Abstract
Zuführstation, mit einem Vorvereinzelungsbereich, mit einem Vereinzelungsbereich und mit einem Transportbereich, der in Transportrichtung nach dem Vereinzelungsbereich an einem Transportpfad angeordnet ist. Der Vereinzelungsbereich ist ein zwischen Vereinzelungswalzen einer Vereinzelungsvorrichtung liegender Abschnitt eines Transportpfades auf einem Zuführdeck und mehrstufig ausgebildet. Die Zuführstation umfasst Motoren, mechanische Antriebselemente und eine Steuereinheit (2.4), die eingangsseitig mit einer Anzahl von Sensoren und Encodern verbunden ist. Ein erster Sensor (S1) ist am Anfang des Vereinzelungsbereichs und ein zweiter Sensor (S2) ist am Anfang des Transportbereichs angeordnet. Die Steuereinheit weist einen Prozessor (2.41), ein Signalverarbeitungsmittel (2.44) für die Signale der Sensoren und Encoder (EN1, EN2) sowie ein Ermittlungsmittel (2.45) zur Ermittlung der Position des flachen Guts auf und ist ausgangsseitig mit einem Vereinzelungsmotor (M1) zum Antrieb der Vereinzelungsvorrichtung verbunden. Sie ist programmiert mindestens den Vereinzelungsmotor (M1) so anzusteuern, dass ein flaches Gut aus dem Stapel mit einer vorbestimmten Vereinzelungsgeschwindigkeit vereinzelt wird, wobei der Vereinzelungsvorgang bei einer zu kleinen Lücke zwischen den flachen Gütern gestoppt wird, sobald die Vorderkante eines nachfolgenden flachen Guts den Bereich des zweiten Sensors (S2) erreicht und fortgesetzt wird, wenn das vorausgehend vereinzelte flache Gut durch dessen Transport einen vorbestimmten Abstand zur Vorderkante des vorgenannten flachen Guts erreicht.
