Claims (8)

  1. Structure de couverture (10) pour environnements externes, ladite structure de couverture (10) est prévue avec un dispositif pour réguler la pénétration de la lumière du soleil dans ces mêmes environnements externes, adaptée pour être placée sur des terrasses, des jardins, des espaces verts ou des zones pavées ou similaires, afin de créer une zone ombragée ou en régulant la pénétration de la lumière du soleil dans cette même zone, et en protégeant cette dernière du mauvais temps, telle que la pluie, la neige, la grêle, la glace et similaire, ladite structure de couverture (10) comprend en outre :
    un bâti périphérique (11) avec une forme quadrangulaire ou une autre forme appropriée, agencé de préférence horizontalement et supporté au niveau de ses sommets par au moins quatre colonnes (12) et prévu, dans son intérieur, avec une zone libre (13), dans laquelle un ensemble de pales (14) ajustables est inséré, et fixé par des corps creux (77) du bâti (11),
    lesquelles pales sont agencées parallèlement et espacées à égale distance les unes des autres, à la fois longitudinalement et transversalement par rapport au bâti (11), en fonction des besoins de l'utilisateur avec la possibilité de tourner autour de son axe transversal, dans laquelle :
    des moyens de chauffage (76), raccordés aux alimentations externes, sont appliqués sur le bâti (11) et sur les pales (14), et sont adaptés pour chauffer ces derniers pour faire fondre, en un court laps de temps, tout dépôt éventuel de neige, de grêle, de glace ou similaire, lesdites pales (14) ajustables dans leur position fermée, formant une surface rectiligne inférieure et une surface ondulée supérieure, caractérisée en ce que les pales (14) ajustables sont chacune constituées par un profilé (14) réalisé à partir de métal ou d'un autre matériau rigide approprié et composé par deux coques (54 et 55) assemblées entre elles, dont la première coque inférieure (54) est formée avec une face plate horizontale (56), dont les parties d'extrémité (57 et 58) sont incurvées vers le haut, la première partie d'extrémité (57) se terminant par une rainure en forme de T retourné (59) sur toute sa largeur, et adaptée pour loger un joint (60), la seconde partie d'extrémité (58) étant raccordée à la partie inférieure de l'autre coque (55), qui est formée à son tour avec une face curviligne (61), convexe vers le haut avec ses deux parties d'extrémité (62 et 63) tournées vers le bas, dont la première partie d'extrémité (62) est assemblée à la partie supérieure de la face (56) dans la partie dans laquelle on prévoit la partie d'extrémité (57), créant ainsi un petit canal (62') sur toute la largeur de la pale (14), alors sa seconde partie d'extrémité (63) est libre au niveau de sa partie d'extrémité et deux parois verticales d'assemblage (64 et 65) qui sont prévues espacées l'une de l'autre et intercalées entre les deux coques (54 et 55), créant ainsi une zone creuse centrale (66) et deux chambres creuses latérales (67 et 68), dont la première chambre (67) est placée à proximité de la première partie d'extrémité (57) et dont la seconde chambre (68) est placée à proximité de la seconde partie d'extrémité (58), dans la première chambre (67), on prévoit une cavité (69), adjacente et parallèle à la paroi verticale (64), dans laquelle un corps métallique allongé (70) est inséré de manière solidaire, qui fait saillie vers l'extérieur avec une partie de forme cylindrique (71), alors que dans la cavité centrale (66), dans la partie inférieure et supérieure de toute sa longueur, on prévoit au moins une paire d'ailes incurvées (72 et 73), qui sont espacées et agencées de manière symétrique entre elles avec leur profil concave, les pales (14) ajustables ainsi constituées étant agencées dans le bâti (11), avec leurs propres parties en forme de cylindre (71) librement insérées dans les corps creux (77) du bâti (11), de sorte que les pales (14) sont agencées dans la position horizontale, dans laquelle elles sont agencées en contact entre elles, de sorte que le joint (60) d'une première pale (14) vient en butée contre la partie inférieure de la seconde partie d'extrémité (63) d'une deuxième pale (14) adjacente à cette partie d'extrémité, et en ce que la seconde partie d'extrémité (63) de la première pale (14) vient en butée avec sa partie inférieure contre le joint (60) d'une troisième pale (14) adjacente à cette partie d'extrémité, de sorte qu'une couverture uniforme et scellée (74) est formée.
  2. Structure de couverture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit bâti (11) est principalement constitué par deux traverses (15, 16) et deux étançons (17, 18) assemblés entre eux au niveau de leurs parties d'extrémité, dont chaque traverse et chaque étançon sont composés par deux profilés (19, 20 ; 42, 41), chaque paire ayant la même forme et la même longueur et ils sont assemblés entre eux l'un au-dessus de l'autre, ledit second profilé inférieur (20, 41) étant adapté pour servir de gouttière de la structure (10), et ledit premier profilé supérieur (19, 42) étant adapté pour supporter lesdites pales ajustables (14).
  3. Structure de couverture selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le profilé supérieur (19) dudit bâti (11) est constitué par un premier corps creux parallélépipède horizontal central (21), auquel on assemble, sur la partie supérieure d'une face verticale (22) tournée vers la zone libre (13) du bâti (11), un second corps creux parallélépipède horizontal (23) ayant une hauteur inférieure au premier corps creux parallélépipède horizontal central (21) et prévu sur toute sa longueur, avec une ouverture rectiligne (24), alors que sur la face verticale (25) opposée, on assemble, sur toute sa longueur, deux ailes horizontales (26 et 27), dont la première aile (26) a une profondeur supérieure à la seconde aile (27), et qui sont respectivement agencées au niveau de la partie d'extrémité supérieure (28) et au niveau de la partie d'extrémité inférieure (29) du profilé (19) et faisant saillie vers l'extérieur du bâti (11).
  4. Structure de couverture selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le profilé supérieur (42) est constitué par un premier corps creux parallélépipède horizontal central (43), auquel on assemble sur une face verticale (44) tournée vers la zone libre (13) du bâti (11), un second corps creux parallélépipède horizontal (45), ayant une hauteur inférieure à la première, et prévu avec une ouverture (46) sur la paroi verticale (46') opposée à la face verticale (44) et de plus, dans la partie supérieure et inférieure dudit second corps creux parallélépipède horizontal (45), la face verticale (44) est prévue avec deux corps parallélépipèdes horizontaux (47 et 48) supplémentaires prévus avec des ouvertures à la fois sur la face verticale (44) et celle opposée, alors que sur la face verticale (49) opposée, on assemble sur toute sa longueur, deux ailes horizontales (50 et 52), dont la première aile (50) a une profondeur supérieure à la seconde aile (52), et qui sont respectivement agencées en correspondance du périmètre supérieur du cylindre (45) et de la partie d'extrémité inférieure (53) du profilé (42) et qui sont tournées vers le bâti (11).
  5. Structure de couverture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profilé inférieur (20, 41) est principalement en forme de L, avec une première face plate verticale (30) assemblée dans sa partie inférieure et orthogonalement à une deuxième face plate horizontale (31) avec ses parties d'extrémité respectives, alors que cette deuxième face plate horizontale (31) est assemblée, de manière orthogonale, au niveau de son autre partie d'extrémité, à une troisième face plate verticale (32) ayant une taille inférieure à la première face plate verticale (30), cette dernière étant prévue, presque au niveau de sa hauteur centrale et sur toute sa longueur, avec une petite aile horizontale (33) tournée vers la zone libre (13), alors que dans la partie inférieure sur toute sa longueur, elle est prévue avec deux ailes incurvées (34 et 35) espacées et agencées de manière symétrique entre elles avec leur profil concave,
    ladite deuxième face plate horizontale (31) et la troisième face plate verticale (32) étant respectivement prévues sur toute leur longueur avec une paire d'ailes incurvées (36, 37 et 38, 39) supplémentaires espacées et agencées symétriquement entre elles avec leur profil concave, ladite seconde barre de section (20, 41) étant assemblée extérieurement avec la première barre de section (19, 42), de sorte que les deux faces verticales (25, 49 et 30) sont agencées parallèlement entre elles, et en ce que la petite aile horizontale (33) est agencée avec sa partie inférieure en contact avec la seconde aile horizontale (27, 52) de la barre de section supérieure (19, 42) et en ce que la partie d'extrémité supérieure (40) de la première face plate verticale (30) est agencée avec sa partie inférieure en contact avec la première aile horizontale (26, 50) du profilé supérieur (19, 42).
  6. Structure de couverture selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits corps creux (77) du bâti (11) sont égaux entre eux, de préférence réalisés à partir de polytétrafluoroéthylène ou d'un matériau similaire, chacun constitué par un corps parallélépipède (77) prévu avec un trou borgne horizontal central (78), chacun desdits corps parallélépipèdes creux (77) étant inséré en séquence, en contact et d'une manière verrouillée entre eux, dans l'intérieur desdits seconds corps creux parallélépipèdes horizontaux (23, 45) du profilé supérieur (19, 42), de sorte que lesdits trous centraux (78) coïncident axialement avec les ouvertures rectilignes (24, 46) desdits seconds corps creux parallélépipèdes horizontaux (23, 45) et en ce que l'on insère dans ces derniers, des parties de forme cylindrique (71) des pales (14), de sorte que ces dernières peuvent tourner librement dans ces derniers.
  7. Structure de couverture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans lesdites paires d'ailes incurvées (34, 35 et 36, 37 et 38, 39 et 72, 73), on insère et on fixe lesdits moyens de chauffage (76), de préférence constitués par des résistances électriques (76), raccordés au moins à une énergie électrique, comme par exemple le réseau d'alimentation électrique domestique, une batterie de stockage ou quelques panneaux photovoltaïques, et adaptés pour chauffer lesdites pales (14) et lesdites gouttières (20, 41).
  8. Structure de couverture selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'audit premier corps parallélépipède horizontal central (43) de la barre de section supérieure (42), on assemble une source d'air chaud sous pression externe, de sorte que ledit air chaud est transporté sur les surfaces supérieure et inférieure des pales (14) dans la direction A, afin de raccourcir davantage les temps pour faire fondre la neige, la grêle ou la glace déposée sur les pales (14) agencées horizontalement.
