- Device for breaking off and separating finished product (1) and waste product (2) of a punched sheet (3), which are adjacent to one another on punching lines, while the sheet (3) is moving in a conveying direction (4), in particular for a sheet-fed punching and embossing machine, wherein said device comprises the following:- a first conveying unit (5) for inward conveying of sheets (3) along the conveying direction (4) in a first plane (6) at a first speed, having a continuous first belt (8), which is guided along deflection rollers (7), and a holding-down means (9), wherein the holding-down means (9) is pushable onto the first belt (8),- at least one breaking-off means (10) for breaking off finished product (1) from the sheet (3), wherein the at least one breaking-off means (10), in a second plane (11) which is not parallel in relation to the first plane (6), is pushable onto the first belt (8), and- a second conveying unit (13), for outward conveying of finished product (1) at a second speed in a third plane (14) which is not parallel in relation to the second plane (11), having a continuous second belt (15) which is guided along deflection rollers (7), wherein the breaking-off means (10) is movable in a clocked manner between a breaking-off position (18) and a rest position (19), away from the second plane (11) and toward the second plane (11),characterized in that- a first drawing-off means (12) for outward conveying of the waste product (2) which is separated from the finished product (1) in the second plane (11) is provided, wherein the first drawing-off means (12) is pushable onto the first belt (8), and in that a second drawing-off means (16) is provided, wherein the second drawing-off means (16) is pushable onto the second belt (15).
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that a sheet detector (17) is disposed ahead of the holding-down means (9) in the conveying direction (4).
- Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a plurality of breaking-off means (10) are disposed so as to be transverse to the conveying direction (4), wherein the plurality of breaking-off means (10) are each movable in mutually independent cycles.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first speed and the second speed are identical.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that forces by way of which the holding-down means (9) and the first drawing-off means (12) are pushable in the direction of the first belt (8) and the second drawing-off means (16) is pushable in the direction of the second belt (15) are in each case individually adjustable.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the size of a gap between the holding-down means (9) and the first belt (8) and/or between the first drawing-off means (12) and the first belt (8) and/or between the second drawing-off means (16) and the second belt (15) is in each case individually adjustable.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first drawing-off means (12) is designed such that a force fit between the first belt (8) and the second belt (15) is adjustable.
- Method for breaking off and separating finished product (1) and waste product (2) of a punched sheet (3), which are adjacent to one another on punching lines, while the sheet (3) is moving in a conveying direction (4), using a device according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized by the steps of- conveying the sheet (3) in a first plane (6),- breaking off the finished product (1) from the waste product (2) by deflecting the waste product from the first plane (6) into a second plane (11) which is not parallel in relation to the first plane (6), and onward conveying of the waste product (2) in the second plane (11),- onward conveying of the finished product (1) in a third plane (14) which is not parallel in relation to the second plane (11),wherein deflecting of the waste product (2) from the first plane (6) into the second plane (11) is performed by punctiform application of force on the waste product (2) at at least one stationary application point (20), and the waste product (2), on account of its movement in the conveying direction (4), is conveyed along an application track which is parallel with the conveying direction (4), past the application point (20), and wherein the application of force on the waste product (2) is terminated before the application track intersects a punching line of an odd order, and the application of force is renewed once the application track has intersected a punching line of an even order.
- Method according to Claim 8, characterized in that the leading edge of the sheet (3) in the first plane (6) is identified ahead of the at least one application point (20) by a sheet detector (17).
- Method according to one of Claims 8 to 9, characterized in that a cycle for the application of force to be terminated and to be renewed is pre-adjusted for the respective sheet (3).
- Method according to one of Claims 8 to 10, characterized in that the applications of force are terminated and renewed at at least two application points (20) which are associated with parallel application tracks, in mutually independent cycles.
