Description

The present invention relates to a new tongue or a new closure system for shoes.

The disadvantages of the prior art closure systems for shoes can be represented as follows.

Bestehende Zungen bzw. Existing tongues or closure systems take into account the anatomy of a foot or a foot in terms of a continuous positive connection and a uniform pressure distribution in an inadequate manner.

In addition, known from the prior art closure systems for shoes are cumbersome to operate and the components of existing closure systems are normally firmly integrated into the systems, so that in case of defects in the components further use of the shoe is often impossible and a new purchase is necessary ,

WO 00/33692 A1 discloses a tongue for a shoe having a hook attached to the upper end of the tongue and adapted to receive a slot of a stiffening member of the tongue.

EP-A1-1,634,506 relates to a shoe with a tongue equipped with a hook for passing a lace. Further, the hook is designed to limit the movements of a support member of the tongue by its interaction with the edges of a window provided in the tongue.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a shoe fastening system which overcomes the foregoing drawbacks of the prior art and provides an easy-to-use shoe closure system which completely lifts the shoe.

These and other objects to be taken in the following description are achieved by a tongue according to claim 1 and by a locking system according to claim 8, which has a tongue according to claim 1.

Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The present invention is directed in a first aspect to a tongue for shoes having the features of claim 1. The tongue includes a base structure, a holding device and a padding one. The basic structure is made of a substantially inelastic material and has an upper side facing away from a foot and an underside facing the foot. The holding device is positioned on the upper side of the basic structure and designed such that it can receive at least one tension element in a fixable manner, wherein the fixing takes place in a clamping manner. The padding is provided at the bottom of the basic structure. In principle, a two-layered tongue is thereby formed. A multilayer design of the tongue with other elements as upholstery or in another function is also conceivable.

In one embodiment, the string holding device may be attached to a predetermined location on the top of the base structure.

In another embodiment, a channel may be provided at the top of the basic structure. In this embodiment, the holding device may be arranged in the channel. Furthermore, the channel may have means for receiving the holding device. Alternatively, the holding device may have means for receiving in the channel. A combination of the mentioned means of intake is also possible. Furthermore, the means for receiving permit a positioning of the holding device adjustable in defined intervals in the channel. Alternatively, a continuously adjustable positioning of the holding device can be provided in the channel:

In another embodiment, the adjustable positioning of the holding device take place anywhere in the channel at suitable intervals, preferably at intervals of 2.5 mm.

In another embodiment, the holding device includes at least one tanka. As used herein, a tanka is a type of closure with a rotatably mounted lever with which a tension member, such as a ribbon or cord, can be clamped in the holder and thus fixed. The use of a clamping cover, three-bar or equivalent devices is also conceivable, as long as so that a tension element can be conveniently fixed and released in the holding device. Also, the use of tankas as conventionally defined is conceivable wherein a conventional tanka is a generally oblong rectangular device having a hole for the tension member to be made, which can be fixed or released therein by pressure on a spring-loaded bolt passed across the hole , The use of round conventional Tankas is also conceivable.

According to the invention, the padding may be designed such that a cavity is created. For example, the padding of the tongue can only be done on the sides, so that the cavity is formed in the middle of the tongue. Furthermore, the course of the cavity can follow a back of the foot.

The tongue according to the invention comprises a plurality of perforations. Furthermore, the plurality of perforations may be provided in particular above the cavity. These perforations allow water vapor to escape easily, allowing for a sustainable improvement in the foot climate.

In another embodiment, an inlet opening and an outlet opening for the passage of a tension element may be provided in the basic structure such that the tension element between the inlet opening and the outlet opening at the bottom of the basic structure and in the cavity can be performed.

According to the invention, the tongue is preformed on the left side and on the right side in accordance with the anatomy of a foot bridge.

In the above embodiments according to the first aspect of the invention, the tongue may have a single-limbed structure or a multi-limbed structure.

In the above embodiments according to the first aspect of the invention, the substantially inelastic material of the basic structure may be a plastic. As a plastic injection molded polyurethane is particularly preferred. By using a substantially inelastic material for the basic structure of the tongue, subsequent use of the tongue as part of the closure system may ensure a closure of the closure from distal to proximal along the entire length of the tongue. As a result, a decisive improvement of a fit of the tongue or of the tongue enclosing closure system is possible. Furthermore, a uniform pressure distribution over the entire tongue can be achieved thereby. As mentioned above, the tongue can rest exactly on the back of the foot due to the anatomical reproduction of the back of the foot. By the design of the tongue slipping can be minimized or completely prevented, whereby an additional improvement of the fit is possible.

The present invention, in a second aspect, is directed to a shoe closure system which includes a tongue, at least one tension member, and guide members. The tongue is designed according to the above first aspect of the invention. The guide elements for the at least one pulling element are provided on at least one side of the shoe upper. In this guide elements engages the at least one tension element above the tongue. Furthermore, the at least one tension element is received in a fixable manner in the holding device according to the above first aspect of the invention.

The at least one tension member may be selected from the following: straps and cords. The guide elements may be selected from eyelets, hooks and rails.

In one embodiment, the holding device may be mounted at a predetermined location on the proximal end of the tongue. The holding device may further include two tankas as described above. The padding can be designed such that a cavity is formed. In the basic structure can have an inlet opening and an outlet opening be carried out for the implementation of a tension element such that the tension element between the inlet opening and the outlet opening at the bottom of the basic structure and in the cavity can be performed. Two tension members in the form of cords may be provided so as to form a two-part or two-part lacing in which the distal cord extends substantially above the distal portion of the tongue and the proximal cord extends substantially above the proximal portion of the tongue. The distal cord can be inserted into the inlet opening for bridging the portion of the proximal cord, performed on the underside of the tongue and in the cavity and executed after bridging the portion of the proximal cord from the outlet opening. This two-part or two-zone lacing can ensure a continuous form closure from distal to proximal.

In another embodiment, the guide elements may be formed as eyelets and / or hooks. Further, the proximal guide members may be attached at a distance of about 1.5 cm distally from the holder. The proximal guide elements can not be set to the same height with the holding device. At this distance of about 1.5 cm, a uniform tensile stress can be ensured.

In another embodiment, the holding device may be arranged in the channel. Furthermore, two guide elements in the form of rails on the left and right shoe upper may extend from proximal to distal and be arranged in proximal and distal receptacles.

In another embodiment, adjusting devices for adjusting the position of at least one of the two rails may be provided on the proximal and / or distal receptacles.

In another embodiment, a cassette may serve as a proximal receptacle. Further, the cassette may include one or more notches for fixing the rail. The indentations may be provided in the diameter of the rails. For example, each 2 to 3 notches may be provided in a cassette. Thus, the rails can for example be fixed in 2 to 3 positions or positions and the angle between the rails can be increased or decreased. By this advantageous embodiment, a different anatomical nature of feet taken into account become. For example, in the case of a very strong foot, the last position of the rails towards the middle can generally be used.

In another embodiment, the distal receptacle may be a flexible element which may optionally be deformed in all directions. The flexible element may include a set screw and optionally be provided in two parts. Furthermore, the flexible element can connect the rails to each other, for example, by making a curve. By adjusting screw, it is possible to adjust the position of the two rails, for example, in relation to each other. The rails can be adjusted by means of the adjusting screw, for example, parallel to each other or converging from proximal to distal at an acute angle.

In another embodiment, two tension members may be provided in the form of strings so as to form a concertina-shaped lacing in which the position of the two strings above the tongue on the two rails can be adjusted by the movement of the holder in the proximal and / or distal direction , The further the holding device is moved from distal to proximal, the more can the closure system and thus the shoe be closed. Further, it is preferable that the cords themselves can be arbitrarily set in their length. Thus, also in this embodiment, a continuous positive locking can be ensured from distal to proximal.

In another embodiment, two pulling elements in the form of gripping arms may be provided such that a mechanism is created in which the position of the two gripping arms above the tongue on the two rails can be adjusted by means of the movement of the holding device in the proximal and / or distal direction. The further the holding device is moved from distal to proximal, the more can the closure system and thus the shoe be closed. Thus, also in this embodiment, a continuous positive locking can be ensured from distal to proximal.

In the above embodiments according to the second aspect of the invention, in the case of straps and / or cords as tension members, a fixed connection of the tension member to the shoe upper may be provided by anchoring at a predetermined position be. Furthermore, the anchorage can be optionally adjustable.

The present invention is directed in a third aspect to the tongue for shoes according to the first aspect and to the closure system for shoes according to the second aspect, wherein all components of the tongue or the closure system can be exchanged. Thus, in case of any defects of the components according to the invention further use of the shoe can be ensured. Furthermore, it is provided that the replacement of certain components by the user can be made.

Fig. 2) dargestellt, die nachstehend erläutert wird. Referring to Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of an embodiment of a symmetrical here to the longitudinal axis formed tongue 1 according to the present invention. Preferably, the tongue 1 is coated with the same material as the shoe. The tongue 1 is shown with a basic structure 2 and a padding 4. A holding device is not shown here for better visibility of the basic structure 2. The basic structure 2 is made of injection-molded polyurethane, a substantially inelastic or rigid plastic. This material ensures that when closing the closure system, the tongue over the entire contact surface can rest positively on the foot. Furthermore, the side facing away from a foot top of the basic structure 2 can be seen. The foot-facing underside is in Fig. 1 not visible. The padding 4 is shown on the underside of the basic structure 2 in a narrow area. A channel 5 is shown at the top of the basic structure 2. In the channel 5 means for receiving the holding device, not shown here are shown. The means shown for receiving permit a positioning of the holding device in the channel 5 which can be adjusted at defined intervals. The adjustable positioning here corresponds approximately to distances of 2.5 mm. The padding 4 is designed here such that a cavity 8 is formed. Here, the padding 4 of the tongue 1 is only on the sides, so that the cavity 8 is formed in the middle of the tongue 1. Further, a plurality of perforations 9 are shown. The plurality of perforations 9 is formed above the cavity 8 here. These perforations 9 cause water vapor to escape very easily, whereby a lasting improvement of the foot climate is possible. The tongue 1 is shown here as a single-limbed structure. A tongue with a bipartite structure is in the Fig. 6 shown, wherein the branching is realized with a hinge-like formation 21 at the interface between instep and tibia. The two-part tongue shown in this figure is with a two-part or two-zone lacing (see. Fig. 2 ) shown below is explained. However, the use of a two-part structure is not intended to be limited to the two-part lacing embodiment shown, but may be used with other embodiments, which will be discussed below. Such a two-part tongue is preferably provided for ankle-covering footwear.

As already mentioned above, the use of injected polyurethane for the basic structure 2 of the tongue 1 in the subsequent use of the tongue 1 as part of the closure system can ensure a positive fit along the entire section of the tongue 1 from distal to proximal. As a result, a decisive improvement of a fit of the tongue or the closure system is possible. Furthermore, a uniform pressure distribution over the entire tongue can be achieved thereby.

Referring to Fig. 2 Fig. 3 is a schematic illustration of one embodiment of a closure system according to the present invention. The closure system 12 is shown with a tongue 1. The holding device 3 (dashed box) is shown centrally at the proximal end of the tongue 1 Here, the holding device 3 includes a double Tanka 6. The Tankas are preferably used in the Figs. 5A and 5B shown. The Fig. 5A shows a single Tanka 6, which is provided with a rotatably mounted lever 22 with which a tension member 13, such as a belt or a cord, can be clamped in the holding device 3 and thus fixed. The Fig. 5B shows a double Tanka with a to Fig. 5A analog mechanism of the lever. The double tank contains two juxtaposed rotatably mounted lever 22, which can be operated independently. Double tankas are preferably used in a two-zone lacing.

In the basic structure 2, an inlet opening 10 and an outlet opening 11 for the passage of a distal cord 13d are shown, which is performed between the inlet opening 10 and the outlet opening 11 at the bottom of the basic structure 2 (dashed line) and in the cavity 8 (not shown). Further, a proximal cord 13p is shown to form a two-part or two-constricted lacing in which the distal cord 13d extends substantially above the distal portion of the tongue 1 and the proximal cord 13p extends substantially above the proximal portion of the tongue 1. The distal cord 13d thus bridges the portion of the proximal cord 13p. The distal cord 13d and the proximal cord 13p are inserted in each one of the tankas 6. Furthermore, eyelets 14 are left and to the right of the shoe upper S into which the cords 13 are inserted. The proximal eyelets 14p are attached at a distance of about 1.5 cm in the distal direction of the holding device 3 in order to effect a uniform tensile stress at this distance. Furthermore, the cords 13 are shown in a fixed connection with the shoe upper S by means of a respective anchoring 20. This two-part or two-zone lacing ensures a continuous form closure from distal to proximal.

Referring to Fig. 3 1 is a schematic illustration of another embodiment of a closure system according to the present invention. The closure system 12 is shown with a tongue 1. The holding device 3 (dashed box) is shown in the middle of the tongue 1 in the channel 5. Here, the holding device 3 includes a single Tanka 6. In the channel 5 means for receiving the holding device 3 are shown. The means shown for receiving allow an adjustable in defined intervals positioning of the holding device 3 in the channel 5. The adjustable positioning also corresponds here about intervals of 2.5 mm. Also shown are two rails 14 on the left and right shoe shafts (not shown) that extend from proximal to distal and are respectively disposed in proximal and distal seats.

Here, a left and right cassette 15 are shown as proximal recording. The cassettes 15 each have two notches 16 for fixing the rails 14. Here, the notches 15 are shown substantially in the diameter of the rails 14. Thus, the rails 14 can each be fixed in 2 positions or positions and the angle between the rails 14 can be increased or decreased.

As already mentioned above, a different anatomical condition of feet can be taken into account by this advantageous embodiment. Further, a flexible element 17 is shown here as a distal recording, which is deformable in all directions. The flexible element 17 is advantageous for the rolling process of the foot while walking. The flexible element 17 has an adjusting screw 18 and is split in half centrally by the adjusting screw 18. Here, the flexible member 17 connects the rails 14 with each other by making a rounding. By the adjusting screw 18 here the position of the two rails 14 in relation to each other is adjusted so that they converge from proximal to distal at an acute angle. Furthermore, two cords 13 are arranged such that a accordion-shaped lacing arises in which the position of the two cords 13 above the tongue 1 on the two rails 14 by means of the movement of the holding device 3 in the proximal and / or distal direction is set. The further the holding device 3 is moved from distal to proximal, the more the closure system 12 and thus the shoe is closed. Furthermore, the two cords 13 are inserted in the tanka 6. In addition, here are the strings 13 themselves adjustable in length. Further, the cords 13 are shown in a fixed connection with the shoe upper by means of a respective anchor 20. As already mentioned above, a continuous positive locking is thus ensured from distal to proximal in this embodiment as well.

Referring to Fig. 4 Figure 3 is a schematic illustration of another embodiment of a closure system which is not part of the claimed invention. The closure system 12 is shown with a tongue 1. The holding device 3 (dashed box) is shown in the middle of the tongue 1 in the channel 5. Here, the holding device 3 each contains a receptacle 7 for a gripping arm. In the channel 5 means for receiving the holding device 3 are shown. The means shown for receiving allow an adjustable in defined intervals positioning of the holding device 3 in the channel 5. The adjustable positioning also corresponds here about intervals of 2.5 mm. Furthermore, two gripping arms 19 are arranged such that a mechanism results in which the position of the two gripping arms 19 above the tongue 1 on the two rails 14 is adjusted by means of the movement of the holding device 3 in the proximal and / or distal direction. The further the holding device 3 from distal to proximal is shifted, the more the closure system 12 and thus the shoe is closed. As already mentioned above, a continuous positive locking is thus ensured from distal to proximal in this embodiment as well.

Referring to Fig. 7A and 7B 3 are schematic representations of still further embodiments of a closure system according to the present invention in which the shown variants can be used with a single-membered or bipartite tongue. These variants are suitable because of easier handling, especially for children's shoes. Fig. 7A uses a single-lingual tongue, which is useful in so-called low-cut shoes. Fig. 7B uses a two-piece tongue, which is advantageous in ankle-covering shoes, the Tanka 6 can be moved in this variant in the channel 5 slightly up and down. In both variants of Fig. 7A and 7B For example, the cords 13 may be fixedly connected to each other at the distal end or at the bottom of the shaft by a fixation 23. Furthermore, the fixation 23 itself may be firmly connected to the shoe upper. The fixation 23 may include two Mettall- or plastic plates screwed together, to which the cords 13 are attached. A suitably trained Tanka is also possible as a fixation 23. In both variants of Fig. 7A and 7B For example, the cords 13 may be provided with a grip aid 24 at the proximal end.
