Description

The present invention relates to an opening / closing bag for the packaging of products, especially food products, and a method of manufacturing said bag.

It relates more particularly to a bag of the type comprising a delimiting body of a storage enclosure, made from a sheet material, a label completely separable from the bag by pulling and arranged, before its separation from the bag, to recover at less partial and in correspondence of a primer breakage leaving, at least in the body, a closed line to cause by pulling the label a tear of the body, forming an opening through which the contents of the bag can be extracted.

The bags of the aforementioned type hermetically closed and whose opening is obtained by pulling a label are well known to those skilled in this art, as illustrated by the patent. US 5855435 , which discloses a bag according to the preamble of claim 1. However, such a bag does not allow, including in the case of a reclosing by flap, obtaining a sealed closure. In addition, the label is necessarily an adhesive label.

In the document US 2011/0147401 , the label must be repositioned on the opening to allow a reclosing of the bag. In such a solution, it is necessary to hold the label at the time of emptying the bag, otherwise it closes on the bag. In case of total removal of the label, to close the bag, it is difficult to reposition the label just above the opening area, mainly in the case of long label. Finally, the manufacture of such a package is complex and reclosing flap is not possible.

An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a bag of the aforementioned type, whose design allows an effective closure of the opening in terms of ergonomics and intuitive use.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a bag of the aforementioned type whose design allows a substantially hermetic reclosing of said opening, in particular by flap, without harming the ease of manufacture of the bag.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a bag of the aforementioned type whose design allows an adaptation of the volume of the bag to the volume of the contents of said bag, as and when the emptying of the bag, without affecting the quality of the reclosing.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a bag of the aforementioned type whose design allows adaptation to any type of bag.

For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a bag according to claim 1. This adhesive range allows a substantially hermetic reclosing of said opening by flap. This substantially hermetic reclosing is obtained regardless of the dimension chosen for said opening.

Thanks to this design, the interface can be in the form of a solid part and not in the form of a frame, which allows an easy, fast and simultaneous installation on the fly of the label and the interface on the body of the bag at the time of manufacture of the bag.

Thanks to the presence of the interface and the design of the rupture primer, a non-adhesive label can be used, which makes it easier to manufacture the bag and to reduce the weight of the bag.

The nature of the repositionable adhesive that is reusable and low adhesion of the face of the top of the interface allows to multiply the opening / closing operations, while maintaining a good quality of adhesion.

Due to the fact that the interface extends partially beyond the area or outside the perimeter delimited by the closed line, formed by the beginning of rupture, the result is, after opening, the presence of a adhesive beach all around the opening.

Preferably, the interface is formed by a part, such as a double-sided adhesive tape.

Preferably, the label is a non-adhesive label. Fixing the label to the rest of the bag takes place at least through the adhesive which is provided with the adhesive range.

In the presence of the interface, the label, completely separable from the bag by pulling, is, before drawing, fixed to the bag by the face of the adhesive top of the interface. Fixing the label to the rest of the bag is indeed only through the adhesive which is provided with the face of the top of the interface.

Preferably, the label is, in the state separated from the bag, in the form of a band.

The label is, in the state separated from the bag, associated with the fall, formed by the parts of the bag body and the interface disposed inside the closed line constituting the rupture primer before opening the bag, and carried away by the label, at the time of opening the bag, by pulling the label.

Preferably, the label has, in the state fixed to the bag, a non-adhesive gripping tab. This tab facilitates the operation of separating the label of the bag by drawing.

Preferably, the label, before drawing, covers the entire adhesive range and in particular the entire interface when it is present. The adhesive range of the interface is thus perfectly protected, before the first opening of the bag.

Preferably, the body of the bag is shaped to form a quadrangular bag and comprises two side walls facing each other at the same time. their transverse edges, preferably by welding, and the closed line is disposed between the two transverse edges of a side wall and has a generally rectangular shape with the longitudinal edges of the rectangle extending, preferably, substantially parallel to the transverse edges of the side wall.

This configuration of the bag facilitates a reclosing of the opening of the bag by flaping together parts of the bag, one of said parts comprising the adhesive range surrounding the opening.

Indeed, preferably, the reclosing of the opening is a closure flap, said flap being formed by a portion of the bag body. In the closed state of the opening, the bag body is folded with a first portion of the bag body provided with the adhesive pad extending on one side of the folding zone, this first portion of the bag body being by the adhesive strip held in abutment against the portion of the bag body disposed on the other side of the folding zone.

Preferably, the repositionable adhesive of the adhesive range is chosen from acrylic adhesives and rubber-based adhesives. Such a repositionable adhesive is well known to those skilled in the art and allows to multiply the operations of bonding and detachment using said adhesive.

The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing a bag according to claim 10, comprising a step of laying the interface and the label on the outer face of the bag body and a step of simultaneous cutting of the interface and the body from the inner face of the body to form, in correspondence of the label, in the interface and the body, a rupture primer forming a closed line over which extends the interface partially of which the adhesive top face is provided with a repositionable adhesive and whose underside is permanently attached to said body, the portion of said interface overlying the closed line forming an adhesive beach surrounding the perimeter delimited by the closed line.

As mentioned above, the bag 1, the object of the invention, is a flexible bag comprising a body 2 for delimiting a product storage enclosure, such as food products. This storage chamber is, before opening the bag, preferably closed hermetically.

The body 2 is made from a sheet material, such as a polyolefin film, for example a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film or a complex of these films.

In the example shown, the body of the bag is shaped to form a quadrangular bag and comprises two facing side walls 21 joined at their transverse edges 22 by welding. This meeting can take place, for example, either by simple welding, or by a bellows and a welding or gluing to form a self-supporting bag.

Of course, other embodiments of the bag can be envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention.

In the example shown, the bag further comprises an interface 3 permanently adhered by its face 4 from below to the outer face of the bag body 2. This interface 3 can be made in the form of a double-sided adhesive full piece with the face 5 of the top of the interface, opposite the face 4 of the underside of the interface, provided with a repositionable adhesive 51 formed here by a acrylic adhesive and the underside 4 provided with a permanent adhesive 41 to prevent detachment of the interface body 2 bag.

This interface 3 is formed by a double-sided adhesive tape.

The bag still includes a separable label 9. Preferably, this label 9 is made of printable material. This label 9 is arranged in correspondence of a breaking primer in the interface 3 and the body 2 a line 6 closed to cause, by pulling the label 9, a tear of the interface 3 and the body 2 forming an emptying opening 7 of the bag 1. By closed line is meant a line surrounding a space to delimit it to define the contour of the opening to be made. This line may be a continuous line or a broken line such as a dashed line.

This label 9 is, by drawing, completely separable from the bag.

Before pulling, this label 9, which is a non-adhesive label, is attached to the bag 1 by the adhering top face of the interface 3, thanks to the presence of the adhesive 51 on said face 5 of the top of the interface . To facilitate pulling, this label, which is in the form of a strip, is provided at one end of the strip with a non-adhesive gripping tab which extends beyond the interface 3, for be easily grasped. Before drawing, the label 9 covers the entire interface 3.

In the example shown, the closed line 6 is disposed between the two transverse edges 22 of a side wall 21 of the bag body and has a generally rectangular shape with the longitudinal edges of the rectangle extending substantially parallel to the transverse edges 22 of the box. the side wall 21.

Likewise, the label and the interface, each of which is in the form of a strip, are positioned with their longitudinal edges extending parallel to the transverse edges of the body 2 of the bag.

The interface 3 extends partially overflowing the area or outside the perimeter delimited by the closed line 6, formed by the breaking primer. Thus, in the state separated from the label 9 of the bag 1, the portion of the interface 3 not removed with the label forms an adhesive strip 8 surrounding the opening 7 and adapted to allow the closure of the opening 7 to be closed as illustrated by figure 3 where the reclosing of the opening 7 is a flap closure.

Thus, in the closed state of the opening 7, the bag body 2 is folded with a first portion 23 of the bag body 2 provided with the adhesive strip 8 extending from one side of the zone 25, the occurrence of the fold line, this first part 23 of the bag body 2 being, by the adhesive strip 8, held in abutment against the portion 24 of the bag body disposed on the other side of the folding zone 25 .

In the example shown, the first part 23 of the bag body 2 provided with the adhesive strip 8 forms the lower part of the bag and the second part of the bag body 2 folded against the first part of the bag forms the upper part of the bag.

Of course, a solution in which the second part of the bag body is provided with the adhesive pad could have been imagined.

The opening and closing of the bag as described above is as follows: to allow the opening of the bag, the operator grasps the grip tab of the label and pulls the label, which is separates from the bag carrying with it the parts of the interface and the bag body disposed within the perimeter delimited by the line 6 closed.

Once the label is completely separated from the bag as shown in figure 2 , the bag can be emptied using the opening 7 formed in the place previously occupied by the parts of the interface and the bag body that were removed.

The adhesive range formed around the opening by the remaining portion of the interface is discovered.

Once the partial emptying of the bag is completed, it is then sufficient to fold the bag to bring the two parts of bag, one of which is provided with the adhesive pad, in contact one against the other. These parts remain adhered to each other thanks to the presence of the adhesive on the adhesive pad, which in cooperation with the bag portion opposite, further ensures a substantially hermetic closure of the opening.

The reopening is done simply by detaching the two parts of the bag positioned against each other.

For the manufacture of such a bag, the procedure is generally as follows: firstly, the interface 3 is placed in the form of a solid, adhesive, double-sided piece, and the label 9, which is preferably non-adhesive, on the outer face of the bag body 2. The fixing is done by gluing using the adhesives of the interface.

This laying step is followed by a cutting step, during which the interface 3 and the body 2 are simultaneously cut from the inside of the bag body to form, in correspondence of the label 9, in the interface 3 and the body 2, a rupture primer forming a closed line 6, beyond which extends partially the interface 3 whose face 5 of the adhesive top is provided with a reusable adhesive 51 of low adhesion and whose underside 4 is permanently attached to said body 2.

The manufacture of such a bag with a resealable opening is extremely simple. The realization of the interface in the form of a strip allows a removal on the fly without requiring a high accuracy of installation.

Claims (10)

1. A bag (1) of the type comprising a body (2) defining a storage enclosure, made from a sheet of material, a sticker (9) able to be completely separated from the bag by pulling and arranged, before being separated from the bag (1), at least partially overlapping and corresponding with a rupture weakening, at least in the body (2), a closed line (6) to cause, by pulling on the sticker (9), tearing of the body (2), forming an opening (7) through which the contents of the bag (1) can be removed, the bag (1) further comprising an interface (3) adhered permanently on its bottom face (4) to the outer face of said body (2), the separable sticker (9) being arranged, before being separated from the bag (1), at least partially overlapping the interface (3), the bag having, in the state of the sticker (9) separated from the bag, an adhesive area (8) whereof the repositionable adhesive is able to allow said opening (7) to be reclosed, the interface (3) forming, by its top face (5), in the state of the sticker (9) separated from the bag (1), said adhesive area (8),
   characterized in that said adhesive area (8) surrounds said opening (7), in that the rupture weakening corresponding with which the sticker (9) is arranged has, both in the interface (3) and the body (2), said closed line (6) to cause, by pulling on the sticker (9), tearing of the interface (3) and the body (2) forming the opening (7) through which the contents of the bag (1) can be removed, in that the interface (3) extends partially overhanging the area defined by the closed line (6) formed by the rupture weakening and in that said adhesive area (8) is formed around the opening (7).
2. The bag (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the sticker (9), before pulling, covers the entire interface (3).
3. The bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that the interface (3) is formed by a double-sided adhesive part, such as a strip.
4. The bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that the sticker (9) is a non-adhesive sticker that is, before pulling, fastened to the bag (1) by the adhesive top face (5) of the interface (3).
5. The bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that the sticker (9) assumes, in the state separated from the bag (1), the form of a strip.
6. The bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that the sticker (9) has, in the state fastened to the bag, a non-adhesive gripping tab (10).
7. The bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that the body (2) of the bag is configured to form a quadrangular bag and comprises two opposite side walls (21) joined at their two transverse edges (22), preferably by welding,
   and in that the closed line (6) is arranged between the two transverse edges (22) of a side wall (21) and assumes a generally rectangular shape with the longitudinal edges of the rectangle extending, preferably, substantially parallel to the transverse edges (22) of the side wall (21).
8. The bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that the repositionable adhesive (51) of the adhesive area (8) is chosen from among acrylic adhesives and rubber-based adhesives.
9. The bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that the closing of the opening (7) is a closure by flap, said flap being formed by part of the body (2) of the bag.
10. A method for producing a bag (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9,
    characterized in that it comprises a step for placing the interface (3) and the sticker (9) on the outer face of the body (2) of the bag, then a step for simultaneously cutting the interface (3) and the body (2) from the inner face of the body to form, corresponding with the sticker (9), in the interface (3) and the body (2), a rupture weakening forming a closed line (6) overhanging which the interface (3) extends partially, the adhesive top face (5) of which is provided with a repositionable adhesive (5) and the bottom face (4) of which is permanently fastened to said body (2), the part of said interface (3) overhanging the closed line (6) forming an adhesive area (8) surrounding the perimeter defined by the closed line (6).
