Claims (14)

  1. Apparatus for displaying opening of a lid which closes an opening of a main body of a cash box,
    comprising at least one sensor (64), which can be fastened to the main body (12) and to the lid (14), for detecting opening of the lid (14), and
    a display unit (18),
    characterized in that the sensor (64) comprises a first closure element (66), which can be fastened to the lid (14), and a second closure element (68), which is designed to complement the first closure element (66) and can be fastened to the main body (12), in that a releasable and reclosable connection can be established between the first closure element (66) and the second closure element (68), and in that the sensor (64) detects opening of the lid (14) depending on the connection between the first closure element (66) and the second closure element (68) being released, and
    in that the apparatus comprises a control unit (20) which drives the display unit (18) in such a way that the display unit (18) displays information about opening of the lid (14) at least when the sensor (64) has detected unauthorized opening of the lid (14).
  2. Apparatus (60) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the apparatus (60) comprises an energy storage unit (72), in particular a rechargeable energy storage unit, for supplying electrical energy to the display unit (18), to the control unit (20) and/or to the sensor (64).
  3. Apparatus (60) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the displayed items of information comprise a symbol which symbolizes opening of the lid (14).
  4. Apparatus (60) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the displayed items of information comprise a machine-readable code, in particular a barcode.
  5. Apparatus (60) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that at least some of the information is displayed in plain text, in particular such that it can be read by an operator.
  6. Apparatus (60) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a storage element (32) is provided, and in that the sensor (64), for the purpose of detecting unauthorized opening of the lid (14), generates data containing items of information about opening of the lid (14) and stores the said data in the storage element (32).
  7. Apparatus (60) according to Claim 6, characterized in that data containing items of information for clearly identifying closing of the lid (14), in particular an identification number, is stored in the storage element (32).
  8. Apparatus (60) according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the display unit (18) displays the information until the apparatus (60) is inserted into an apparatus for handling cash boxes (10, 30, 40, 50, 80).
  9. Apparatus (60) according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the display unit (18) displays the items of information until deactivation information has been input via an input unit, in particular via an input unit of an apparatus for handling cash boxes (10, 30, 40, 50, 80) in which the apparatus (60) is held.

Apparatus (60) according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the apparatus (60) comprises an RFID chip (52) with the aid of which data, in particular data containing items of information about opening of the lid (14), can be transmitted to an apparatus for accommodating cash boxes (10, 30, 40, 50, 80).
  13. Apparatus (60) according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the apparatus (60) comprises a plug connector by means of which a data transmission connection, in particular a data transmission connection for transmitting data containing items of information about opening of the lid (14), can be established with a plug connector, which is designed to complement the plug connector of the apparatus (60), of an apparatus for holding cash boxes (10, 30, 40, 50, 80).
  14. Arrangement for holding notes of value, comprising a cash box (10, 30, 40, 50, 80) which comprises a main body (12), which has at least one opening for inserting and/or removing notes of value, and a lid (14) for closing the opening, and comprising an apparatus (60) for displaying opening of the lid (14) according to one of Claims 1 to 13.
