Claims (22)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Bildung einer Verpackungsschachtel (2, 74) ausgehend von mindestens einem Magazin (3) zur Lagerung eines Stapels (4, 68, 69) von Zuschnitten aus Wellpappe, umfassend Mittel (6) zum Vorschieben des Stapels mit fortschreitender Entstapelung und Mittel (7) zum Entstapeln der Zuschnitte durch Ansaugen, wobei der Zuschnittsstapel senkrecht ist, wobei die Mittel (6) zum Vorschieben des Stapels eine Bühne (8) zum senkrechten Anheben des Stapels bis zu einer Greifebene (9) für den oberen Zuschnitt (28) aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorrichtung Mittel (27) für die X-, Y-, Z-Festlegung der Position (pi) des oberen Zuschnitts (28) in dem Magazin aufweist, wobei die Kennzeichnungsmittel Mittel (27) für die telemetrische Messung der Position (pi) des oberen Zuschnitts (28) und
    Mittel (29) für die Berechnung des x-, y-, z-Weges aufweisen mit einer vertikalen Komponente, Mitteln zum Entstapeln in Abhängigkeit von der Position (pi), welche angeordnet sind, um das Verfahren der Entstapelungsmittel zwischen einer Greifposition (9) des Zuschnitts und einer Position für die Positionierung an einer bestimmten Arbeitsstation zu steuern, welche ebenfalls nach X, Y, Z festgelegt ist,
    wobei die Rechenmittel angeordnet sind, um während der Verfahrzeit den Weg für die nachfolgende Zuschnittsposition (Pi+1) und ebenso die folgenden zu berechnen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass y gleich 0 ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorrichtung Mittel (10) zum Vorentstapeln, die angeordnet sind, um den oberen Zuschnitt umfasst vom restlichen Stapel zu trennen, und Mittel (37, 58) zum Schütteln des Zuschnitts, um ihn auszurichten und vom restlichen Stapel getrennt in einer Stellung zu halten, in der die Entstapelungsmittel ihn ergreifen können, nachdem die Mittel zum Vorentstapeln eingefahren sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Mittel (47) aufweist, um den Stapel oben zu halten, wenn der untere Zuschnitt des Stapels ein bestimmtes Niveau erreicht hat, und Mittel, um einen neuen Stapel automatisch unter den restlichen Teil des vorigen Stapels zu stellen, was geeignet ist, eine kontinuierliche Entstapelung sicherzustellen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (47) zum Halten oben freie Rastnasen (4, 8) aufweisen, die zwischen einer Gleitposition (50) entlang des Randes (50) und einer Position (51) des Stützens des Stapelbodens unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft schwenken.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schüttelmittel (58) einen ersten Satz von Krallen (60) in einer Referenzhöhe X des Stapels und einen zweiten Satz von Krallen (61) in einer Höhe Y in einem Höhenabstand zwischen 1 und 20 mm von der Referenz X, um den oberen Zuschnitt vom nächsten Zuschnitt zu trennen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er Hilfsmittel (64) für das Abheben des Zuschnitts vom restlichen Stapel durch Blasen von über den Zuschnitt streifender Luft aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die geblasene Luft mit einem relativen Druck zwischen 1 und 2 bar über Düsen (66) zugeführt wird, die in Bezug auf die Oberfläche des oberen Zuschnitts geneigt sind.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Bildung einer Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Entstapelungsmittel (7) ein eingebettetes System mit einem Roboterarm (70, 87, 88) zum Verfahren des Zuschnitts zu einer nächsten Station zur Formgebung, bevor er leer zurückfährt, um den nächsten oberen Zuschnitt zu ergreifen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie ferner Mittel (15, 16) aufweist, um den Zuschnitt vor der nächsten Station mit Kleber zu bestreichen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie ferner mindestens zwei Magazine und/oder Stapel (68, 69) von Zuschnitten aufweist, von denen aus mindestens zwei obere Zuschnitte (70, 71) ergriffen werden, um mit Kleber bestrichen und aufeinander gelegt zu werden, um eine mindestens zweiteilige Schachtel zu bilden.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie mehrere Roboterarme (87, 88) aufweist, die parallel arbeiten.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei Zuschnittsmagazin mit einer Palette die Hebebühne angeordnet ist, um die Palette und die von ihr getragenen Zuschnitte bis zu einer Beobachtungs- und Greifebene vertikal zu verfahren, und dass sie optische Detektionsmittel aufweist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie eine Station (97) zur Formgebung durch Wicklung der Zuschnitte um einen bestimmten Körper aufweist.
  15. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungsschachtel mit mehreckigem Querschnitt ausgehend von einem Magazin aus mindestens einem senkrechten Stapel von Zuschnitten aus einem Pappen- oder Wellpappenblattmaterial,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Position (pi) des oberen Zuschnitts telemetrisch gemessen wird, der Weg der Entstapelungsmittel in Abhängigkeit von der Position (pi) berechnet wird und das Verfahren der Entstapelungsmittel zwischen einer Zuschnittsgreifposition und einer Position der Positionierung auf einer bestimmten Arbeitsstation gesteuert wird und dabei während der Verfahrzeit der Weg für die nächste Zuschnittsposition (pi+1) berechnet wird und so weiter.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei vertikalem Stapel der obere Zuschnitt des Stapels auf eine bestimmte Höhe gebracht wird, der Zuschnitt vom restlichen Stapel durch Vorentstapelungsmittel getrennt wird, der Zuschnitt geschüttelt wird, um ausgerichtet und vom restlichen Stapel in Greifstellung getrennt gehalten zu werden, die Vorentstapelungsmittel eingefahren werden, der Zuschnitt durch Ansaugen mithilfe von Entstapelungsmitteln ergriffen wird, der Zuschnitt mithilfe der Entstapelungsmittel verfahren wird, welche einen Roboterarm umfassen, der Zuschnitt an einer nächsten Station freigegeben wird und die oben genannte Schrittabfolge mit dem nächsten oberen Zuschnitt wiederholt wird.
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Stapel oben gehalten wird, wenn der untere Zuschnitt des Stapels ein bestimmtes Niveau erreicht hat, die vertikale Hebebühne abgesenkt wird, ein neuer Stapel automatisch unter den restlichen Teil des vorigen Stapels gestellt wird und die vertikale Hebebühne angehoben wird, damit der untere Zuschnitt des oberen Stapels auf dem oberen Zuschnitt des neuen Stapels ruht, um eine kontinuierliche Entstapelung sicherzustellen.
  18. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 bis 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass es über dreißig Abfolgen pro Minute umfasst.
  19. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 bis 18,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mehrere parallel arbeitende Roboterarme verwendet werden.
  20. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 bis 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Zuschnitt mithilfe eines ersten Satz von Krallen auf einer Referenzhöhe X des Stapels geschüttelt wird und der obere Zuschnitt von dem nächsten Zuschnitt durch einen zweiten Satz von Krallen auf einer Höhe Y in einem Höhenabstand von 1 bis 20 mm der Referenz X getrennt wird.
  21. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 bis 20,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass durch Blasen von über den Zuschnitt streifender Luft zum Abheben des oberen Zuschnitts vom restlichen Stapel beigetragen wird.
  22. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 bis 21,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schachtel an einer Formgebungsstation durch Wicklung der Zuschnitte um einen bestimmten Körper gebildet wird.
