Die Erfindung wurde anhand mehrerer Ausführungen und Weiterbildungen beschrieben. Im Folgenden wird eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung anhand von Figuren beschrieben. Die dabei offenbarten Merkmale bilden die Erfindung einzeln und in jeglicher Merkmalskombination vorteilhaft weiter. Es zeigen:

Wie am besten aus
Der Schwenkhebel 20 weist einen in diesem Beispiel quaderförmigen Sperrriegel 21 auf, in dem ein zylindrischer Bolzen 22 als separates Teil verankert, insbesondere eingepresst oder verschraubt, und/oder eingeklebt, ist. Der Bolzen 22 ist somit in dem Sperrriegel 21 dreh- und axialfest verankert. Der Sperrriegel 21 ist vorgesehen und ausgebildet, einen Anschlag für den Flügel 4 oder den Rahmen 3 zu bilden, um ein Aufschwenken des Flügels 4 zu verhindern, wenn der Sperrriegel 21 in seiner zweiten Drehposition ist. Der Bolzen 22 erstreckt sich durch die (Durchgangs-)Bohrung 11 hindurch und ragt auf der Seite des Lagerabschnitts, die dem Sperrriegel 21 gegenüberliegt, aus dem Lagerabschnitt heraus. Eine als Druckfeder wirkende Wendelfeder 23 umgibt den Bolzen 22, insbesondere den aus der Bohrung 11 ragenden Abschnitt des Bolzens 22. In das freie Ende des Bolzens 22 ist stirnseitig der Schaft einer Schraube 24 eingeschraubt. Die Feder 23 stützt sich mit einem Ende an dem Sockel 10 und mit dem anderen Ende an dem Schraubenkopf ab.
