Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Möbel und insbesondere einen Tisch oder ein Sitzmöbel, wie beispielsweise einen Stuhl.
  • Bei Sitzmöbeln und Tischen handelt es sich um funktionale Gegenstände, die in den meisten Fällen aber auch optischen Ansprüchen genügen müssen. Den verschiedenen Geschmäckern entsprechend existieren eine nahezu unbegrenzte Anzahl an unterschiedlichen Ausführungen von Sitzmöbeln und Tischen, die sich insbesondere auch hinsichtlich ihres jeweiligen optischen Erscheinungsbilds unterscheiden.
  • Ein Problem bei bekannten Möbeln ist, dass deren optisches Erscheinungsbild in der Regel nicht wesentlich verändert werden kann. Wenn die Möbel dem Besitzer nicht mehr gefallen, werden diese daher vielfach einfach ersetzt.
  • Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik lag der Erfindung die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein Möbel anzugeben, dass hinsichtlich seines optischen Erscheinungsbilds auf einfache Weise veränderbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Gegenstände der unabhängigen Ansprüche gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Möbels sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche und ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung der Erfindung.
  • Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zu Grunde, ein Möbel, insbesondere ein Sitzmöbel oder einen Tisch, sich verändernden Gegebenheiten anpassbar auszubilden, indem Teile davon auf einfache Weise austauschbar ausgestaltet sind und Austauschteile mit einem anderen optischen Erscheinungsbild vorgehalten werden, die anstelle der ursprünglichen Teile montiert werden können. Besonders dann, wenn es sich um optisch auffallend stark in Erscheinung tretende Teile des Möbels handelt, kann auf diese Weise relativ einfach durch das Austauschen relativ kleiner Teile des Möbels dessen optischer Gesamterscheinungsbild maßgeblich verändert werden.
  • Ein gattungsgemäßes Möbel mit einem oder mehreren Beinen, (mindestens) einer Sitzfläche, (mindestens) einer Rückenlehne und/oder einer oder mehreren Armlehnen ist demnach erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest Teile des/der Beins/- e, der Sitzfläche, der Rückenlehne und/oder der Armlehne(n) über lösbare Befestigungsmittel mit einem Grundkörper des Möbels verbunden sind.
  • Ein erfindungsgemäßes Möbelsystem mit (zumindest) einem erfindungsgemäßen Möbel weist zumindest zwei austauschbare Teile ("Austauschteile") zur alternativen Befestigung an dem Grundkörper des Möbels auf, wobei hierzu die beiden Austauschteile funktionsgleiche Befestigungsmittel (bzw. Teile davon) aufweisen, um alternativ an derselben Stelle mit dem Grundkörper des Möbels verbindbar zu sein. Eine "alternative Befestigung" bedeutet demnach, dass die zwei Austauschteile alternativ für eine Befestigung an derselben Stelle des Grundkörpers vorgesehen sind und somit gerade nicht gleichzeitig an diesem befestigt sein sollen.
  • Vorzugsweise kann es sich bei dem Möbel um ein Sitzmöbel, wie insbesondere einen Stuhl, einen Hocker, einen Sessel oder ein Sofa handeln, wobei (zumindest) ein Endteil mindestens eines Beins, (zumindest) ein Endteil mindestens einer Stuhlwange, (zumindest) eine Sitzfläche oder ein Teil davon, (zumindest) eine Rückenlehne oder ein Teil davon und/oder zumindest eine Armlehne oder ein Teil davon austauschbar sind.
  • Handelt es sich bei dem Möbel um einen Tisch (z.B. einen Ess-, Couch oder Beistelltisch, etc.) ist vorzugsweise vorgesehen, dass (zumindest) ein Endteil mindestens eines Beins erfindungsgemäß austauschbar ist.
  • Die Befestigung der austauschbaren Teile an dem Grundkörper erfolgt mittels (jeweils) einer Gewindeverbindung. Nicht erfindungsgmäss können auch (kraftschlüssig wirkende) Klemmverbindungen vorteilhaft eingesetzt werden.
  • Zur Erleichterung des Austauschs von insbesondere nicht rotationssymmetrischen Austauschteilen kann vorgesehen sein, dass diese über vorzugsweise formschlüssig wirkende Positionierelemente relativ zu dem Grundkörper positionierbar sind. Vorzugsweise sind die formschlüssigen Positionierelemente dabei so ausgebildet bzw. angeordnet, dass diese eine Ausrichtung der austauschbaren Teile zu dem Grundkörper lediglich in einer, der vorgesehenen Ausrichtung zu lassen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. In den Zeichnungen zeigt:

  • Die Fig. 1 bis 7 zeigen verschiedene Ausführungsformen erfindungsgemäßer Möbel bei denen zumindest Teile der Beine, der Sitzflächen, der Stuhlwangen und/oder der Rückenlehnen mittels lösbarer Befestigungsmittel einfach austauschbar sind, um diese durch Austauschteile mit einem anderen Design zu ersetzen, wodurch das Gesamterscheinungsbild des jeweiligen Möbels verändert wird. Dies ermöglicht dem Besitzer des Möbels, diese auf einfache Weise und kostengünstig einem sich verändernden Geschmack und/oder unterschiedlichen Anlässen, beispielsweise jahreszeitlichen Festivitäten (z.B. Weihnachten, Ostern), anzupassen. Diese Möglichkeit kann insbesondere auch für öffentliche Gebäude, wie beispielsweise Hotels, interessant sein, um die dort zum Einsatz kommenden Möbel den verschiedenen Anlässen (z.B. Hochzeitsfeiern, Kongresse, Oster- oder Weihnachtsveranstaltungen, etc.) anzupassen.
  • Bei dem Möbel gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2 handelt es sich um einen Stuhl 1, der einen Grundkörper 2 aufweist, an dem austauschbare Teile 3 mittels lösbarer Befestigungsmittel befestigt sind. In dem konkret dargestellten Beispiel sind Teile (z.B. das untere Drittel) von zwei der vier Stuhlbeine 4 sowie die oberen, freien Enden der Rückenlehnenstreben 5 (die einen Teil der jeweiligen Stuhlwange ausbilden) austauschbar.
  • Die lösbaren Befestigungsmittel, über die die austauschbaren Teile 3 mit dem Grundkörper 2 des Stuhls 1 verbunden sind, sind in der Fig. 2 am Beispiel eines der Stuhlbeine 4 dargestellt. Das freie Ende der Stuhlbeine umfasst jeweils eine zentrale Bohrung, in der eine Gewindehülse 6 (unbeweglich) angeordnet ist, die ein Innengewinde aufweist. In diese Gewindehülse 6 wird ein Gewindebolzen 7 mit einem Außengewinde eingeschraubt. Dieser Gewindebolzen 7 erstreckt sich durch eine ebenfalls zentrische (Durchgangs-)Bohrung 8 des austauschbaren Beinteils 9, wobei der Gewindebolzen 8 an dem unteren, der Anschlussstelle gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Schraubenkopf 10 mit Schlüsselflächen (vorliegend in Form eines konventionellen Innensechskant-Schraubenkopfs) aufweist, der in einem im Durchmesser vergrößerten Abschnitt der Bohrung 8 des austauschbaren Beinteils 9 versenkt angeordnet ist. An diesen Schlüsselflächen kann ein Werkzeug, beispielsweise ein konventioneller Innensechskantschlüssel, angreifen, um durch die Ausübung eines Moments den Gewindebolzen 7 in die Gewindehülse 6 einzuschrauben. Dabei wird das austauschbare Beinteil 9 zwischen dem Stuhlbein 4 und dem Schraubenkopf 10 verspannt. Der Schraubenkopf kann auch als Außensechskant ausgebildet sein.
  • Das austauschbare Beinteil 9 weist zudem drei Positionierstifte 11 auf, die aus der Kontaktfläche ragen, über die dieses an dem freien Ende des Stuhlbeins 4 anliegt. Die drei Positionierstifte sind im Bereich von drei Ecken des quadratischen Querschnitts des austauschbaren Beinteils 9 angeordnet und greifen bei einer richtigen Ausrichtung des austauschbaren Beinteils 9 zu dem Stuhlbein 4 in entsprechende (Sackloch-)Bohrungen 12 des Stuhlbeins 4 ein. Die Positionierstifte 11 in Verbindung mit den Bohrungen 12 gewährleisten somit ein Verschrauben des austauschbaren Beinteils 9 mit dem Stuhlbein 4 in lediglich einer, der vorgesehenen relativen Ausrichtung.
  • Nachdem das austauschbare Beinteil 9 mit dem Stuhlbein 4 verschraubt wurde, kann an dem freien (unteren) Ende des austauschbaren Beinteils 9 eine Schutzkappe 13 aufgebracht werden, die die Öffnung der den Gewindebolzen 7 bzw. den Schraubenkopf 10 aufnehmenden Bohrung 8 verdeckt. Die Schutzkappe 13 kann vorzugsweise aus einem relativ weichen Material (insbesondere Plastik) ausgebildet sein, wodurch ein Bodenbelag beim Verschieben des Stuhls 1 geschont wird.
  • Die Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ausführungsform eines Stuhls 1, bei dem ebenfalls zwei der vier Stuhlbeine 4 sowie die freien Enden der Rückenlehnenstreben 5 austauschbare Teile 3 aufweisen. Im Unterschied zu der Ausführungsform gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2 ist in diesem Fall eine Befestigung der austauschbaren Teile 3 über jeweils eine (kraftschlüssige) Klemmverbindung vorgesehen. Demnach weisen die austauschbaren Teile 3 eine im Querschnitt kreisförmige Öffnung (andere Querschnitte sind ebenso möglich) auf, in die ein entsprechendes Anschlussstück der Stuhlbeine 4 bzw. der Rückenlehnenstreben 5 mit einem ebenfalls kreisförmigen Querschnitt eingesteckt und dort kraftschlüssig fixiert wird. Zur Ausbildung der kraftschlüssigen Fixierung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Öffnungen in den austauschbaren Teilen 3 und/oder die Anschlussstücke der zwei Stuhlbeine 4 sowie der Rückenlehnenstreben 5 einen nicht-konstanten Durchmesserverlauf (in Richtung der Längsachse) aufweisen und insbesondere konisch ausgebildet sein können. Dadurch können die Toleranzanforderungen an die kreisförmigen Öffnungen der austauschbaren Teile 3 und an die Anschlussstücke relativ gering gehalten werden.
  • Bei der Ausführungsform gemäß der Fig. 4, die ebenfalls einen Stuhl 1 betrifft, bei dem zwei der Stuhlbeine 4 sowie die zwei Rückenlehnenstreben 5 austauschbare Teile 3 aufweisen, sind die austauschbaren Teile 3 wiederum über eine Gewindeverbindung (wie bei der Ausführungsform gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2) mit dem Grundkörper 2 des Stuhls 1 verbunden. In diesem Fall ist jedoch vorgesehen, dass die austauschbaren Teile 3 jeweils einen fest bzw. unbeweglich integrierten Gewindebolzen 7 aufweisen, der in eine Gewindehülse eingeschraubt wird, die zentral (bezogen auf die Grundfläche) in dem jeweiligen Stuhlbein 4 oder in der jeweiligen Rückenlehnenstrebe 5 angeordnet ist. Diese Lösung ist gegenüber derjenigen der Fig. 1 und 2 konstruktiv einfacher und auch einfacher handhabbar, ermöglicht jedoch keine exakte (rotatorische) Ausrichtung der austauschbaren Teile 3 (bezüglich deren Längsachsen) relativ zu dem jeweiligen Stuhlbein 4 bzw. der jeweiligen Rückenlehnenstrebe 5. Eine exakte rotatorische Ausrichtung ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel jedoch auch nicht erforderlich, da die hier zum Einsatz kommenden austauschbaren Teile 3 bezüglich ihrer Längsachse rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet sind.
  • Die Fig. 5 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Tisch 14, bei dem die freien Enden der vier Tischbeine 15 austauschbar ausgestaltet sind. Eine Befestigung der austauschbaren (Bein-)Teile 3 erfolgt entsprechend der Lösung, wie sie anhand des erfindungsgemäßen Stuhls 1 gemäß der Fig. 3 beschrieben wurde.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Stuhl 1 gemäß der Fig. 6 ist neben Teilen 3 von zwei Stuhlbeinen 4 und Teilen der beiden Rückenlehnenstreben 5 zusätzlich noch die gesamte Sitzfläche 16 austauschbar ausgestaltet. Zur Austauschbarkeit der Sitzfläche 16 weist der Grundkörper 2 des Stuhls 1 einen (vorzugsweise umlaufenden) Vorsprung 17 auf, auf dem die Sitzfläche 16 aufgelegt und dann mittels beliebig ausgebildeter lösbarer Befestigungsmittel (nicht dargestellt) fixierbar ist. Die Austauschbarkeit der Teile 3 der Stuhlbeine 4 sowie der Rückenlehnenstreben 5 ist durch die gestrichelten Linien lediglich angedeutet und kann auf beliebige Art und Weise erfolgen, beispielsweise gemäß der in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellten Formen.
  • Bei der Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Stuhls 1 gemäß der Fig. 7 ist zusätzlich zu der Austauschbarkeit von Teilen 3 von zwei Stuhlbeinen 4, von Teilen 3 der Rückenlehnenstreben 5 sowie der Sitzfläche (nicht dargestellt) auch die Rückenlehne 19 austauschbar gestaltet. Hierbei ist vorgesehen, dass die Rückenlehne 19 an zwei Seiten in Nuten 18 aufgenommen wird, die in den oberen Abschnitt von sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten der beiden Rückenlehnenstreben 5 eingebracht sind. Hierbei wird die Rückenlehne 19 von den freien Enden der Rückenlehnenstreben 5 kommend in die beiden Nuten 18 eingeschoben und dort fixiert, indem die austauschbaren Teile 3 der Rückenlehnenstreben 5 befestigt werden. Alternativ besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die (ggf. in Nuten aufgenommene) Rückenlehne 19 über beliebige andere lösbare Befestigungsmittel mit den Rückenlehnenstreben 5 oder einem anderen Teil des Grundkörpers 2 des Stuhls 1 zu verbinden.

Claims (7)

  1. Möbel mit einem oder mehreren Beinen, einer Sitzfläche (16), einer Rückenlehne (17) und/oder einer oder mehreren Armlehnen,
    wobei zumindest Teile (3) der Beine, der Rückenlehne (17) und/oder der Armlehnen über lösbare Befestigungsmittel in Form von Gewindeverbindungen austauschbar mit einem Grundkörper (2) des Möbels verbunden sind und
    die Gewindeverbindungen in einem (2) der zu verbindenden Teile (3, 2) eine zentrale Bohrung, in der eine ein Innengewinde aufweisende Gewindehülse (6) angeordnet ist, und in einem anderen (3) der zu verbindenden Teile (3, 2) einen Gewindebolzen (7) mit einem Außengewinde aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindebolzen (7) sich durch eine zentrische Durchgangsbohrung (8) des anderen (3) der zu verbindenden Teile (3, 2) erstreckt, an dem unteren, der Anschlussstelle gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Schraubenkopf (10) mit Schlüsselflächen aufweist, der in einem im Durchmesser vergrößerten Abschnitt der Durchgangsbohrung (8) des austauschbaren Teils (3) versenkt angeordnet ist, und in die Gewindehülse (6) einschraubbar ausgebildet ist.
  2. Möbel nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch formschlüssige Positionierelemente zur Sicherung einer Ausrichtung der austauschbaren Teile (3) relativ zu dem Grundkörper (2).
  3. Möbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierelemente drei Positionierstifte (11) aufweisen, die aus der Kontaktfläche ragen, über die das austauschbare Teil (3) an dem Grundkörper (2), beispielsweise an dem freien Ende eines Stuhlbeins (4), anliegt.
  4. Möbel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (2) Sacklochbohrungen (12) aufweist, in die die Positionierstifte (11) bei einer korrekten Ausrichtung des austauschbaren Teils (3) zu dem Grundkörper (2) eingreifen.
  5. Möbel gemäß Anspruch 1 in Form eines Sitzmöbels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Endteil zumindest eines Beins, ein Endteil zumindest einer Stuhlwange, die Sitzfläche (16), die Rückenlehne (17) und/oder zumindest eine Armlehne austauschbar sind.
  6. Möbel gemäß Anspruch 1 in Form eines Tisches, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende zumindest eines Beins austauschbar ist.
  7. Möbelsystem mit einem Möbel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und zumindest zwei austauschbaren Teilen (3) zur alternativen Befestigung an dem Grundkörper (2) des Möbels.
