 2') through the assembly opening (26; 26') via the front face (2a; 2a') of the seat (2; 2'),
    - placing the locking member (65; 65') in the locking position in order to retain the base (40; 40') of the tip (35; 35') inside the recess (4; 4') of the seat (2; 2'), the body (36; 36') of the tip (35; 35') extending from the front face (2a; 2a') of the seat (2; 2').
