Claims (11)
- Trägersystem für eine Prägebandrolle (2) in einem Abrollmodul, wobei die Rolle drehbar angebracht ist, umfassend:- zwei Scheiben (9, 9'), die mit der Achse der Rolle (2) fest verbunden sind und jeweils eine Drehachse aufweisen;- zwei Flansche (7, 7'), die auf einer Gleitschiene (3') montiert sind und jeweils mindestens eine nach oben gerichtete Aussparung (10, 10') umfassen, die zur Aufnahme der Achse einer jeden Scheibe (9, 9') bestimmt ist; und- Bremsmittel (13), die in der Lage sind, mit der Rolle (2) zusammenzuwirken und deren Drehung zu verlangsamen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsmittel (13) eine elektromagnetische Bremse umfassen (30).
- System nach Anspruch 1, wobei die beiden Flansche (7, 7') jeweils an einem Fuß (6, 6') befestigt sind, der auf der Gleitschiene (3) verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei jeder Flansch (7, 7') eine obere Kante (8, 8') umfasst, die auf der der Aussparung (10, 10') gegenüberliegenden Seite einen nach oben gerichteten Anschlag (15, 15') aufweist.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Scheibe (9, 9') mindestens eine sich aufweitende Nabe (11, 11') umfasst, auf der die Achse der Rolle (2) befestigt wird.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elektromagnetische Bremse (30) einen Getrieberadzug (31, 32, 33, 34) umfasst, wobei mindestens eines der Getrieberäder (31) mit einem axialen Getrieberad (42) in Eingriff steht, das mit einer der Scheiben (9) fest verbunden ist, und ein anderes der Getrieberäder (34) mit einem elektromagnetischen Element (35) zusammenwirkt.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Aussparung (10) durch einen Klappbügel (29, 29') verschlossen wird.
- Abrollmodul von mindestens eine Prägebandrolle für eine Prägemaschine, ausgerüstet mit mindestens einem Trägersystem (5, 5') nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
- Modul nach Anspruch 7, umfassend mehrere übereinander angeordnete Stufen, wobei jede Stufe mindestens eine Gleitschiene (3, 3', 3") umfasst, auf der mindestens ein Trägersystem (5, 5') angeordnet ist.
- Maschine zum Prägen von Mustern auf ein Folienelement, umfassend mindestens ein Trägersystem (5, 5') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
- Maschine zum Prägen von Mustern auf ein Folienelement, ausgerüstet mit einem Modul (1) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8.
- Verfahren zum Einsetzen einer Prägebandrolle (2) in ein Modul (1) zum Abrollen von mindestens einer Prägebandrolle für eine Prägemaschine, mittels eines Trägersystems nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend die Schritte bestehend aus:- Platzieren eines Trägersystem (5, 5') auf der Gleitschiene (3');- Montage der Seitenscheiben (9, 9') zu beiden Seiten der Rolle (2);- Positionieren der Rolle (2) auf den beiden Flanschen (7, 7') mittels der Drehachse jeder der Seitenscheiben (9, 9');- Verdrehen der Rolle (2) auf den beiden Flanschen (7, 7') bis zu den Aussparungen (10);- Einführen der Drehachse jeder der Seitenscheiben (9, 9') in jede der Aussparungen (10, 10'); und- Herbeiführen des Zusammenwirkens der Bremsmittel (13) mit der Rolle (2).
