Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an elevator installation with a door system, wherein the door system is suitable for closing access openings of a lift shaft.
Known elevator systems include an elevator shaft, an elevator car movable in the elevator car and shaft doors. The elevator car has a cabin interior with a horizontally oriented cabin floor surface and a car door. The cabin floor space is bounded by cabin walls and the cabin door. The elevator shaft has a horizontally oriented elevator shaft surface. The elevator shaft surface is usually limited by shaft walls. Both the cabin floor area and the elevator shaft area are aligned along the horizontal plane. The elevator shaft has a door opening on each floor, which can be reached by means of the elevator car. To delineate the elevator shaft from the floor a shaft door is arranged at each of the door openings, which usually protrudes into the elevator shaft. For optimal utilization of the elevator shaft there is an attempt to use as large a part of the elevator shaft surface as cabin interior space.
The problem with such a solution is that the door opening must be made very large in the masonry of the shaft door side shaft wall to accommodate the shaft wall module. In elevator systems that are modernized, therefore, parts of this shaft wall must be removed to increase the door opening to a suitable size. A disadvantage, for example, in homes that it comes both to a high pollution and to a high noise pollution. In addition, such an enlargement of the door opening causes high costs.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a suitable door system for an existing door opening, the space requirement in the elevator shaft is minimal.
The object is achieved by an elevator installation for installation in a building in which an elevator shaft interior is delimited by at least one building wall having a door opening, an elevator cage interior being accessible through the door opening, the elevator installation having in the installed state: a shaft door wing which can be displaced parallel to the building wall wherein the door opening is at least partially closable by the shaft door leaf, and a car door leaf which is coupled to the shaft door wing such that the car door leaf is displaceable parallel to the building wall with the shaft door wing, wherein the landing door wing is arranged outside the elevator shaft interior to the building wall.
In a modernization of an elevator system with a cab-doorless elevator car, there is a need to retrofit the elevator car with a car door. In the case of a large number of elevator installations to be modernized, shaft doors with a pivotable landing door wing are in use with this cab-doorless elevator car.
In a retrofit of the elevator car with a common car door, which has a sliding cabin door, it is also appropriate to retrofit shaft doors, which have a sliding shaft door leaves, because in such a way the landing door wing and the car door sash can be coupled. It is imperative that the retrofitting of such a cabin door reduces the available cabin floor space. Named shaft doors are usually arranged on the building wall in the elevator shaft. The use of such a car door in conjunction with such a shaft door arranged in the elevator shaft would have the consequence that the cabin floor area of the elevator car would be drastically reduced in the course of modernization.
In order to be able to maintain the cabin floor surface almost in spite of such a modernization, an attempt was made to change the design of a landing door so that on the one hand the space requirement of the shaft door in the elevator shaft is minimal, and on the other hand, the modernization includes the least possible change in the existing building structure. Accordingly disclosed is a shaft door, which is coupled to the car door and is arranged outside the elevator shaft.
In a further development of the elevator installation, the elevator installation comprises a shaft door guide for guiding the shaft door leaf and a car door guide for guiding the car door leaf, wherein the shaft door guide and the car door guide are arranged along their effective length parallel to the building wall. In this way, conventional shaft doors can be used whose shaft door wings are guided along their plane. Thus, substantially all of the existing door opening may be released for use by an elevator passenger, that is, the landing door panel need not be placed in the door opening when the landing door is open.
In a further development of the elevator installation, the elevator installation preferably comprises a further cabin door panel, wherein each car door panel is assigned exactly one landing door panel. In this way, components of the same dimensions can be used for the production of both the car door, which has the car door leaf (s), and the shaft door, which has the shaft door (s).
In a further development of the elevator installation, the elevator installation comprises a door control, a shaft door drive and a car door drive, the landing door wing being actuated by the shaft door drive and the car door wing being actuated by the car door drive, wherein a signal sequence generated by the door control brings about a synchronous movement of the door wings. Alternatively, the elevator system may comprise a car door shaft door coupling, and a hoistway door operator operating the hoistway door, or a car door operator operating the car door leaf, coupling the car door leaf with the hoistway door panel by means of the car door shaft door coupling. The car door shaft door coupling may have a bay door coupling unit which passes through the door opening of the building wall. With the changed arrangement of the shaft door such possibilities are shown how the shaft door can be coupled to the car door.
In a further development of the elevator installation, the open shaft door leaf has an edge facing the door opening, and the opened car door leaf has an edge facing the door opening, and the door opening on the side of the opened door leaf has a boundary surface, the edges of the opened door leaf and the door opening Limiting surface are arranged in alignment, wherein the door opening is extended by a wall cutout, which is provided for receiving the bay door-side coupling unit of the car door shaft door coupling with the door leaves open. It is advantageous that almost the entire cross section of the door opening can be made available for use by the elevator passenger.
In a further development of the elevator installation, the elevator installation comprises a floor guide for guiding the shaft door leaf with a first pivot arm, which is mounted in a plane parallel to the landing door pivotally mounted on a fixed to the building wall fixed bearing and a spaced from the fixed bearing pivot bearing, and a second pivot arm, the is pivotally mounted on the pivot bearing of the first pivot arm in the plane parallel to the shaft door leaf and having a shaft bearing spaced bay door leaf bearing, wherein the shaft door hinge bearing is connected to the shaft door leaf. In a further development, the shaft door wing bearing can also have a perpendicular to the surface of the shaft door wing oriented shaft door bearing and the shaft door has a lower horizontal edge, the second pivot arm is pivotally mounted about this shaft door hinge axis, the lower horizontal edge and the shaft door leaf bearing axis a maximum distance of 200 mm exhibit. It is advantageous that the floor guide of the shaft door panel can be arranged invisibly for a user and does not contain any elements to be installed on the floor of the floor, such as guide rails or guide grooves.
The effective length of both the car door guide and the shaft door guide denotes the length of the corresponding door guide, along which the manhole or the car door leaf is guided or along which an orientation of the associated door leaf can be influenced by the door guide. The arrangement of the door guide along its effective length parallel to said building wall thus means that the associated door leaves at any time during a door opening or - closing have a substantially unchanged distance to the building wall.
