Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Werkzeugeinheit (12) für eine Strangpressmaschine (1) mit einem Abstreifelement (51), einem Werkzeugelement (49) mit einem das abgestreifte Strangpressgut (3) aufnehmenden Expansionskanal (50) und einer Matrize (53). Die Werkzeugeinheit (12) umfasst einen Aufnahmekäfig (42) mit einem ersten und zweiten Aufnahmekäfigteil (43, 44). Im ersten Aufnahmekäfigteil (43) ist in einem Aufnahmekanal (48) das Werkzeugelement (49) aufgenommen. Im zweiten Aufnahmekäfigteil (44) ist ein dem ersten Aufnahmekäfigteil (43) zugewendeter Aufnahmeraum (52) ausgebildet, in welchem zumindest die Matrize (53) aufgenommen und an einer Abstützfläche (56) abgestützt ist. Sowohl im Werkzeugelement (49) als auch im ersten Aufnahmekäfigteil (43) ist eine gemeinsame Aufnahmenut (62) mit einer ersten und zweiten Nutgrundfläche (63, 64) ausgebildet, in welcher das Abstreifelement (51) lose eingelegt und abgestützt ist. Die beiden Nutgrundflächen (63, 64) sind in Richtung auf den auslaufseitig angeordneten zweiten Aufnahmekäfigteil (44) aufeinander zulaufend ausgebildet, wobei das Abstreifelement (51) dazu gegengleich verlaufend ausgerichtete erste und zweite Anlageflächen (65, 66) aufweist. Die Erfindung betrifft aber auch noch ein Verfahren zum Wechseln eines Reibrades (4).
