Description

The invention relates to a door with a built-in door leaf door element, wherein the door leaf and the door element preferably consist of individual, mutually pivotally connected elements and at the bottom of the door leaf has a closure element. The door leaf is guided in laterally arranged rails movable. Furthermore, the invention relates to a lower end element, which closes below the goal element both the area of an existing door element, as well as the door leaf in its width.

The US 5,842,508 For example, an upwardly variable sectional door can be taken, which is formed of rectangular gate sections connected together by hinges. These hinges are formed directly on the door sections and in the form of elongated, tubular formations. In addition, these load bearing hinge elements are connected to the side edges of adjacent door sections and are supported by support members disposed in the tubular hinge section.

Ein in analoger Weise ausgebildetes Tor mit einer Tür offenbart die DE 20 2005 021 943 U1 .With the DE 10 2005 026 026 Al is a gate, in particular a sectional door with large spans become known, which has several mutually pivotable trained elements or sections that are partially broken by a door so that the door also has a plurality of relatively pivotable door elements whose pivot axes coaxial with the pivot axes the gate elements, or the sections are arranged. The door leaf extends to the bottom, or to a bottom rail arranged at the bottom rail. An analogously designed door with a door discloses the DE 20 2005 021 943 U1 ,

Die Ausbildung einer Schwelle für ein Tor, die aus unterschiedlichsten Materialien besteht, gibt die US 5,581,949 A wieder. The formation of a threshold for a goal, which consists of different materials, gives the US 5,581,949 A again.

The object of the invention is to develop a bottom-side conclusion of a vertically movable door with an integrated door to the effect that in addition to a user-friendliness of the door element at the same time the overall stability of the door is maintained during opening and closing movements. Such a construction should be usable with differently shaped door leaves and different types of drives.

The solution to this problem is that a lower end element extends over the entire width of the door leaf with an integrated door element. The lower end element can be greater in its width than the thickness of the door leaf and the door element. In this case, a one-sided as well as a two-sided projection with respect to the Torblattdicke be executed. The design of the end member has been chosen so that the end member can receive an insert for overall stability without protruding or protruding the insert. Such an insert element may extend over the entire length of the end element, but it is also possible to use this insert element only in sections. The partial use of the insert element can be used to increase stability even in the area of the door element. In such use, however, the length of the insert element is greater than the width of the door element, so that in addition to the door opening in the door leaf fasteners can be performed with the end element outside the door opening. This means that the door opening in the door leaf does not reduce the overall stability of the door construction. Such an insert element has a higher strength compared to the end element. In this case, the insert element can be completely or partially enclosed by the closure element.

As a particularly user-friendly, it has been found that the insert element is designed as a hollow profile or as a U-profile. By combining the closing element with the insert element can be achieved in a change of location against the weakening of the door leaf in the region of the movable door element an additional stiffening and thus a higher stability of the door leaf. At the same time, by the combination of two different materials, a reduction of the dimensions of the closing element, for example in height, can be achieved. As a result, the passage of such a door element in the use of the insert element in conjunction with the closure element is barrier-free.

In order not to burden the weight of the door leaf additionally by the insert element, the insert element, for example, only in the region of the door element and beyond in the two adjacent Pages are inserted. At least the same or greater stability is achieved after the connection of the insert element with the closure element than in a door without integrated door design. Depending on the selected construction and size of the door, it is also possible to use an insert element over the entire width of the door leaf. This is carried out in particular when the lower region below the door leaf is to have a significantly higher resistance moment, which leads to smaller outer dimensions.

Thus, in a preferred embodiment, the closing element on the upper side include a straight support leg that can be entered and passed by people, cars or the like without restriction. For receiving a U-shaped insert element, the closing element can have lateral recesses directed toward the bottom, which delimit the closing element on the outside by closing legs. In such an embodiment, it is possible that the insert element can be placed directly on a support leg of the end element so that its free U-legs dive into the final element. This creates in the area of the door element at the same time a smooth surface that leads to no obstruction in a passage or transit. The over the width of the door element laterally extending ends of the insert element are non-positively connected by means of screw outside the door leaf width and form-fitting with the end element. Such a construction of the lower termination may be considered as a hybrid element. The closing element consists for example of a light metal and the insert of a steel with higher strength.

The closing element can be straight in its height outside or else provided with lateral chamfers. The length of the insert element is determined by the required stability for the entire door leaf, which is calculated.

To attach this combination of closing element and insert element with the lower end of the door leaf can be used, for example, an intermediate element. It has proven to be advantageous if this intermediate element is designed so that it can at least partially overlap the combination of the insert element with the closing element. By this positive locking a further increase in stability in terms of strength and torsion in the lower part of the door is achieved. Such an intermediate element is fastened, for example, on the inside of the door leaf by means of a bearing limb which is non-positively and positively connected to the lower door element. The lower end also form side limbs of the intermediate element present in the side regions of the closing element.

In a construction in which, for example, the closing element does not protrude to the outside of the door leaf but to the inside, the closing element in this area is likewise covered by a leg of the intermediate element.

Since there are differently designed door leaves, the above-described construction is preferably carried out in sectional doors with a plurality of pivotally interconnected individual panels or einblättrigen door leaves. Such door leaves are guided on the sides via sliders or rolling means in rails, so that a location variability is possible without problems. For single-leaf door leaves with a door element guides are not absolutely necessary.

In order to be able to achieve the change of location, ie a movement of the door leaf in sectional doors, the individual door elements are therefore provided with fittings in the side areas. These fittings can be provided at the same time with rollers to perform in the lateral rails, the change in location can. At the gate element, which is connected to the closing element, lateral connecting elements can be attached, which may for example have an angular configuration. In order to perform a universal and normalized attachment, the intermediate element is designed so that via the connecting element a simple and secure attachment is possible. For this purpose, a connecting leg with a lateral bend in the form of a driver is provided on the connecting element. The mounting leg is formed so that it is interchangeable connected by a positive and positive connection with the gate element. For this, the intermediate element has a return in its longitudinal extension. In the recess, the drivers engage on each side after assembly, so as to achieve a secure fit of the fasteners. Through this type of connection, in addition to positive and positive locking via the fastening limb, at least one frictional connection via the drivers in conjunction with the recess in the intermediate element is ensured at the same time. In one embodiment of the door leaf, which is lifted by lateral ropes, the connecting elements, for example, bolts or pins in order to perform a simple attachment of the ropes can. But it is also possible to make the door leaf arranged by a arranged in a drive rail, moving down drive or a plug-on drive or a ceiling tractor or the like. The change in location of different door leaves is thus always guaranteed in connection with the closing element.

For weight reduction of the door leaf, it has proven to be advantageous that both the intermediate element and the end element are made for example of a light metal. Only the insert element, which is partially embedded in the end element, may consist of a steel or stainless steel with a higher strength and / or a higher moment of resistance than the other components in light metal.

Further advantages, features and possible applications of the present invention will become apparent from the following description in conjunction with the embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

The FIG. 1 shows a section of a gate element 1, which is formed for example as a sectional door and has a door element 14. The door element 14 is arranged laterally within the door leaf in this embodiment. On the right side next to the door element 14 and also on the left side in each case a part of a gate element 1 has been shown. The position of the door element 14 within the door leaf is basically arbitrary. Vertical sections of the door elements 1 are closed in a sectional execution by lateral closure elements 17, which preferably have a U-shaped configuration. Such gate elements 1 consist essentially of elements that are listed between two cover shells with a Isoliermaterialausführung. At the top of both the door elements 1 and the door member 14, projections 13 are shown, which cooperate with recesses 24 of the overlying Torelementes 1 and door element 14 to achieve a tight connection of the door leaf of individual gate elements 1 with each other. The door element 14 is bounded laterally by door frame parts 15, the door element 14 is struck by lateral connection elements 16.

Both the underside of the door element 14, as well as the underside of the door elements 1, a continuous end element 3 is present over the width of the door, which longitudinally includes a bottom seal 2. The closing element 3 is connected via an intermediate element 5 with the goal elements 1 non-positively and positively. In the corners of the door member 14 are each right and left fittings 18 available that provide a clean and closed degree, such as FIG. 2 can be seen.

This above-described basic structure of the FIG. 3 be taken in a partial sectional view. Below the closing element 3 is the bottom seal 2, which is drawn into a seal holder 7. To increase the overall stability and a higher resistance moment, the closing element 3 in a preferred embodiment has a U-shaped insert element 4. Above the closing element 3 is with a support leg 21, the intermediate element. 5 been presented. Both the end element 3, as well as the insert element 4 and the intermediate element 5 are interconnected by screwing 6 positively and positively with each other.

In the sectional view to FIG. 4 the end element 3 is shown in conjunction with an inserted insert element 4. In this case, the end element 3 on the upper side a support leg 12. At the end, the closing element 3 contains incisions 11 on each side, which are limited to the outside by end legs 25. In the incisions 11, the insert element 4 inserts with its angled legs 9 a. On the support leg 12 is a base 10 of the insert element 4 to the system and is firmly connected by the screw 6. By means of this just executed base 10 of the insert element 3, a barrier-free passage through the door element 14 in an open position for persons and vehicles is possible.

The assembly of the combination of the closing element 3 with the insert element 4 can in conjunction with the intermediate element 5 and the gate element 1 of FIG. 3 be removed. The components of the end element 3, the insert element 4 and the intermediate element 5 are interconnected and held together by the screw 6. In an embodiment in which the insert element 4 is not substantially over the entire width of the door leaf and thus only in the area of the door formation and laterally adjoining areas of the door element 1, the connection between the closure element 3 and the intermediate element 5 without the insert element is outside 4 executed. This is possible without problems, because the intermediate element 5 includes the support leg 21, which rests on the upper ends of the end leg 25 in the region in which the intermediate element 5 is present. In this case, the intermediate element 5, following its straight, planar design of the support leg 21 end side legs 19 and 22. These side legs 19, 22 virtually overlap the closing element 3 and thus form a positive engagement with each other. The side leg 19 may be arranged on the outside of the door leaf and terminates in an existing on the plant side leg 8. To increase stability can go out of the side legs 22 a rounding, which then merges into the plant leg 8. However, before the side legs 22 passes into the plant leg 8, a formation of a recess 20 may be present. This recess 20 increases the moment of resistance of the intermediate element 5 and also serves to connect and secure mobility of the door leaf with a connecting element 29. The plant leg 8 is preferably fixed on the inside of the door element 1 by frictional connection.

The intermediate element 5 is also used with the recess 20 to place the connecting elements 29 on the lateral ends of the door leaf easier and safer, according to FIG. 7 , The connecting element 29 has a mounting leg 26 and to a bend 27, which lays in front of the end piece 18, on. About holes 36 of the mounting leg 26 is attached to the gate element 1. At the same time, it is possible for the mobility of the door leaf to arrange rollers 38 which are guided in the lateral rails. For example, to be able to lift the door leaf by a drive, lateral pins 30 are provided with holes 31 in which lateral hoisting ropes can be attached. To increase safety, in addition to the attachment of the connecting element 29 with the gate element 1, a further, preferably as form-fitting education, available, namely via a driver 28 which engages in the horizontally extending formation of the recess 20. As a result, the burden of the connecting screws is reduced because a secure connection between the connecting elements 29 and the gate element 1 is always given by the driver 28. Furthermore, this additional connection contributes to the safety of the entire door construction in the case of a change of location by means of traction cables.

In the Figures 5 and 6 can be removed substantially the formation of the edge regions of the door element 14. In order to be able to offer the door element 14 in both a left-hand and a right-hand stop design, door hinges 23 are replaceably present on the connecting pieces 18.

In the partial view of the FIG. 8 a gate at one of its lower corners, the use and the use of the connecting element 29 has been shown again. However, in this view, the insert element 4 is missing within the closing element 3. On the mounting leg 26, a bearing 32 has been shown for the execution of an arrangement of a roller. In this case, the bearing 32 has a bore 33 for an axis 37 of the roller 38. Furthermore, this view is also once again the interaction of the recess 20 with the driver 28 in the intermediate element 5 can be seen. The bearing 32 is mounted via threaded bolts 35 adjustable on the mounting legs 26. For adjustability slots 34 are available. Due to the adjustability, it is ensured that an accurate and smooth change in position of the roller 38 is possible.

An inserted into the bearing 32 with the axis 37 roller 38 can the FIG. 9 be removed. In this case, the axis 37 is freely movable in the translational direction within the bearing, assembly tolerances, for example, the lateral rails can be compensated.

In a single representation, in perspective, is in the FIG. 10 the connecting element 29 reproduced. By this illustration, the bend 27 to the mounting leg 26 is very clear. Also, in the lower region of the mounting leg 26, the inwardly directed, ie toward the door leaf trained driver 28 which engages in the recess 20, visible. In the bend 27, the pin 30 is provided for attachment of an operating cable, not shown, so this is used for the change in location of the door leaf shown. Of course, it remains a different change of the door leaf from the closed position to an open position and vice versa reserved, for example by the use of a moving drive or a so-called ceiling tug or the like.

The door element 14 is integrated via the end element 16 in conjunction with a hinge element 39 in the door element 1 (see FIG. 11 ). The design of the hinge element is such that no additional components are needed than the profiles necessary for the connection. For the formation of a hinge a concealed hinge version has been shown. The outer end form end legs 40, which come to rest on the surface of the door member 14 and the gate element 1. Through this training, a laid within the space hinge training is created without protruding parts. Such an embodiment of the hinge saves assembly times and assembly costs compared to otherwise used movable components. In the FIG. 12 the formation of the closure element 16 is shown on the door element 1 without the presence of the door element 14 again. It becomes clear that a part, namely a partial hinge 43, is located on the closing element 16 and extends over the entire height of the door element 14. As a result, a simple and jam-free execution of the door member 14 is possible in an open position, which also serves a total of the barrier-free design of the end element 3. The closing element 16 has been placed in the region of the partial hinge 43 on the door bearing 23. To secure the sub-hinge 43 is located on the door bearing 23, a circular arc element 44 to ensure the secure state of the sub-hinge.

With the FIG. 13 the opposite part of the door member 14 is shown in the closed position. In this case, on the door element 14, a door profile 41 forms the lateral conclusion. The door profile 41 is provided on the one hand with the end leg 40 on the surface of the door element 14 and on the other hand equipped with a protruding end leg 42. This door profile 41 acts together with the stationary end element 16, which is fastened to the door element 1 and also has a fitting on the surface of the door element 1 end leg 14 together. While in the sectional view no seals have been shown, they can nevertheless be used in provided seal receivers 45.
