  4. Winding device (1) according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that said winding device (1) includes a third elastic return means, or a click (48), cooperating with said transmission crown-wheel (46) or with said ratchet-wheel (400).
  5. Winding device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that said rack (4) is linearly movable, and in that said head (7) is movable on a first linear travel, which is parallel to a second linear travel on which said rack (4) is movable.
  6. Winding device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that said winding device (1) forms a module independent of said stem (500) and which is arranged to be fastened to said case (200).
  7. Winding device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that said pipe (21) includes a first bore (22) for guiding an arbor (81) which is fastened to said head (7) and which forms said control device (8) for pushing a rack (4) or a moving timepiece component.
  8. Winding device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that said push-piece (2) forms an independent module.
  9. Winding device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that said pipe (21) includes, adjacent to a thrust collar (23), a cylindrical shoulder (24) on which slides a bore (72) of said head (7) and inside which is provided at least one longitudinal slot (25) parallel to its axis and inside which slides a lug (73) integral with a front end (71) of said head (7), said at least one longitudinal slot (25) leading, in proximity to said collar (23), into a recess (27) forming a bayonet profile capable of receiving said lug (73) upon suitable rotation of said head (7) with respect to said pipe (21), to form an axial stop for said head (7) with respect to said pipe (21).
  10. Winding device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that said pipe (21) includes a first chamber (28) aligned with a second chamber (78) included in said head (7) for reception of a spring (31) tending to move said head (7) away from said pipe (21), said spring (31) forming said first elastic return means (6).
  11. Winding device (1) according to claims 9 and 10, characterised in that said recess (27) includes a housing (270) arranged to house said lug (73) in a rest position, and which is separated from said longitudinal slot (25) by a peripheral stop (29) preventing any rotation of said head (7), when said lug (73) is housed inside said housing (270) in the absence of axial movement by said head (7).
  12. Timepiece movement (600) including a structure (700) on which is fastened at least one winding device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11.
  13. Watch (100) including a case (200) containing at least one barrel (300), and a stem (500), movable with respect to said case (200), for controlling at least the hand-setting function, said watch (100) including a structure (700) to which is fastened a winding device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11, or including a movement (600) according to claim 12, and said case (200) including at least one chamber (201) for housing a said push-piece (2), which is remote from said stem (500).
  14. Watch (100) according to claim 13, characterised in that said watch (100) is a mechanical watch.
