Claims (15)

  1. A connection arrangement between a body (4) of a vehicle (6) and a frame (8) of a bogie (10), the connection arrangement comprising a secondary suspension (20) for the vertical suspension of the body (4) relative to the frame (8), the secondary suspension (20) comprising two levers (22) provided to be mounted pivoting on one of the frame (8) and the body (4) about parallel rotation axes (B), each lever (22) provided to bear on the other among the frame (8) and the body (4), and at least one resilient suspension member (28) arranged to oppose pivoting of each lever (22) caused by a downward vertical movement of the body (4) relative to the frame (8), the resilient suspension member (28) being arranged so as to exert, on each lever (22), a force oriented substantially horizontally.
  2. The connection arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the resilient suspension member (28) is arranged so as to exert, on each lever (22), a force oriented substantially transversely.
  3. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the resilient suspension member (28) is inserted between the two levers (22), such that each lever (22) bears on the other lever (22) by means of the resilient suspension member (28).
  4. The secondary connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the two levers (22) are mounted so as to pivot in opposite directions about their respective rotation axes during the downward vertical movement of the body (4) relative to the frame (8).
  5. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the suspension member (28) is inserted between the two levers (22) so as to oppose a rotation in the opposite direction of the two levers (22).
  6. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising at least one synchronizing connecting rod coupling the levers (22) such that a rotation of one lever in one direction drives the rotation of the other lever in the opposite direction.
  7. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising at least one damper positioned between the two levers (22) to damp a relative rotational movement of the two levers (22).
  8. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the frame (8) comprises two stringers (16).
  9. The connection arrangement according to claim 8, wherein the pivot axis of each lever (22) is located transversely between the two stringers, each lever (22) having a bearing portion (25) extending between the rotation axis of the lever (22) and a bearing zone of the lever (22) on the stringer (16) or on the body, vertically in register with the stringer (16).
  10. The connection arrangement according to claim 8 or 9, wherein each lever (22) bears on a respective stringer (16) or on a bearing zone of the body located vertically in register with the stringer (16).
  11. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising an alignment mechanism comprising two alignment connecting rods (44) each coupling the two levers (22) while forming a parallelogram, the alignment connecting rods (44) forming two opposite sides thereof.
  12. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein each lever (22) bears vertically on the other among the frame (8) and the body (4) with a possibility of horizontal sliding, longitudinally and/or transversely.
  13. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a transverse connecting mechanism transversely connecting the body (4) and the frame (8), comprising at least one stop (38) positioned to limit a transverse movement of a lever (22) relative to the other among the frame (8) and the body (4).
  14. The connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising a longitudinal connecting mechanism longitudinally connecting the body (4) and the frame (8), comprising at least one linking connecting rod (42) coupling a lever (22) to the other among the frame (8) and the body (4).
  15. A railway vehicle comprising a body, a bogie having a frame, and a connection arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, the body being suspended on the frame by means of the connection arrangement.
