Claims (13)
- System (1) zur Beurteilung von Rauchartikeln (3), wie etwa Zigaretten oder dergleichen, umfassend:eine Pufferzone (B), in der mehrere Rauchartikel (3) nach ihrer Produktion in einer Herstellungsanlage (M) gesammelt werden,eine Transportvorrichtung (2) zum Transportieren oder Fördern der Rauchartikel (3) entlang eines Transportwegs (4) von der Pufferzone (B) zu einer Verpackungsanlage (P) zum Verpacken einer vorbestimmten Anzahl der Rauchartikel in Packungen,eine Inspektionsvorrichtung (5), die mindestens einen Sensor (7) zum Inspizieren oder Analysieren der Rauchartikel (3) während eines Transports der Rauchartikel entlang des Transportwegs (4) umfasst, wobei die Inspektionsvorrichtung (5) eine Inspektionszone (6) definiert, die in dem Transportweg (4) angeordnet ist,wobei die Inspektionszone (6) zwischen der Pufferzone (B) und der Verpackungsanlage (P) angeordnet ist oder sich dazwischen befindet unddadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Transportvorrichtung (2) eine erste Fördereinrichtung (9) zum Transportieren oder Fördern der Rauchartikel (3) entlang des Transportwegs (4) bei einer ersten vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit und eine zweite Fördereinrichtung (11) stromabwärts von der ersten Fördereinrichtung (9) zum Transportieren oder Fördern der Rauchartikel (3) entlang des Transportwegs (4) bei einer zweiten vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit aufweist, wobei die zweite Geschwindigkeit größer ist als die erste Geschwindigkeit und wobei die Rauchartikel in der Inspektionszone (6) bei der zweiten vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit transportiert oder gefördert werden.
- System (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Inspektionszone (6) in dem Transportweg (4) benachbart zu und/oder stromaufwärts von einer Verpackungsanlage (P) zum Verpacken einer vorbestimmten Anzahl der Rauchartikel (3) in Packungen angeordnet ist.
- System (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei der mindestens eine Sensor (7) ausgestaltet ist, um die Rauchartikel zu inspizieren oder zu analysieren, die im Wesentlichen quer zu einer Längsachse (X) davon sind, wenn die Rauchartikel durch die Inspektionszone transportiert oder gefördert werden.
- System (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Transportvorrichtung (2) ausgestaltet ist, um die Rauchartikel (3) entlang des Transportwegs (4) in eine Richtung quer zu einer Längsachse (X) der Rauchartikel zu transportieren oder zu fördern.
- System (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Transportvorrichtung (2) ausgestaltet ist, um die Rauchartikel (3) durch die Inspektionszone (6) im Wesentlichen kontinuierlich, vorzugsweise bei einer konstanten Geschwindigkeit zu transportieren oder zu fördern.
- System (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Transportvorrichtung (2) ausgestaltet ist, um die Rauchartikel (3) einzeln und/oder getrennt voneinander durch die Inspektionszone (6) zu fördern.
- System (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der mindestens eine Sensor (7) in einer Erfassungseinheit oder einem Erfassungskopf integriert ist, die/der benachbart zu einer Längserstreckung eines Rauchartikels, der in der Inspektionszone (6) positioniert ist, angeordnet ist, der/die vorzugsweise seitlich benachbart zu einem Endbereich des Rauchartikels angeordnet ist.
- System (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der mindestens eine Sensor (7) einen oder mehrere eines Dichtesensors, eines Feuchtigkeitssensors, eines Nahinfrarotsensors, eines Röntgenstrahlensensors, eines Kapazitätssensors, eines Ultraschallsensors, eines Drucksensors und eines Wärmesensors aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Beurteilen von Rauchartikeln, wie etwa Zigaretten oder dergleichen, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:Transportieren oder Fördern der Rauchartikel entlang eines Transportwegs in eine Richtung quer zu einer Längsachse der Artikel,Inspizieren oder Analysieren der Rauchartikel in einer Inspektionszone, die in dem Transportweg angeordnet ist, über mindestens einen Sensor,wobei der Schritt des Inspizierens oder Analysierens der Rauchartikel zwischen einer Pufferzone, in der die Rauchartikel nach einer Herstellung oder eines Zusammenbaus davon gesammelt werden, und einer Verpackungsanlage zum Verpacken einer vorbestimmten Anzahl der Rauchartikel in Packungen erfolgt,wobei das Transportieren oder Fördern der Rauchartikel (3) entlang des Transportwegs (4) ein Transportieren oder Fördern der Rauchartikel bei einer ersten vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit mit einer ersten Fördereinrichtung und bei einer zweiten vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit mit einer zweiten Fördereinrichtung aufweist, wobei die zweite Geschwindigkeit größer ist als die erste Geschwindigkeit und wobei die Rauchartikel in der Inspektionszone (6) bei der zweiten vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit transportiert oder gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei der mindestens eine Sensor die Rauchartikel inspiziert oder analysiert, die quer zu einer Längsachse davon sind, wenn sich die Rauchartikel durch die Inspektionszone bewegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder Anspruch 10, wobei die Rauchartikel durch die Inspektionszone getrennt voneinander transportiert oder gefördert werden; und
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei die Rauchartikel durch die Inspektionszone kontinuierlich und vorzugsweise bei einer im Wesentlichen konstanten Geschwindigkeit transportiert oder gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, aufweisend den Schritt des Ablehnens eines Rauchartikels, der in dem Inspektions- oder Analyseschritt als fehlerhaft erfasst wird, umfassend vorzugsweise ein Auswerfen des Rauchartikels von dem Transportweg.
