Description

The invention relates to an attachment frame for transport pallets with provided on the underside shots, which cooperate with corresponding engagement elements in the top of the transport pallet.

Such a top frame is from the DE 10 2004 012198 A1 known, with the aid of which and a bottom element a large container can be produced: bottom element and attached transport frame have the advantage that the top frame can be detached from the bottom element when the cargo has jammed inside the container and not readily removed from the top of the container can be. In this case, the frame may be pulled upwards after being detached from the floor element, but this has the disadvantage that other products which are not responsible for the jamming fall out of this container.

In the above publications, these essay frames, however, are either formed of individual parts, which must be assembled for assembly and disassembled again for disassembly and thus there is a risk that such parts are lost during the return transport. In addition, the handling of such attachment frames is complicated and time consuming:

Alternatively, the prior art attachment frame made of articulated parts that must be folded after their use to long bulky elements.

The invention is based on the object pallets, for example, Euro pallets to assemble by placing the top frame to any high charge carriers.

It should be ensured that after emptying of such a constructed charge carrier this can be reduced to a minimum volume.

According to the invention this object is achieved according to the combination of features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

According to the invention is an attachment frame for transport containers with provided on the underside receptacles, which cooperate with corresponding engagement elements on the top of the transport pallet, consisting of a rigid base frame and hingedly hinged side walls, with two opposing side walls folded down against the pallet surface and the two other opposing side walls are folded down on the already folded down side walls and on the upper edges of the side walls engagement elements are provided for corresponding receptacles in the Grundrahmenunterkanfen. Furthermore, connecting elements for connecting two superimposed essay frame are provided.

The connecting elements are, for example, slats which are displaceable in mutually aligned grooves in the side walls or the base frame. The bars are moved after placing the first attachment frame on the other in the mutually aligned grooves so that a fixation of the two attachment frame takes place together.

The receptacles on the underside of the attachment frame and the engagement elements on the top of the transport pallet or on the upper edge of the hinged side walls of the attachment frame are designed so that when placing a positive centering takes place.

In this way, a first attachment frame is placed on the pallet, according to claim 4, this lowest attachment frame can be screwed onto the transport pallet.

The side walls of the attachment frame are brought into their vertical position, it being provided according to claim 2, that the side walls against each other by means of bolts are fastened to each other.

On this first attachment frame, another identical attachment frame is placed, wherein the receptacles in the bottom of the base frame are brought into engagement with the engagement elements on the upper edge of the side walls of the lower attachment frame.

This is repeated until the desired height for the charge carrier to be formed is reached.

According to claim 3 it is provided that in the attached attachment frame partitions can be inserted. These are used to divide the work space according to the charge, with any arrangement of the partitions is possible.

According to claim 5, it is provided that even multiples of transport pallets with correspondingly dimensioned attachment frame can be placed side by side on a base transport pallet.

This means, for example, that on a normal Euro pallet two correspondingly dimensioned attachment frames are set up whose total area coincides with the area of the base pallet.

Furthermore, it is possible, for example, to position four correspondingly dimensioned attachment frames on the base pallet, the sum of the four attachment frame surfaces being identical to the surface of the base pallet.

Other arrangements are possible, such. B. an essay frame, which occupies only half of the base pallet, while two other appropriately sized essay frame cover the other half of the base pallet.

The top frames are designed according to claim 6 so that on the upper edges of the hinged side walls of a top frame, a further transport pallet is placed, so that a so-called mixed stacking is possible.

In this case, pallets may be provided which correspond in dimension to the smaller dimensioned top frame according to claim 5. But also the essay of a "base pallet" on a top frame arrangement is possible.

In the FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pallet shown, which is provided with the reference numeral 1 and on the surface of a top frame 2 is placed. The top frame 2 consists of a base frame 3 and hinged to this base frame 3 by means of hinges 4, fold down the pallet 1 side walls fifth

In this figure, the side walls are shown in an upright position, wherein they are interconnected by means of bars 6 in the corner regions.

In the FIG. 5 a pallet 1 is shown with a first attachment frame 2, wherein on the first attachment frame 2, a further attachment frame 2 is placed, in which case, however, the side walls 5 have been omitted.

From this figure shows that by means of connecting elements 11, the two attachment frame 2 are interconnected. For this purpose, mutually aligned grooves 12 are provided both in the side walls 5 of the lower frame 2 and in the base frame of the attached top frame 2, wherein the connecting elements 11 are pushed after placing the upper frame 2 on the lower frame 2 in the grooves 12 such that a connection between both essay frames 2 arises.

In the FIG. 6 a corner portion of a top frame 2 is shown in detail, wherein the abutting side walls 5 by means of the bolt 6, of which the actuating element 12 can be seen, are interconnected by lateral displacement.

In the FIG. 7 a pallet 1 is shown with attached top frame 2, are inserted into the partitions 13, which divided the work space according to the respective load.

In the FIG. 8 a combined stacking of top frame 2 and pallets 1 is shown.

Here, on the pallet 1 designated as the base pallet, a top frame 2 engaging the entire surface of the pallet 1 is placed. On this essay frame 2 a halved in the area pallet 1 is placed, on which in turn a correspondingly dimensioned attachment frame 2 is placed.

From the FIG. 9 shows that in this way a mixed stacking arises, in the present embodiment, a correspondingly large base frame 2 is placed on the base pallet 1, are mounted on the two in the surface half as large attachment frame 2, in turn, one of the lower pallet. 1 corresponding pallet 1 is placed.

The lower attachment frame 2 can be screwed by means of screws on the pallet 1.

Claims (6)

1. Attachment frame (2) for transport pallets (1), comprising receptacles which are provided on the underside and which interact with corresponding engagement elements (8) on the upper side of the transport pallet, wherein the attachment frame (2) is composed of a rigid base frame (3) and side walls (5) articulated foldably thereon, wherein two opposite side walls (5) are designed such that they can be folded down towards the pallet surface and the other two opposite side walls (5) are designed such that they can be folded down onto the already folded-down side walls (5), characterized in that engagement elements (8) for corresponding receptacles in the base frame lower edges are provided on the upper edges (7) of the side walls (5), and in that connecting elements (11) for connecting two attachment frames (2) placed over one another are provided.
2. Attachment frame according to Claim 1, characterized in that the side walls (5) which can be folded down can be fastened to and with respect to one another by means of locking bars (6).
3. Attachment frame according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that partition walls (13) can be inserted into the attached attachment frames (2).
4. Attachment frame according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the lowermost attachment frame (2) can be screwed onto the transport pallet (1).
5. Attachment frame according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that even-numbered multiples of transport pallets (1) with correspondingly dimensioned attachment frames (2) can be placed next to one another on a base transport pallet (1).
6. Attachment frame according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a further transport pallet (1) can be placed on the upper edges of the foldable side walls (5) of an attachment frame (2).
