Claims (13)
- Dispositif de fermeture (1) pour un récipient (2) de réception aseptique d'un produit fluide, en particulier pour un emballage en sachet (2),- avec un bec verseur (3) qui présente un canal de remplissage de produit (4) s'étendant axialement entre une première extrémité (4a) et une deuxième extrémité (4b), la première extrémité (4a) formant l'extrémité côté récipient (3a) du bec verseur (3) et la deuxième extrémité (4b) formant l'extrémité côté fermeture (3b) du bec verseur (3),- avec un capuchon de fermeture (5) qui peut être posé sur le bec verseur (3) et qui, dans l'état posé, ferme la deuxième extrémité (4b) du canal de remplissage de produit (4),- le capuchon de fermeture (5) pouvant être connecté axialement par engagement par correspondance géométrique avec le bec verseur (3) dans deux positions axialement différentes (I, II),- la première position (1) parmi les deux positions axialement différentes (I, II) étant une position dans laquelle le capuchon de fermeture (5) n'est pas posé au maximum sur le bec verseur (3),- la deuxième position (II) parmi les deux positions axialement différentes (I, II) étant une position dans laquelle le capuchon de fermeture (5) est posé au maximum sur le bec verseur (3),- le capuchon de fermeture (5), dans la deuxième position (II), s'applique hermétiquement contre le bec verseur (3) et- le capuchon de fermeture (5) présentant un élément de garantie d'authenticité annulaire (5.1) à l'extrémité côté récipient du capuchon de fermeture (5), lequel est connecté d'une seule pièce avec le reste du capuchon de fermeture (5),caractérisé en ce que- dans la première position (I), l'élément de garantie d'authenticité (5.1) n'est pas au moins partiellement détaché du reste du capuchon de fermeture (5) et/ou détruit et n'est pas déformé et- le capuchon de fermeture (5), dans la première position (I), s'applique hermétiquement contre le bec verseur (3).
- Dispositif de fermeture (I) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon de fermeture (5), dans la première position (I) et dans la deuxième position (II), s'applique hermétiquement contre l'extrémité côté fermeture (3b) du bec verseur (3), en particulier du côté intérieur contre la deuxième extrémité (4b) du canal de remplissage de produit (4).
- Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la distance axiale (a) entre les deux positions (I, II) mesure au moins 0,5 mm, de préférence au moins 1,0 mm, particulièrement préférablement au moins 1,5 mm.
- Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une saillie radialement périphérique (3.1) est réalisée à l'extérieur sur le bec verseur (3), son diamètre extérieur étant supérieur au diamètre intérieur d'une portion (5.11) de l'élément de garantie d'authenticité (5.1), la portion (5.11) de l'élément de garantie d'authenticité (5.1), dans la première position (I) étant disposée dans la direction axiale (X) entre l'extrémité côté fermeture (3b) du bec verseur (3) et la saillie radialement périphérique (3.1), et dans la deuxième position (II), la portion (5.11) de l'élément de garantie d'authenticité (5.1) étant disposée dans la direction axiale (X) entre la saillie radialement périphérique (3.1) et l'extrémité côté récipient (3a) du bec verseur (3) .
- Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon de fermeture (5) présente au niveau de son côté intérieur axial (5a) une saillie (5.2) s'étendant dans la direction axiale (X), en particulier une saillie (5.2) de forme annulaire s'étendant dans la direction axiale (X).
- Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (5.2), dans la première position (I) et dans la deuxième position (II), s'applique de manière hermétique contre le bec verseur (3), de préférence contre l'extrémité côté fermeture (3b) du bec verseur (3), en particulier du côté intérieur contre la deuxième extrémité (4b) du canal de remplissage de produit (4) .
- Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (5.2), dans la première position (I) et dans la deuxième position (II), est connectée par engagement par force avec le bec verseur (3), de préférence avec l'extrémité côté fermeture (3b) du bec verseur (3), en particulier avec le côté intérieur (4c) au niveau de la deuxième extrémité (4b) du canal de remplissage de produit (4).
- Récipient (2) pour la réception aseptique d'un produit fluide- comprenant un corps de récipient (6) et- comprenant un bec verseur (3) connecté au corps de récipient (6),caractérisé en ce que le récipient (2) présente un dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et le bec verseur (3) fait partie du dispositif de fermeture (1).
- procédé de remplissage aseptique d'un récipient (2) avec un produit, dans lequel les étapes suivantes sont réalisées :- fourniture d'un récipient (2) selon la revendication 8, le capuchon de fermeture (5) se trouvant dans la première position (I),- stérilisation du récipient (2) alors que le capuchon de fermeture (5) se trouve en outre dans la première position (I),- stérilisation de l'intérieur d'une chambre (7.1) d'un poste de remplissage (7), y compris d'une tête de remplissage (7.2) du poste de remplissage (7),- transport du récipient stérilisé (2) à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1),- enlèvement du capuchon de fermeture (5) à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1),- remplissage du récipient (2) avec le produit à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1),- pose du capuchon de fermeture (5), le capuchon de fermeture (5) étant amené dans la deuxième, position (II) à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1) et- transport du récipient rempli et complètement fermé (2) hors de la chambre (7.1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'étape d'enlèvement du capuchon de fermeture (5) à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1) et avant l'étape de remplissage de récipient (2) avec le produit à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1), la tête de remplissage (7.2) est abaissée à partir d'une position initiale dans la direction de l'extrémité côté fermeture (3b) du bec verseur (3) et notamment une partie de la tête de remplissage (7.2) est abaissée à l'intérieur du canal de remplissage de produit (4), et, après l'étape de remplissage de récipient (2) avec le produit à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1) et avant l'étape de pose du capuchon de fermeture (5) à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1), la tête de remplissage (7.2) étant ramenée dans la position initiale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la tête de remplissage (7.2), après l'étape de remplissage du récipient (2) avec le produit à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1), en particulier pendant ou après le retour dans la position initiale, est stérilisée.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'étape de remplissage du récipient (2) avec le produit à l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1), en particulier après le retour de la tête de remplissage (7.2) dans la position initiale, des restes de produit qui adhèrent sur et/ou dans le bec verseur (3) sont enlevés.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la stérilisation du récipient (2) et/ou la stérilisation de l'intérieur de la chambre (7.1) et/ou la stérilisation de la tête de remplissage (7.2) et/ou la stérilisation d'un dispositif de préhension pour le capuchon de fermeture (5), est effectuée par irradiation aux rayonnements UV, en particulier avec un rayonnement UV pulsé et/ou par irradiation avec un rayonnement y.
