Description

Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Backofen mit einem Backraum der eingangs geschilderten Art so auszugestalten, dass er hinsichtlich des Wärmehaushalts den an Backöfen für den gewerblichen und industriellen Einsatz gestellten Anforderungen entspricht, und zwar mit einem vergleichsweise geringen baulichen Aufwand.
Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch, dass der Wärmespeicher und der über dem Wärmespeicher vorgesehene Backraum in einer wärmeisolierten Einhausung angeordnet sind und dass der Heizkreis auf einer Schamotteauskleidung des Backraums verlegt ist.
Durch die Anordnung des Backraums und des Wärmespeichers in einer gemeinsamen, wärmeisolierten Einhausung können zunächst Wärmeverluste über Verbindungsleitungen zwischen dem Wärmespeicher und dem Backofen einfach vermieden werden. Die Anordnung des Backraums unmittelbar oberhalb des Wärmespeichers stellt dabei nicht nur eine vorteilhafte, kompakte Bauweise sicher, sondern nimmt auch darauf Rücksicht, dass der Backraum die vom Wärmespeicher abgestrahlte Wärme aufnehmen kann. Dazu kommt, dass durch die wärmefeste Schamotteauskleidung des Backraums eine für die Wärmebeaufschlagung des Backraums günstige Verteilung der von der Schamotteauskleidung abgestrahlten Wärme erreicht wird, wenn der Heizkreis in der Schamotteauskleidung auf der den Backraum abgewandten Seite verlegt wird, sodass sich durch die Summe dieser Maßnahmen ein für einen insbesondere den gewerblichen und industriellen Einsatz kennzeichnenden Langzeitbetrieb des Backofens vorteilhafter Wärmehaushalt unter Wahrung vergleichsweise einfacher baulicher Maßnahmen erzielen lässt.The invention is therefore based on the object, an oven with a baking chamber of the type described in such a way that it corresponds to the requirements placed on ovens for commercial and industrial use in terms of heat balance, with a relatively low construction costs.
