Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren weist demnach folgende Verfahrensschritte auf:

- Aufsetzen einer vorgefertigten Kassette, insbesondere Stahlkassette, zur Aufnahme einer Hebeeinrichtung auf das Bodenfundament;
- Ausrichten der Kassette auf dem Bodenfundament, so dass die Kassette auf dem Bodenfundament aufrecht steht und der obere Rand der Kassette letztlich bündig mit einem Hallenboden od. dgl. abschließt;
- Auffüllen der Grube mit verdichtungsfähigem Material, insbesondere bestehend aus Erdreich und Schotter, bis zu einer vorbestimmten "Installationshöhe";
- Ausbilden einer Beton- oder Mörtelschicht auf dem Niveau der vorbestimmten Installationshöhe, wodurch die Grubenfüllung stabilisiert wird;
- Anschluß von Installationsleitungen an wenigstens einer Seitenwand der Kassette und durch diese hindurch, und zwar oberhalb oder dauerhaft fixiert durch die vorgenannte Beton- oder Mörtelschicht;
- Auffüllen der Grube mit verdichtungsfähigem Material, insbesondere bestehend aus Erdreich und Schotter, bis auf ein Niveau "Unterseite Arbeits- oder Hallenboden"; und
- Errichten einer einen Arbeits- oder Hallenboden bildenden Betonschicht bis zum oberen Rand der Kassette.

Daher wird jede Kassette bevorzugt über höhenverstellbare Stützen auf dem erwähnten Betonfundament 11 abgestellt und auf Lot und Höhe einnivelliert. Zu diesem Zweck ist der erwähnte untere Spalt erforderlich mit dem Nachteil, dass natürlich beim Einfüllen von Beton in den Zwischenraum zwischen seitlicher Innenwand und seitlicher Außenwand dann Beton auch durch den unteren Spalt zwischen Kassette und Betonfundament seitlich austreten kann. Claims (6)
- A method for manufacturing a lifting device for motor vehicles or similar arranged embedded in the ground:comprising the following method steps:- excavation of a ground recess or pit (10);- provision of a concrete foundation (11);- placing on the concrete foundation (11) of a prefabricated cassette (12) for receiving a lifting device;- alignment of the cassette (12) on the concrete foundation (11);- filling of the pit (10) with material (17) capable of compaction, especially comprising earth and crushed stone, up to a predetermined installation height, especially up to a height below at least one installation pipe (16) arranged laterally on the cassette (12), through which hydraulic and/or electrical lines from the outside into the interior of the cassette can be laid;- formation of a concrete or mortar bed (18) at the level of the installation height, especially between the upper side of the pit filling (17) and the at least one installation pipe (16);- connection of installation line in at least one side wall of the cassette and through the latter, especially attachment of a connecting or conduit pipe (19) to the installation pipe (16) upwards out of the pit (10);- filling of the pit (10) with material capable of compaction, especially comprising earth and crushed stone, up to a level "lower side of the workshop or factory floor"; and- provision of a concrete bed (20) up to the upper edge (14) of the cassette (12) forming a workshop or factory floor.
- The method according to claim 1,
characterised in that
two or more cassettes (12) are placed in the pit (10) at a predetermined spacing distance and in a predetermined arrangement relative to one another, wherein the embedding in the pit (10) is implemented in the same manner or at the same time for all cassettes (12) (Figure 7). - The method according to claim 1 or 2,

the intermediate space between the lower edge or base of the cassette (12) and concrete foundation (11) is sealed around the cassette (12) with material capable of compaction before the filling with concrete.
