Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wall panel for dry construction made of a wood-based material, with a front side extending parallel to a longitudinal center plane of the panel, a rear side parallel thereto and four narrow sides connecting the front side with the rear side, on a first narrow side and on a narrow side running parallel thereto second narrow side in each case a profile is formed.
- the invention also relates to a wall structure, in particular a drywall structure, with a first wall panel and a second wall panel whose longitudinal center planes match and which are arranged one above the other in the direction of gravity and are connected to one another on the narrow side by a profile connection, the first wall panel resting on the second wall panel.
- the invention relates to a method for producing a wall structure, for example a drywall structure, in particular a wall structure as defined above.
- partition walls are predominantly made in metal stud construction with single or multi-layer cladding made of gypsum wallboards or gypsum fire protection boards and gypsum fiber boards.
- wood-based panels in the form of plywood panels have been used as a substructure in a drywall construction for a number of years.
- These wood-based wall cladding panels have a profile on two narrow sides that are parallel to one another, which is characterized by a simple stepped rabbet is formed, that is, the profile has exactly one fold or a notch, which / is incorporated by milling on the respective narrow side.
- the other two (perpendicular) narrow sides of the plate have no profile.
- chipboard instead of using plywood panels, it is also known to use chipboard.
- these wall panels When producing a wall structure of drywall, these wall panels are arranged one above the other in such a way that the narrow sides with the described profile run perpendicular to the direction of gravity. In the finished wall structure, the wall panels touch in the region of their profile, with a section of the profile of one wall panel being arranged next to a section of the profile of the other wall panel in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane and the direction of gravity.
- connection means in the form of profiles are provided on the narrow sides of the plate, which are designed as a groove formed by two rigid flanks on a first narrow side of the plate and as a tongue on a further narrow side.
- the US1859667A discloses panels profiled on the sides formed by a double tongue and groove.
- the tongues and grooves are arranged in such a way that the tongues can be easily inserted into the grooves.
- Plates with a further embodiment of a tongue and groove profile are from DE 200 18 284 U1 known. These plates are characterized in that they - in addition to the lateral groove or tongue - in the area of a first narrow side a recess and in the area of another narrow side a lip.
- From the DE 195 14 165 A1 is a board- or plate-shaped component for the production of flat elements, in particular known wall coverings.
- the component has connecting profiles on its narrow longitudinal sides for receiving and intermeshing partial profiles of adjacent components.
- gypsum wallboards are their high dead weight, which makes handling difficult.
- Another significant disadvantage of such walls made of gypsum plasterboards is that continuous laying in a bond that saves material and time is not possible.
- the board joints parallel to the stud frame must be fastened directly to the stud frame, at least for the first board layer.
- different typical grids have been established regionally, all of which require a special panel format, for example 400, 450, 600, 610, 625 mm from stand center to stand center (center-to-center stand).
- chipboard and plywood panels developed by some Scandinavian wood-based material manufacturers for this market are also subject to this grid. They only have a profiling along the long sides, so that endless laying can only be carried out for wall panels with a grid of up to a maximum of 450 mm centre-centre post and only with low wall heights and loads.
- gypsum board drywall Another major disadvantage of gypsum board drywall is the difficulty in attaching hanging bracket loads, since the gypsum board is very brittle and hard and the fasteners (drywall screws) tend to break off very easily. Where higher loads have to be allowed, it is always necessary to use special dowels (expansion dowels) or to create a supporting substructure or backing. If the premises with such dry construction walls are rented out to third parties, the preliminary planning of such substructures is hardly possible or very expensive.
- the above-derived and indicated object is achieved in a wall panel for dry construction made of a wood material, with a front side extending parallel to a longitudinal center plane of the panel, a rear side parallel thereto and four narrow sides connecting the front side with the rear side, a profile being formed on a first narrow side (e.g. first long side) and on a second narrow side running parallel thereto (e.g.
- the profile on the first narrow side being formed by a multiple shiplap
- the shiplap on the first narrow side each has at least three step surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, with the first step surface lying furthest to the outside connected to the second step surface lying closest to it by a first connecting surface and the third step surface lying furthest to the inside connected to the second step surface dur ch a second connecting surface is connected, solved in that at least the first connecting surface runs at least predominantly at an angle to the longitudinal center plane and at least the second connecting surface runs at least predominantly parallel to the longitudinal center plane, that the first connecting surface of the first narrow side is designed as a surface, that the second connecting surface of the first narrow side is formed as a surface, and that the distance between the outermost step surface and the nearest step surface is greater than the distance between the innermost step surface and the step surface which is closest to the outermost step surface that the profile on the second narrow side is formed by a multiple rabbet, that the rabbet on the second narrow side has at least three step surfaces
- a multiple rabbet is a rabbet profile with at least two rabbets or notches running along the narrow side.
- the profile on the second narrow side is formed by a rabbet, in particular multiple rabbets, with the profile on the second narrow side in particular being a mirror image, in relation to the longitudinal center plane of the panel and a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, the runs parallel to the first and second narrow side.
- the longitudinal median plane of the wall panel means the plane which extends in the middle of the panel parallel to the front and rear.
- the shiplap on the first narrow side and/or second narrow side has at least three stepped surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, with the distance between the step surface that is furthest to the outside (in relation to the direction of the longitudinal center plane) and the closest, i.e. adjacent, e.g. central, step surface is greater than the distance between the step surface that is furthest to the inside (in relation to the direction of the longitudinal center plane) and the step surface that is closest, i.e. adjacent, to the step surface that is furthest to the outside .
- two adjacent step surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane are connected to one another by a connecting surface, with at least one connecting surface in particular running at least predominantly at an angle to the longitudinal center plane and at least one connecting surface runs at least predominantly parallel to the longitudinal center plane.
- the angle between the majority of the angled connecting surface and the longitudinal center plane can be in a range of 1 to 20°, preferably 1 to 15°, particularly preferably 5 to 10°.
- a rounding is provided in at least one transition area between at least one step surface and a connecting surface, in particular in the transition area between the step surface lying furthest to the outside and the adjoining connecting surface.
- a profile, in particular with a recess (groove profile) running along the narrow side is formed on a third narrow side (e.g. first transverse side), which runs perpendicular to the first and second narrow side.
- a profile, in particular with a projection (spring profile) running along the narrow side is formed on a fourth narrow side (e.g. second transverse side), which runs perpendicular to the first and second narrow side.
- at least one of the sections of the narrow side adjoining the recess or the projection in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane has a step. The ledge then provides a shoulder for abutment with a portion of an adjacent wall panel, as will be discussed below.
- the wall panel is an OSB panel (Oriented Strand Board), in particular an OSB panel with at least 3 layers, preferably at least 5 layers.
- An OSB panel is a wood-based panel that has been produced by scattering several layers of wood particles provided with binding agents, the so-called strands (long chips), before the pressing of the pressed material neighboring layers have different orientations (orientations) of the strands. Strands differ from chips of chipboard in their dimensions (chipboard: maximum length 10 mm, OSB board: length 100-300 mm, width 10-50 mm, thickness 0.6-1.5 mm).
- the object is also achieved according to a second teaching of the present invention in a wall structure, in particular a drywall structure, with a first wall panel and a second wall panel, the longitudinal center planes of which match (are in the same plane) and which are arranged one above the other in the direction of gravity and on the narrow side by a profile connection are connected to each other, wherein the first wall panel rests on the second wall panel, solved in that the first wall panel and the second wall panel are each formed as previously defined and the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel and the profile on the second narrow side of the first Wall panel overlap each other in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal median plane.
- An overlap means that the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel and the profile on the second narrow side of the first wall panel are arranged one behind the other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane.
- a narrow-sided profile connection means that the two adjacent panels are connected to one another via two opposite narrow sides.
- a visible joint to be formed between the first wall panel and the second wall panel, in particular on both sides.
- the width of the visible gap is in particular in a range from 1 to 3 mm, preferably 1.5 to 2.5 mm, and is particularly preferably 2 mm.
- the step surface of the rabbet on the first narrow side of the second wall panel that lies furthest to the outside touches that step surface of the rabbet on the second narrow side of the first wall panel that touches the step surface of the rabbet on the second narrow side that lies furthest to the inside Narrow side of the first wall panel on next lies.
- the step surface of the step rabbet on the second narrow side of the first wall panel that lies furthest to the outside touches that step surface of the rabbet on the first narrow side of the second wall panel that corresponds to the step surface of the rabbet that lies furthest to the inside on the first narrow side of the second wall panel is closest.
- the wall structure has at least a third wall panel of the type defined above, which is arranged next to the first and/or second wall panel in relation to the direction of gravity and on the narrow side by a profile connection with the first and/or second wall panel connected, wherein the longitudinal median planes of the wall panels arranged next to one another coincide (are in the same plane) and wherein the profile on the third narrow side of the first and/or second wall panel and the profile on the fourth narrow side of the third wall panel overlap in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal median plane and in particular interlock as a tongue and groove connection.
- a visible joint is formed between the third wall panel and the first and/or second wall panel, in particular on both sides.
- the width of the visible gap is in particular in a range from 1 to 3 mm, preferably 1.5 to 2.5 mm, and is particularly preferably 2 mm.
- one of the sections of the third narrow side of the first and/or second wall panel adjoining the recess in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane rests against a step (a shoulder) which rests on one of the in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane is formed on the projection adjacent sections of the fourth narrow side of the third wall panel.
- one of the sections of the fourth narrow side of the first and/or second wall panel rests against a step (a shoulder) which is formed on one of the sections of the third narrow side of the third wall panel adjoining the depression in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane.
- Said shoulder forms a shoulder against which the profile of the respective other wall panel rests and via which forces are transmitted parallel to the longitudinal center plane.
- the wall panels are fastened to a support which extends parallel to the wall panels in the direction of gravity, with a section of the profile on the second narrow side of the first wall panel and preferably the outermost step surface of the Shiplap is arranged on the second narrow side of the first wall panel between the carrier and a portion of the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel.
- the carrier can be a steel carrier and/or the carrier of a framework, in particular a steel framework.
- one or more fastening elements in particular one or more nails and/or screws, pass through the first wall panel and/or second wall panel, in particular through one or more of the profiles of the first wall panel and/or second Wall panel run, wherein the fasteners are particularly anchored in the carrier.
- the advantage of the method according to the invention is that a wall structure can easily be installed by just one person.
- the panel to be arranged adjacent to it can be pre-fixed via the profile connection to the panel already fixed, with the profile of the fixed panel, possibly with the support, being adapted to the respective profile of the still to be fastened plate exerts a clamping effect.
- This clamping effect enables the further wall panel to be fastened to be pre-fixed to the wall panel already fastened, without the need for tools or fastening means. Another person is not absolutely necessary for assembly.
- the pre-fixing or the clamping effect takes place in particular via the narrow sides or profiles running in the direction of gravity when the wall panels are aligned as intended. As described above, these are in particular tongue and groove profiles that interact with one another.
- the respective wall panel preferably has a maximum weight of 15 kg and even more preferably a maximum weight of 11 kg, which can be handled very easily by a single person.
- the further wall panel before the step of fastening the further wall panel to the carrier, the further wall panel is pre-fixed by clamping the profile of the further wall panel between the carrier and the profile of the first wall panel.
- a deadlock is meant a connection condition that allows the person installing the wall panels to release the second wall panel in the unattached but pre-fixed condition without allowing the wall panel to move out of position.
- the wall panel to be fastened is thus held securely on the wall panel already fastened.
- additional aids or fasteners are not necessary.
- the further Wall panel in the step of arranging the further wall panel parallel to the carrier, the further Wall panel in the horizontal direction, that is orthogonal to the direction of gravity, arranged next to the first wall panel, wherein a projection of the profile of the further wall panel is inserted into a recess of the profile of the first wall panel.
- the further wall panel in the step of arranging the further wall panel parallel to the carrier, can be arranged in the vertical direction, i.e. in the direction of gravity, above (above) the first wall panel, with part of the profile of the further wall panel between the profile of the first wall panel and the carrier is used.
- the prefixing described can also be achieved in this way.
- the further wall panel In the state in which the further wall panel is not yet attached but is already arranged relative to the first wall panel as defined above, the further wall panel can also be finely adjusted or aligned more optimally. Since the wall panel to be fastened is, in particular, pre-fixed in this state, the alignment or fine adjustment of the other wall panel can easily be carried out by a single person.
- the configurations of the wall panel according to the invention, the wall structure according to the invention and the manufacturing method according to the invention have many advantages over the prior art: Due to the special edge profiling with a combined shiplap (on the long sides) and tongue and groove profile (on the short sides), the respective wall panel is particularly easy to use and can be easily moved and thus optimally positioned.
- the wall panels can also be mounted in a very short time. When a wall panel is arranged horizontally adjacent to a wall panel that has already been fastened, it holds the position even without fasteners thanks to a clamping effect of the profile, which means that the panel ensures particularly simple and safe handling, even when working alone. Also, the wall panels allow a Real endless laying in the association, whereby additional effort as well as material and cutting costs are minimized.
- the panels can be light in weight, for example less than 15 kg or, for example, a maximum of 11 kg, which means that the panels can easily be processed by just one person on site at the construction site.
- the assembly work can be carried out quickly and with little effort, and compliance with occupational safety measures on the construction site is also supported.
- the visible joint expansion joint
- additional measures such as spacer wedges for producing the joint or other spacers can be dispensed with during assembly.
- the wall panels according to the invention can be installed much faster than in the prior art.
- the visible joint also prevents moisture-related deformations of the later wall surface, which always guarantees a visually flawless wall surface in the long term.
- Such a panel forms a stable wooden substructure with high strength and rigidity.
- a support structure in particular a steel support structure
- even a single layer of paneling stiffens the relatively flexible stand (metal stand) against bending during the construction phase.
- lightweight partition walls also offer a high level of comfort, since they are securely braced against sagging, even under the influence of suspended loads or impact loads.
- User comfort is increased, complaints are prevented and the wall surface is permanently optically flawless and protected against damage from impact loads.
- no special fasteners such as drywall dowels have to be used during assembly, but you can easily work with standard wood construction screws. that hold the wall panels securely.
- the wall panels can also easily be clad with a thin plasterboard panel (GKB panel), for example with a maximum thickness of 9.5 mm, which is sufficient as a ready-to-paint surface and, as a two-layer planking, also offers a high level of sound insulation.
- GKB panel thin plasterboard panel
- the wall panel according to the invention preferably has a nail grid imprint, for example for the 600/625 mm grid. This means that the panels do not have to be marked beforehand and can be attached to the stud frame much more quickly.
- the wall panels also have a high level of fire resistance, in particular a tested fire resistance of F30 and F60. This means that lightweight partition wall constructions can be created in residential, commercial and public buildings with increased safety requirements.
- wall heights of up to 5 m can be achieved with various load effects.
- the wall panels are tested according to DIN 4103-1 and thus offer a high level of security in a wide variety of installation areas, especially in residential areas or in public buildings.
- the wall panels are preferably glued 100% formaldehyde-free, which creates a good indoor climate and supports a moisture-balancing effect.
- a wall panel according to the invention consists of more than 70%, preferably more than 80%, particularly preferably more than 85% natural wood.
- Other components of the material from which the wallboard is made are water, binder (glue) and optionally paraffin wax.
- Fig. 1a shows a wall panel 1 for dry construction, which is formed here from a multi-layer OSB panel.
- the wall panel 1 has a front side 4 extending parallel to a longitudinal center plane E, a rear side 5 parallel thereto and four narrow sides 6a, 6b, 6c and 6d connecting the front side 4 to the rear side 5.
- the plate 1 on a first narrow side 6a and the second narrow side 6b running parallel thereto - both are long sides, the means the longest narrow sides - each have a profile 7 or 7', which is formed by a multiple shiplap 8 or 8'.
- Multiple shiplap means that, as in 1 shown, two folds or indentations are provided which form the folded profile 8 or 8'.
- the profiles 7 and 7′ are formed as mirror images relative to the longitudinal center plane E and transversely thereto.
- the shiplap 8 or 8' has three stepped surfaces 9a, 9b and 9c which are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane E ("predominantly” means that the largest part of the stepped surface runs perpendicular to the plane E).
- the distance between the step surface 9c that is furthest to the outside (in relation to the direction of the longitudinal center plane E) and the nearest step surface 9b, which is in the middle here, is greater than the distance between the step surface 9a that is furthest to the inside (in relation to the direction of the longitudinal center plane E) and the middle step surface 9b.
- the step surfaces 9a and 9b and the step surfaces 9b and 9c are connected to one another by a connecting surface 10a or 10b, the connecting surface 10b running at an angle to the longitudinal center plane E, here by way of example at an angle of 15°, and the connecting surface 10a running parallel to the longitudinal center plane E .
- the transition area between the connecting surface 10b and the step surface 9c is also rounded (see also enlarged detail view X in Fig. 1b )).
- Fig. 1b shows a section of a wall structure 17 in which two wall panels 1 and 2 have been arranged one above the other in the direction of gravity S via the profile 7 and 7 ′ previously described, with part of the profile 7 ′ or rabbet 8 ′ of the wall panel 1 between a Part of the profile 7 or shiplap 8 of the wall panel 2 and a carrier 20 is located.
- the profiles 7 and 7' thus overlap one another in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane E.
- the carrier 20 can be, for example, a stand, for example a metal stand, of a stand.
- the profiles 7 and 7 ' are shaped so that the outermost Stepped surface 9c of the stepped rabbet 8 on the first narrow side 6a of the second wall panel 2 touches that stepped surface 9b of the stepped rabbet 8' on the second narrow side 6b of the first wall panel 1, which touches the innermost stepped surface 9a of the stepped rabbet 8' on the second narrow side 6b of the first wall panel 1 is closest.
- the outermost step surface 9c of the step rabbet 8' on the second narrow side 6b of the first wall panel 1 touches that step surface of the step rabbet 8 on the first narrow side 6a of the second wall panel 2 that corresponds to the innermost step surface 9a of the shiplap 8 on the first narrow side 6a of the second wall panel 2 is closest.
- a visible joint 18 is also created on both sides, i.e. a joint which creates a distance between the two panels 1 and 2 trains.
- the two transverse sides that is, the third narrow side 6c and the fourth narrow side 6d of the respective wall panel 1 or an adjacent wall panel 3 or 3', can each have a profile 12 or 12', like that Figures 2a) to 3b ) demonstrate.
- a first embodiment of a profile of a transverse side show the figures 2a ) and b), where Figure 2a ) two adjacent panels 1 and 3 before assembling and Figure 2b ) after compositing.
- On the third narrow side 6c for example, there is a depression 13 which runs along the narrow side 6c and forms a groove profile.

- the profile connection essentially corresponds to that based on FIG figures 2a ) and b) described profile connection, with the difference that the shoulder 17, which forms a shoulder for the narrow side of the adjacent wall panel, in the embodiment in the figures 3a ) and b) is formed in section 15a of the two sections 15a and 15b, which adjoin the depression 13 in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane E.
- FIG. 1 shows a section of a wall structure 17 made up of several wall panels 1, 2, 3 and 3' of the type according to the invention described above.
- the narrow sides run with the basis of Figures 1a ) and b) described profile in the horizontal direction and the narrow sides with the basis of Figures 2a) to 3b ) described profile in the vertical direction (relative to a vertical direction of gravity S).
- the wall panels 1 and 2 and the wall panels 3 and 3' are each connected to one another via a folded profile.
- the wall panels 1 and 3 and the wall panels 2 and 3' are connected to one another via a tongue and groove connection.
- the wall panels 1, 2, 3 and 3' are each connected to one another and/or to the in Fig. 1b ) illustrated, perpendicular carrier 20 attached.
- the attachment points according to the invention preferably run, depending on whether the panel is laid upright or transversely, either along the shiplap or on the vertical stand (here carrier 20) parallel to the tongue and groove profile.
- it can then be fastened horizontally to the sleeper and frame (the frame is the upper horizontal end of the frame construction, the sleeper is the lower horizontal end).
- the wall panels are used here, for example, as a base for attaching plasterboard (not shown).

The invention also relates to a wall structure, in particular a drywall structure, with a first wall panel and a second wall panel whose longitudinal center planes match and which are arranged one above the other in the direction of gravity and are connected to one another on the narrow side by a profile connection, the first wall panel resting on the second wall panel.
Finally, the invention relates to a method for producing a wall structure, for example a drywall structure, in particular a wall structure as defined above.
In interior design or dry construction, partition walls are predominantly made in metal stud construction with single or multi-layer cladding made of gypsum wallboards or gypsum fire protection boards and gypsum fiber boards.
In Scandinavia, wood-based panels in the form of plywood panels have been used as a substructure in a drywall construction for a number of years. These wood-based wall cladding panels have a profile on two narrow sides that are parallel to one another, which is characterized by a simple stepped rabbet is formed, that is, the profile has exactly one fold or a notch, which / is incorporated by milling on the respective narrow side. The other two (perpendicular) narrow sides of the plate have no profile. Instead of using plywood panels, it is also known to use chipboard.
When producing a wall structure of drywall, these wall panels are arranged one above the other in such a way that the narrow sides with the described profile run perpendicular to the direction of gravity. In the finished wall structure, the wall panels touch in the region of their profile, with a section of the profile of one wall panel being arranged next to a section of the profile of the other wall panel in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane and the direction of gravity.

The solutions described above have various disadvantages:
One disadvantage of gypsum wallboards is their high dead weight, which makes handling difficult. Another significant disadvantage of such walls made of gypsum plasterboards is that continuous laying in a bond that saves material and time is not possible. The board joints parallel to the stud frame must be fastened directly to the stud frame, at least for the first board layer. In Europe, different typical grids have been established regionally, all of which require a special panel format, for example 400, 450, 600, 610, 625 mm from stand center to stand center (center-to-center stand).
The chipboard and plywood panels developed by some Scandinavian wood-based material manufacturers for this market are also subject to this grid. They only have a profiling along the long sides, so that endless laying can only be carried out for wall panels with a grid of up to a maximum of 450 mm centre-centre post and only with low wall heights and loads.
Another major disadvantage of gypsum board drywall is the difficulty in attaching hanging bracket loads, since the gypsum board is very brittle and hard and the fasteners (drywall screws) tend to break off very easily. Where higher loads have to be allowed, it is always necessary to use special dowels (expansion dowels) or to create a supporting substructure or backing. If the premises with such dry construction walls are rented out to third parties, the preliminary planning of such substructures is hardly possible or very expensive.
Increased fire protection is desirable for many building types and usage classes. For reasons of handling the heavy gypsum plasterboards, which can have bulk densities of 800 to 1200 kg/m 3 , two-layer cladding, for example 2x2.5 mm or 2x15 mm, is usually used to achieve the required fire resistance, for example to provide fire resistance of El 60 (non-load-bearing wall, 60 minutes room closure and insulation effect according to EN 13501-2).
In the last few years, there has been a clear trend towards reducing the sheet metal thicknesses of the metal profiles of the supports in a metal stud frame. They are now typically no more than 0.7 mm and are sometimes only 0.54 mm thick. As a result, the construction becomes more and more flexible, so that the tendency to buckling increases, especially with wall heights of more than 3000 mm, so that a stiffening cladding is desirable. The effect of bending away before the pressure when screwing the panels together is also disadvantageous for rapid installation.
It is an object of the present invention to specify a wall panel, a wall structure and a production method, with which the production of a stable drywall is ensured in a particularly simple manner.
Die zuvor hergeleitete und aufgezeigte Aufgabe wird gemäß einer ersten Lehre der vorliegenden Erfindung bei einer Wandplatte für den Trockenbau aus einem Holzwerkstoff, mit einer sich parallel zu einer Längsmittelebene der Platte erstreckenden Vorderseite, einer dazu parallelen Rückseite und vier die Vorderseite mit der Rückseite verbindenden Schmalseiten, wobei an einer ersten Schmalseite (z.B. ersten Längsseite) und an einer dazu parallel verlaufenden zweiten Schmalseite (z.B. zweiten Längsseite) jeweils ein Profil ausgebildet ist, wobei das Profil an der ersten Schmalseite von einem mehrfachen Stufenfalz gebildet wird, wobei der Stufenfalz an der ersten Schmalseite jeweils mindestens drei zur Längsmittelebene zumindest überwiegend senkrechte Stufenflächen aufweist, wobei die am weitesten außen liegende erste Stufenfläche mit der nächstliegenden zweiten Stufenfläche durch eine erste Verbindungsfläche und die am weitesten innen liegende dritte Stufenfläche mit der zweiten Stufenfläche durch eine zweite Verbindungsfläche verbunden ist, dadurch gelöst dass zumindest die erste Verbindungsfläche zumindest überwiegend winkelig zur Längsmittelebene verläuft und zumindest die zweite Verbindungsfläche zumindest überwiegend parallel zur Längsmittelebene verläuft,, dass die erste Verbindungsfläche der ersten Schmalseite als eine Fläche ausgebildet ist, dass die zweite Verbindungsfläche der ersten Schmalseite als eine Fläche ausgebildet ist, und dass der Abstand zwischen der am weitesten außen liegenden Stufenfläche und der nächstliegenden Stufenfläche größer, als der Abstand zwischen der am weitesten innen liegenden Stufenfläche und der Stufenfläche ist, die der am weitesten außen liegenden Stufenfläche nächstliegend ist, dass das Profil an der zweiten Schmalseite von einem mehrfachen Stufenfalz gebildet wird, dass der Stufenfalz an der zweiten Schmalseite jeweils mindestens drei zur Längsmittelebene zumindest überwiegend senkrechte Stufenflächen aufweist, dass die am weitesten außen liegende erste Stufenfläche mit der nächstliegenden zweiten Stufenfläche durch eine erste Verbindungsfläche und die am weitesten innen liegende dritte Stufenfläche mit der zweiten Stufenfläche durch eine zweite Verbindungsfläche verbunden ist, dass zumindest eine Verbindungsfläche zumindest überwiegend winkelig zurAccording to a first teaching of the present invention, the above-derived and indicated object is achieved in a wall panel for dry construction made of a wood material, with a front side extending parallel to a longitudinal center plane of the panel, a rear side parallel thereto and four narrow sides connecting the front side with the rear side, a profile being formed on a first narrow side (e.g. first long side) and on a second narrow side running parallel thereto (e.g. second long side), the profile on the first narrow side being formed by a multiple shiplap, the shiplap on the first narrow side each has at least three step surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, with the first step surface lying furthest to the outside connected to the second step surface lying closest to it by a first connecting surface and the third step surface lying furthest to the inside connected to the second step surface dur ch a second connecting surface is connected, solved in that at least the first connecting surface runs at least predominantly at an angle to the longitudinal center plane and at least the second connecting surface runs at least predominantly parallel to the longitudinal center plane, that the first connecting surface of the first narrow side is designed as a surface, that the second connecting surface of the first narrow side is formed as a surface, and that the distance between the outermost step surface and the nearest step surface is greater than the distance between the innermost step surface and the step surface which is closest to the outermost step surface that the profile on the second narrow side is formed by a multiple rabbet, that the rabbet on the second narrow side has at least three step surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, that the furthest outer first step surface is connected to the nearest second step surface by a first connecting surface and the innermost third step surface is connected to the second step surface by a second connecting surface, that at least one connecting surface is at least predominantly angled to
Mit einem mehrfachen Stufenfalz ist ein Stufenfalzprofil mit mindestens zwei Falzen bzw. entlang der Schmalseite verlaufenden Einkerbungen gemeint.longitudinal center plane and at least one connecting surface runs at least predominantly parallel to the longitudinal center plane, that the first connecting surface of the second narrow side is formed as one surface, and that the second connecting surface of the second narrow side is formed as one surface, and that the distance between the outermost step surface and the nearest step surface is greater than the distance between the innermost step surface and the step surface closest to the outermost step surface. A multiple rabbet is a rabbet profile with at least two rabbets or notches running along the narrow side.
In the case of the wall panel according to the invention, it is provided in particular that the profile on the second narrow side is formed by a rabbet, in particular multiple rabbets, with the profile on the second narrow side in particular being a mirror image, in relation to the longitudinal center plane of the panel and a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, the runs parallel to the first and second narrow side.
In the sense of the invention, the longitudinal median plane of the wall panel means the plane which extends in the middle of the panel parallel to the front and rear.
By providing a multiple shiplap, it is possible, as will be explained in more detail below, for two panels arranged one above the other in the direction of gravity to touch only at a narrow section in the interior of the profile connection. This in turn has the advantage that a visible joint is formed between the two wall panels arranged one above the other, ie a joint that is visible from the outside, in which the two opposing sections of the narrow sides of the wall panels are spaced apart from one another. This in turn has the advantage that the wall panels can expand almost unhindered when absorbing moisture, since the expansion mainly occurs in board areas close to the surface along which the face joint runs. This reduces the tendency to buckle.
In addition, another advantage of the two wall panels arranged one above the other in only a narrow section inside the profile connection is that during the production of the wall structure, the upper two panels arranged one above the other can still easily be inserted within the profile of the one below before the final fastening move the plate located transversely to the direction of gravity and can therefore be aligned particularly easily and precisely.
Further configurations of the wall panel according to the invention are now described below, with which the advantages and properties described can be achieved in a particularly simple manner. In particular, particularly stable dry construction walls with a particularly low tendency to dent can be produced by the features explained in more detail below.
According to one embodiment of the wall panel, it is provided that the shiplap on the first narrow side and/or second narrow side has at least three stepped surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane, with the distance between the step surface that is furthest to the outside (in relation to the direction of the longitudinal center plane) and the closest, i.e. adjacent, e.g. central, step surface is greater than the distance between the step surface that is furthest to the inside (in relation to the direction of the longitudinal center plane) and the step surface that is closest, i.e. adjacent, to the step surface that is furthest to the outside .
It is also provided that two adjacent step surfaces that are at least predominantly perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane are connected to one another by a connecting surface, with at least one connecting surface in particular running at least predominantly at an angle to the longitudinal center plane and at least one connecting surface runs at least predominantly parallel to the longitudinal center plane. The angle between the majority of the angled connecting surface and the longitudinal center plane can be in a range of 1 to 20°, preferably 1 to 15°, particularly preferably 5 to 10°.
According to another embodiment of the wall panel, a rounding is provided in at least one transition area between at least one step surface and a connecting surface, in particular in the transition area between the step surface lying furthest to the outside and the adjoining connecting surface.
According to a further embodiment of the wall panel, it is provided that a profile, in particular with a recess (groove profile) running along the narrow side, is formed on a third narrow side (e.g. first transverse side), which runs perpendicular to the first and second narrow side. Additionally or alternatively, it is conceivable that a profile, in particular with a projection (spring profile) running along the narrow side, is formed on a fourth narrow side (e.g. second transverse side), which runs perpendicular to the first and second narrow side. According to yet another embodiment of the wall panel, it is provided that at least one of the sections of the narrow side adjoining the recess or the projection in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane has a step. The ledge then provides a shoulder for abutment with a portion of an adjacent wall panel, as will be discussed below.
Finally, according to another embodiment of the wall panel, it is provided that the wall panel is an OSB panel (Oriented Strand Board), in particular an OSB panel with at least 3 layers, preferably at least 5 layers. An OSB panel is a wood-based panel that has been produced by scattering several layers of wood particles provided with binding agents, the so-called strands (long chips), before the pressing of the pressed material neighboring layers have different orientations (orientations) of the strands. Strands differ from chips of chipboard in their dimensions (chipboard: maximum length 10 mm, OSB board: length 100-300 mm, width 10-50 mm, thickness 0.6-1.5 mm).
The object is also achieved according to a second teaching of the present invention in a wall structure, in particular a drywall structure, with a first wall panel and a second wall panel, the longitudinal center planes of which match (are in the same plane) and which are arranged one above the other in the direction of gravity and on the narrow side by a profile connection are connected to each other, wherein the first wall panel rests on the second wall panel, solved in that the first wall panel and the second wall panel are each formed as previously defined and the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel and the profile on the second narrow side of the first Wall panel overlap each other in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal median plane. An overlap means that the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel and the profile on the second narrow side of the first wall panel are arranged one behind the other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane. A narrow-sided profile connection means that the two adjacent panels are connected to one another via two opposite narrow sides.
According to one embodiment of the wall structure, provision is made for a visible joint to be formed between the first wall panel and the second wall panel, in particular on both sides. The width of the visible gap is in particular in a range from 1 to 3 mm, preferably 1.5 to 2.5 mm, and is particularly preferably 2 mm.

Said shoulder forms a shoulder against which the profile of the respective other wall panel rests and via which forces are transmitted parallel to the longitudinal center plane.
According to another configuration of the wall structure, it is provided that the wall panels are fastened to a support which extends parallel to the wall panels in the direction of gravity, with a section of the profile on the second narrow side of the first wall panel and preferably the outermost step surface of the Shiplap is arranged on the second narrow side of the first wall panel between the carrier and a portion of the profile on the first narrow side of the second wall panel. The carrier can be a steel carrier and/or the carrier of a framework, in particular a steel framework.
Finally, according to another configuration of the wall structure, it is provided that one or more fastening elements, in particular one or more nails and/or screws, pass through the first wall panel and/or second wall panel, in particular through one or more of the profiles of the first wall panel and/or second Wall panel run, wherein the fasteners are particularly anchored in the carrier.
- material- und zeitsparende Endlosverlegung bis zu einem Rasterabstand von 625 mm Mitte-Mitte-Ständer;
- material- and time-saving endless installation up to a grid spacing of 625 mm centre-centre post;
- Creation of suspended T-joints within a multi-panel cladding,
- a stable, torsion-resistant wall construction is achieved even with wall heights of more than 3 m up to e.g. 10 m,
- ergonomic due to low panel weight; Plates according to the invention have a maximum weight of 11 kg and can therefore easily be handled by one person; improved occupational health and safety,
- the panels can preferably be used horizontally (long side across the stud frame), but also vertically (e.g. grid centre-centre stud 600 mm) without any problems as floor-to-ceiling cladding,
- the provision of a tongue and groove profile on the short sides ensures that the panels interlock securely even with a floating joint; the wall surface is sufficiently braced to support the second layer of plasterboard, if present; the stiffening of the metal framework in height against dents is also improved,
- the special profiling on the narrow sides (long and/or short sides) ensures fast and reliable processing of the wall panels and automatic generation of circumferential expansion joints, which in particular have a width in a range from 1 to 3 mm, preferably from 1.5 to 2.5 mm, particularly preferably 2 mm, without additional measures by the processor; Moisture-related length changes can be compensated by the construction without constraint and without dents,
- the OSB board with screw pull-out strengths of over 1200 N/screw (tested according to EN 321) enables any location to be chosen for the attachment of console loads,
- In combination with a second layer of GRP panels with a thickness in a range from 5 to 25 mm, preferably from 10 to 20 mm, particularly preferably 15 mm, a relatively high fire resistance period can be achieved with an approximately 15 mm thick GRP -plate for example of 60 minutes (El 60),
- problem-free attachment of any plasterboard on the wall panel surface according to the invention regardless of the grid of the stud frame.
- Providing a first wall panel and at least one further wall panel, in particular a second and/or third wall panel as defined above, each wall panel being designed according to the above definition,
- Arranging the first wall panel parallel to a girder, in particular a steel girder, in such a way that the longitudinal center plane of the first wall panel extends in the direction of gravity (i.e. in the vertical direction) and the first and second narrow side of the first wall panel extends orthogonally to the direction of gravity, with the first narrow side counter to the direction of gravity is spaced from the second narrow side,
- Fastening the first wall panel to the support by means of at least one fastening element in such a way that a distance, i.e. gap, remains between the support and at least a part of the profile of the first narrow side and/or the third or fourth narrow side orthogonal to the first narrow side,
- Arranging the additional wall panel parallel to the support in such a way that the longitudinal center planes of the first and additional wall panels match and the respective part of the profile of the first wall panel spaced apart from the support and a part of a (corresponding) profile of the additional wall panel face each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center plane (direction from profile to beam) overlap, and
- Fastening the further wall panel to the support by means of at least one fastening element.
The advantage of the method according to the invention is that a wall structure can easily be installed by just one person. Through the special Arrangement of the interacting profiles of the respectively adjacent panels, as soon as a panel is fixed, the panel to be arranged adjacent to it can be pre-fixed via the profile connection to the panel already fixed, with the profile of the fixed panel, possibly with the support, being adapted to the respective profile of the still to be fastened plate exerts a clamping effect. This clamping effect enables the further wall panel to be fastened to be pre-fixed to the wall panel already fastened, without the need for tools or fastening means. Another person is not absolutely necessary for assembly.
The pre-fixing or the clamping effect takes place in particular via the narrow sides or profiles running in the direction of gravity when the wall panels are aligned as intended. As described above, these are in particular tongue and groove profiles that interact with one another. The respective wall panel preferably has a maximum weight of 15 kg and even more preferably a maximum weight of 11 kg, which can be handled very easily by a single person.
According to one embodiment of the method according to the invention, before the step of fastening the further wall panel to the carrier, the further wall panel is pre-fixed by clamping the profile of the further wall panel between the carrier and the profile of the first wall panel. By a deadlock is meant a connection condition that allows the person installing the wall panels to release the second wall panel in the unattached but pre-fixed condition without allowing the wall panel to move out of position. The wall panel to be fastened is thus held securely on the wall panel already fastened. As already mentioned, additional aids or fasteners are not necessary.
According to another embodiment of the method according to the invention, in the step of arranging the further wall panel parallel to the carrier, the further Wall panel in the horizontal direction, that is orthogonal to the direction of gravity, arranged next to the first wall panel, wherein a projection of the profile of the further wall panel is inserted into a recess of the profile of the first wall panel. As a result, a pre-fixation of the type described above is achieved in particular. Alternatively or additionally, in the step of arranging the further wall panel parallel to the carrier, the further wall panel can be arranged in the vertical direction, i.e. in the direction of gravity, above (above) the first wall panel, with part of the profile of the further wall panel between the profile of the first wall panel and the carrier is used. The prefixing described can also be achieved in this way.
In the state in which the further wall panel is not yet attached but is already arranged relative to the first wall panel as defined above, the further wall panel can also be finely adjusted or aligned more optimally. Since the wall panel to be fastened is, in particular, pre-fixed in this state, the alignment or fine adjustment of the other wall panel can easily be carried out by a single person.
The configurations of the wall panel according to the invention, the wall structure according to the invention and the manufacturing method according to the invention have many advantages over the prior art:
Due to the special edge profiling with a combined shiplap (on the long sides) and tongue and groove profile (on the short sides), the respective wall panel is particularly easy to use and can be easily moved and thus optimally positioned. The wall panels can also be mounted in a very short time.
The panels can be light in weight, for example less than 15 kg or, for example, a maximum of 11 kg, which means that the panels can easily be processed by just one person on site at the construction site. The assembly work can be carried out quickly and with little effort, and compliance with occupational safety measures on the construction site is also supported.
Due to the visible joint (expansion joint) of in particular 1 to 3 mm and for example 2 mm that automatically occurs when the wall is constructed, additional measures such as spacer wedges for producing the joint or other spacers can be dispensed with during assembly. As a result, the wall panels according to the invention can be installed much faster than in the prior art. The visible joint also prevents moisture-related deformations of the later wall surface, which always guarantees a visually flawless wall surface in the long term.
Particular advantages result from the good mechanical properties when using an OSB panel as the wall panel according to the invention. Such a panel forms a stable wooden substructure with high strength and rigidity. When using a support structure, in particular a steel support structure, even a single layer of paneling stiffens the relatively flexible stand (metal stand) against bending during the construction phase. In this way, lightweight partition walls also offer a high level of comfort, since they are securely braced against sagging, even under the influence of suspended loads or impact loads. User comfort is increased, complaints are prevented and the wall surface is permanently optically flawless and protected against damage from impact loads. Also, no special fasteners such as drywall dowels have to be used during assembly, but you can easily work with standard wood construction screws. that hold the wall panels securely. The wall panels can also easily be clad with a thin plasterboard panel (GKB panel), for example with a maximum thickness of 9.5 mm, which is sufficient as a ready-to-paint surface and, as a two-layer planking, also offers a high level of sound insulation.
The wall panel according to the invention preferably has a nail grid imprint, for example for the 600/625 mm grid. This means that the panels do not have to be marked beforehand and can be attached to the stud frame much more quickly.
In particular, the wall panels also have a high level of fire resistance, in particular a tested fire resistance of F30 and F60. This means that lightweight partition wall constructions can be created in residential, commercial and public buildings with increased safety requirements.
With the wall panels according to the invention, wall heights of up to 5 m can be achieved with various load effects. In particular, the wall panels are tested according to DIN 4103-1 and thus offer a high level of security in a wide variety of installation areas, especially in residential areas or in public buildings.
The wall panels are preferably glued 100% formaldehyde-free, which creates a good indoor climate and supports a moisture-balancing effect.
Furthermore, it is preferred if renewable raw materials are used for the wall panels, as a result of which the panels contribute to a _sustainable reduction in climate change. For example, a wall panel according to the invention consists of more than 70%, preferably more than 80%, particularly preferably more than 85% natural wood. Other components of the material from which the wallboard is made are water, binder (glue) and optionally paraffin wax.
